I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking
I booked 5 tickets through edreams... I called them to make a change to my reservation and got nothing but problems. They do some shady stuff and therefore you cannot make any changes... even though they say you can... And, they don't offer you any solution except, sorry, but there's nothing we can do... I am forced to buy new tickets to work around my situation. DO NOT USE THEM...

We bought two tickets and money was withdrawn from the account. We didn't get out tickets on the email, when we contacted the service she said that out booking was just cancelled. So they got the money and just didn't send any tickets. I have such a situation for the first time. Please, avoid this company

My airlines canceled the flight, normally I have to get a refund as they canceled my flight under IATA rules! The airline says travel agent must refund %100 full my money but this agency doesn't accept it! They say we demanded that be given a refund and the airline policy is non-refundable. It's just a lie, they're liars. Skyscanner how is working with bad travel agencies really can't belive. I'll complain absolutely everywhere

Utterly usless company who waist your time. My flights from Sydney to Singapore and Singapore to Sydney on return leg were downgraded from premium economy to economy. I've called the 4 times re a refund or re instate ticket and to no avail. Just get run around again and again. They even confirmed the ticket had been upgraded back to PE which was not true, i received the new e ticket and still economy

Korean air booking with alaska and delta operating the legs. They could not understand that Korean air did not actually fly any of 4 legs. They could not understand Korean air was not tracking the flights whatsoever. They could not understand that my first flight canceled on me, so wanted them to do something about it or refund me. They simply told me "Your flights have been confirmed" for 2 hours, using their obsolete information. A simple google or glance at the flight on the operating carrier's website would have showed them it was canceled, but no they would not do that for me. I have no words for what God awful service this company has. Never. Again

When I payed for the Cancel for any reason insurance option:
Round trip from New York to Sweden $566 + $101 for Seats = $667
I was given $440 as a refund i should have received $533. NOT including the $50 service fee i paid for this booking. NEVER AGAIN. You have been warned, sometimes the cheapest options cost you more. Also id like to not i was routed to a call center where 1 i could barely hear the rep and 2 i could not understand his accent.

Good prices and good reputation compared with some of its competitors. Altough the listed priced is for prime members you can sign up for a free month. If you are a regular traveller its probably worth it.

Everyone that made the reservation thought the airline already received their refund... and I believe that edeams already received mine, but they are financing themselves with mine money and everyone else that are waiting for a refund

They literally just scammed me. I wanted to modify my flight, they booked a whole another flight without my consent to a wrong destination. By the time I realized what happened, I got on chat with them and they told me it can not be revoked or modified! WHAT?!
Do not use this company! They will steal your money and not give it back!

Booked round trip tickets I found on google flights for my family via e-dreams. I was annoyed by all of the additional hidden charges and fees added on but purchased the additional insurance for all three tickets just in case. Needed to change one ticket do to an unexpected passport delay. E-dreams said the only way I could do that would be to cancel all three tickets for an 80% refund. So, an additional $600 on top of the $189 insurance fee. Ended up paying $500 to book the one ticket directly with Delta. When we got to the airport for our flight home, we were informed that we would need to pay an additional $300 for carryon luggage. I checked the eDreams app and emailed itinerary and it showed I hadn't paid for checked baggage (since I wasn't checking baggage) but didn't say anything about carry on. The customer service rep said it didn't show whether or not I had paid for carryon since I didn't pay the extra fee for carry on… huh? Customer service was horrible. They were all very pleasant, but completely unhelpful. Between all of the extra hidden fees, useless insurance, and low quality airline, I would have been way better off buying a refundable ticket from a legit airline. You know, the kind that doesn't charge extra for water, soda, carryon luggage for each leg of an international flight and has working wifi and inflight entertainment. I will never ever purchase anything from eDreams again. Buy direct… it's cheaper in the long run with a lot less headache and heartache.

I want to share the horrific exerience with Edreams:
Once the airline cancelled my flight, I called and chatted online with Edreams customer service multiple times for more than a month. Despite promising those multiple times the flight would be rebooked within 48-72 hours, it never happened. Every individual that picked up the phone or chatted online from Edreams, guaranteed me that all would be taken care and sorted. It never was. They bank on the customer, pressured by anxiety, to resolve it via other means (i. E. going and buying another ticket). Luckily, Lufthansa was amazing and took over the situation, even though the ticket was under Edreams responsibility.
Edreams is a SCAM - I have started to seek legal advice against them.
I have never encountered such a grotesque way of embezzling money from customers. I would give zero stars if I could.

I made a reservation thru this website, and they quoted me with a $200 dollar flight for September 11,2020. I thought everything was fine. And today I reviewed my emails, all of a sudden they charged me $300 dollars. This website completely robbed me. They are not good at all.

I'm so stupid. How did I book a flight with these people and not check reviews? Flight was cancelled and I got no notification from them or airline. After countless attempts I got to chat with a "real" person who was useless. I'm obviously going to lose all of my $650. I blame myself. And Intercarribean Airlines is just as bad, so I don't even know if I have a return flight still booked since first leg was cancelled. What a disgrace. Scamming people has become the MO for so many of these organizations.

Terrible company! Flight was cancelled and I requested refund. After 6 months and lots of phone calls where each time I was told the money would be refunded within 5 to 15 days I finally resorted to threatening to take the company to court. Only after this threat was the refund received.

I called edreams about my short layover. I wanted to make sure the new change from 3 hours to 1 hour was enough time to transfer. When they open my reservation, they found that my flight is cancelled. I could have gone to the airport and will be refused a ticket because of no connecting flight. I don't understand why wont they get me a connecting flight or change my ticket since I see plenty of tickets for sale on their website. Now, as I write this, they cancelled my flight and will not answers my calls. I will not trust this company again and will not use them.

I have just spent over 2 hours trying to cancel an upcoming hotel reservation and have not gotten anywhere with it. I can't cancel on-line because they don't recognize my booking number which they gave me; can't get through on the phone again because they don't recognize my booking number; and can't set up an account to manage my trip because again they don't recognize my e-mail with my password that I just set up. What a scam!

On February 12,2023, my wife and I purchased airline tickets through the eDreams online booking travel agency. We purchased these tickets for relatives of my wife who live in Hungary and were planning to have them come to the United States in May 2023.
However, one of the relatives had their last name changed due to marriage and this was an error on our part when we were entering the information to purchase the tickets. After we had purchased the tickets which included the cost of seats and luggage, we had realized that we had entered in the incorrect last name.
When I called the eDreams customer service phone number which is *******189, the representative had informed me that due to their policy of only changing three letters of any person's name and because her name was five letters, they couldn't make the adjustment. The same representative then told me that "the best thing to do is to cancel the tickets within the 24-hour grace period, rebook the tickets, and that we would be issued a full refund".
We were able to rebook the tickets within the 24-hour grace period as the representative had suggested. However, we were only issued a partial refund because the cost of the tickets were $3,127.12 and we were only credited $2,515.06 which meant that eDreams kept the remaining $612.06 difference for a slight error.
I strongly recommend that you do not use eDreams as a third-party booking agency because even if you make a mistake, it will cost you dearly.

Please use another site, do not use eDreams as they will profit off of your mistake.
