Scouring web sites to find the best deal for a flight I was attracted to this site which offered a significant discount to booking with the airline direct. However and after following the booking process through to payment once I attempted to finalise the payment it suddenly said the fare was no longer available and offered a much higher fare. Stupidly I accepted this ( I was in a rush) only then to realise that the normal options ( canx, changes etc available when booking direct) were not accepted. More fool me but I felt cheated and still do. As a frequent traveller I will not be using this site again.
I feel trapped as I can not find the place to cancel the membership of Prime that I have a free trial for right now. Please cancel it for me if you see this message

The site was incredibly user friendly, but once I bought the tickets and the money was deducted from my account, I was told to wait for a confirmation and that IF for some reason I wasn't confirmed in 24 hours, than to reach back out to the site. It seems they truly are a middle man and I checked in for my flight early. I was told I'll have my boarding pass "at least 8 hours before my flight departure" and I just don't feel the most confident in that aspect. Otherwise, best deal for a PR flight! Woot woot!
The site is very user-friendly and easy, and even less than a cave man could do it. The service is broad with all the options a traveler wants at their fingertips, at incredibly reasonable prices. The confirmations are swift and accurate, and, really, there's very little for you to do but select your options. The rest is done by eDreams.
For me it was simply to get an Aer Lingus flight a little cheaper than if I booked it directly with Aer Lingus.
I was looking for hundreds of top websites for better deal's but the edreams provide the best one.
My experience was straight forward, no struggles. I got an email confirming my flight bookings.
It was easy to select the right option for this trip.I had to coose between two London airports and I was able to find the best price with Dreams.
EDreams provided a user-friendly booking experience with great prices and a vast array of options. I found excellent deals and the website was easy to navigate. While I didn't require extensive support, the booking process was seamless and efficient. I would consider using eDreams again for future travel plans.

I booked a ticket from Barcelona to Cairo on 02/06/2025 but when I went to the counter they told me that the ticket was not issued or that the iDreams website did not buy me the ticket from EgyptAir and I lost my flight date and I also took a picture of their system with my name on it which I can send to you now, and I had to postpone one day in Barcelona and I spent the price of a hotel and this day cost me a lot of money and I also had an important appointment in Cairo

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
