The site is very user-friendly and easy, and even less than a cave man could do it. The service is broad with all the options a traveler wants at their fingertips, at incredibly reasonable prices. The confirmations are swift and accurate, and, really, there's very little for you to do but select your options. The rest is done by eDreams.
For me it was simply to get an Aer Lingus flight a little cheaper than if I booked it directly with Aer Lingus.
I was looking for hundreds of top websites for better deal's but the edreams provide the best one.
My experience was straight forward, no struggles. I got an email confirming my flight bookings.
It was easy to select the right option for this trip.I had to coose between two London airports and I was able to find the best price with Dreams.

I booked a ticket from Barcelona to Cairo on 02/06/2025 but when I went to the counter they told me that the ticket was not issued or that the iDreams website did not buy me the ticket from EgyptAir and I lost my flight date and I also took a picture of their system with my name on it which I can send to you now, and I had to postpone one day in Barcelona and I spent the price of a hotel and this day cost me a lot of money and I also had an important appointment in Cairo

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
