I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking

These guys are a joke, I booked a flight for my Husband to come back to Australia from Jordan to Melbourne. The flight was booked for the 20th and due to a change in the departure time from Amman, to Egypt he would have missed all other flights.
They tried to help us, however it was very hard work it was many phone calls again and again and they NEVER call you back as promised.
Im fed up, they have our money and they won't render any assistance they won't call us back they won't find a new flight. We are simply told to call back in 24 hours.
They have the worst customer service in this world. Stay away, save your money and go direct with the airline.
There are cheaper flights directly with the airline I see, they are terrible.

Have not received invoice yet. Was not able to pay for checked baggage yet. Otherwise happy. It seems that everything takes 48 hours or more for you to receive confirmations.

I did book a flight with this website and got cancelled for no reason. This is what I got in the email:
This email is to notify you that, your reservation is never confirmed and no ticket number has been generated.
Refund for this reservation will be processed within 10-90 working days.

Mistakenly, I somehow booked via eDreams and reading some of the reviews, plus no affiliation to Atol or ABTA, makes me very concerned about the safety of my booking.

Hard to contact with real person. Every time I pressed Manage my booking and after pressed change name or change flight, all I saw UPS thi page isn't working. It's my first time using Edreams also.

Made two separate bookings. Both not processed correctly. One without any notice reimbursement. Other booking never reimbursed. Contact with helpdesk takes loads of (waiting time) mostly chat robot. No useful answers or help at all.
Tip for consumers:
Never, ever consider using edreams. If something goes wrong (and that happens all the time) nothing can save you from edreams.

I tried contacting EDreams staff on an existing reservation via chat but the employee there had no proper English skills. Like talking to a wall. Coudl not get any help.
Meanwhile I discovered this is the same company as Opodo with offices in London UK but their reps could be anyhere in the world.

This company has been saying my refund is being processed for a year now. I get told the airline is the problem. However when I contacted the airline they said they refunded eDreams 30 days after the refund was asked for.
THIS COMPANY IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED AS THEY JUST DONT REFUND ANY MONEY BACK.

Canceled flight mid April 2022 its now October 2022 and edreams has made little to no effort to get my refund. All Chats are electronic with same messages that's programed for auto reply. When sent to actual person was informed via computer they could not help.

I've booked through edreams in 2016 from paris to New York, later that they canceled, didn't pick up my phone or reply my email, so i took initiative and apoke to my lawyer and he handles perfectly fine got back my refund but they charge me $45 for service fee, they are F... g indians who operating this Sh... ty website, google should take notice and terminate their Sh. Just to pile on... this company is a complete scam and a ripoff. Royal Jordanian cancelled my flight; these crooks kept part of the refund as a "mediation fee". What did they mediate? Airline cancelled the flight! Made NO effort to help rebook although at that point I would not have wanted their help for fear of getting ripped-off again. Dealing with them was a nightmare... hours of hold time and then connected to people with minimal English skills and no authority to do anything other than to make vague promises to "look into it". I should have researched them here... there's thousands of complaints about these losers. Don't walk away... run as fast as you can away from eDreams.

I got the worst nightmare ever dealing with these people. Booked flight with cancellation fee insurance paid upfront. Could not make the flight due to Covid testing results not out in time. When I tried to get a refund, couldn't get a person on phone, no one would reply to my emails. After two weeks of trying, finally got to chat with a real human, just to tell me, sorry can't do nothing for you, no refunds. How is our own US government allowing such scams? I'm definitely gonna be reaching out to our senator Lindsay Graham, to see if is possible to block companies like this from operating in the USA

We bought 3 tickets, they retreived money from debit card, and after an hour they sent that booking was unsucssesfull. Since then, no one informed us on details, money was not given back, and there is no way you can contact anyone to resolve your issue. It is a complete nightmare. I do not know why this site still exist, after so many unsatisfied custumers.

Complete rip off service. In our case, we paid for air fare from Spain to the US, airline cancels flight (not us, the airline) and it takes 6 months to receive a partial refund. EDreams keeps 20% for themselves calling it a "service fee". Wait times in excess of an hour to speak to a human being that I can't understand named Shivani Sharma (California phone number my tail, subbed out to some place in India or Pakistan). Look around to find and use a trustworthy service. They are out there. Oh, before the bot asks, my booking number was *******175

I booked a flight to Dubai but had to change it due to the covid restrictions so I requested for a postponement and/or receive a voucher. Edreams never responded but I kept sending message after message. Yes they offer good deals but since I didn't purchase the cancel with no fee service, I was left in the dark bc I couldn't speak to anyone nor did I get a real response. At this time I called my bank and had them dispute the charge in which I was refunded from my bank. If this happens to you, just reach out to your bank bc in my experience you won't actual hear from this company.

Worst rigmarole of getting a simple flight to Liverpool. Bombard you with emails. Just no. Worst experience ever. Worst set up ever. I received emails from company I was flying with then wanting to charge me more to verify it was me that booked flights at a cost because I booked through 3rd party (These clowns)please do ye're selves a favour and run!
