I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking
I had the misfortune of purchasing my plane ticket from this website. It has been a nightmare ever since. I forgot to put my middle name on the booking. The airline asked me to contact the agent to add a simple middle name. It has been more than 2 weeks and this company has been giving me the runaround for a simple name correction. The agents are polite but are completely useless. I'm prepared to cancel the plane ticket, hopefully, I'm able to get a full refund and never do business with this company again. EDreams is eNightmare.

I booked a flexible flight plan. When I went to change the flight, they told me I had to buy a new one and would be refunded the lesser of the two flights (already kind of shady). I never received the refund within the time period they gave me. When I called to follow up, they hung up on me multiple times. Finally, they told me I had to send them $500 on cash app in order to get my other $1000 refund. By no means EVER book a flight through these people, they are absolute con artists.

We booked and paid for flights from South Africa to Istanbul Turkey. Day before our flight we were notified by the airline that we are not allowed to enter Turkey. Goverment decision after our flights were booked and paid. Turkish airlines regunded edreams in full and confirmed this by email. Edreams refunded us only 60% of the original amount. Wish I read some of their reviews before booking through them. Watch out for this crowd

Good experience.I am slightly unsure though if I have been overcharged for baggage via eDreams.It looked from the BA site that they were charging £18 not £50. Any clarification welcome.

My flight was cancelled in May 2020 and I still haven't received a refund. The website conveniently changed the refund requested date too. It is understood that due to the pandemic, things take time but this is outright thievery.
Highly unprofessional, no proper service centre. It took months to actually get out of the hands of the chatbot and to talk to a human agent. Twice I was promised by the chat agents that it was being processed and was delayed by the airlines when the airlines has refunded most people's money already. And that too was months ago. Now the chatbot doesn't give acess to a human agent. EDreams is just eating up everyone's money and blaming the airlines. Better not book with these unprofessional people. This website is a scam.

I love how edreams pulls all the flghts together so I can see all the available options and then customise it further if I wish. Saves so much time instead of having to visit many different sites. Disappointed to see that in keeping with all the other airlines that after your initial purchase it then tries to get you to add on all sorts of different services. I guess this can't be avoided but I would have preferred not to have to go through all these other options.
Because it saves me time and streamlines the process.

It's been a year and I'm still waiting for my refund. They requested the airline to refund them on my behalf, they did not inform me of this, I only found out from the airline. Edreams is currently sitting with my money for over a year now.

Airline - if refund possible they are not allowed to talk to you
If not you are more than welcome to cancel without refund... than most probably they will sell that ticket again.
Call them and wait for 2 hours to get absolutely no response.
Dispute transaction as they will do separate transactions to each airline without your knowledge.
Please report scamwatch and do mention skyscanner as they made it possible for them. Skyscanner can fix them if they want.

Do not buy tickets from this company. The price of the ticket increases every time to change windows. I specifically selected a refundable ticket because I was not sure of my plans. Sure enough, had to cancel trip and they said the ticket was non-refundable. Total loss. I am warning other customers.

When his connection was cancelled, my son was stranded in a foreign country, with no help whatsoever by the airline or the travel agent, eDreams. We had to pay out-of pocket for an expensive hotel room and spend hours on the phone to get him on a new flight the next day.
While abroad, my son got Covid and it became clear that he would not be able to return on the original flight. My wife and I spent many hours on the phone with edreams support once again to get him rebooked on a later flight. Edreams made promises, but they all evaporated when the original flight date came and went and my son was not rebooked. We ended up buying a new one-way ticket out of pocket to get my son back into the US.
Subsequently, my wife and I filed reimbursement claims, called customer support numbers, and wrote emails for many months. The airlines pointed the finger at edreams, edreams pointed the finger at the airlines, and I never saw a penny. The worst experience during this time was talking to eDreams customer support, who would make false promises, put us on hold for hours, and in the end just hung up on us.
Do yourself a favor a book your trip with a real travel site. It will pay off in the end.

I was charged $71 each way for a checked bag and when the airline sent me confirmation they showed my flight $40 less round trip, their bag fee was $51 each way. That was disappointing.

Purchased tickets from eDreams them through Kayak. OK, great! HOWEVER, a few days later, the airlines cancelled my flight due to COVID. This is when the nightmare begins. Contacted eDreams over a period of a week via their email, website, and phone number. Email and website inquiries goes into a black hole. Calling them by phone puts you on hold for hours (see my attached image of phone call), only to be told that they will "get back with you." There is no reference or name to refer to. The call center is operated from India, and apparently no one has authority or accountability to solve any problems.
Bottom line: It's really easy and fast to BUY your tickets, but it is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to refund the ticket if you have any issues.

I booked online an airline ticket on July 19,2022. The flight was available on their website, so they took my credit card details and the amount of money for the ticket was committed/blocked by them. After one day, the company email me that there is no availability of this flight and my booking will be cancelled. I need to get a refund. Where is my money?
I tried but it was impossible to find a telephone or an agent to complain. They only have a chatbot on messenger (robot application). Their online form for complain does not work properly. I could not complete it.
They cheated me, because they blocked my money, and now the flight is not available. Until I get my money back, the flight price will be double or there will be no availability. I need a full refund and a compensation for extra hotel nights and more expensive ticket.

Flexible flights booked, and extra fees paid for the benefit. When applied to reschedule flight dates, advised that 1 sector of flights (the most expensive part) not possible to make ANY revisions.
Website does not maintain flight records, unless you can search to SPECIFIC reference #s. Then notification that flight revisions cannot be made online.
4.5 minutes to work through phone menus to finally talk to a person, who asks the same questions from the phone menus, who initiates flight rescheduling, who passes client on to another service agent, who asks the phone menu questions again. 2nd service agent then contradicts what the 1st service agent says - DO NOT accept what the service agent first tells you - keep asking the same question, and insist that they check again.

Booked a round trip ticket, needed to change my return flight, the edreams app said I had to change with Frontier. I called Frontier and they had no record of my return flight, at all. I was unable to reach edreams through the website or through any of the listed telephone numbers. I filed a complaint through the Better Business Bureau and filed a fraud case through my bank. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not do business with the scam of a company. If I could give them negative stars, I would.
