I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking
This company is nothing less than a scam for anyone who needs any service from them other than getting money from them. They lie that the systems are down, I asked for an email confirming that but they don't do that because it was never down! If you ask to talk to a manager they tell you a manager is not in, this happened to me twice. The second time they told me a manager would call me back in 2 hours but 5 hours later I did not receive a call. I had to call them!

Pay the extra to book with another company. When you are planning a trip it is worth it to know that the company is there to help.

Absolutely do not book through this for a flight. You will instantly regret it and they will automatically charge your account from e dreams that has nothing to do with your flight. And then when you call and keep asking for a refund and asking where that money comes from that they charge your account with they just hang up on you. I called five times and each time I said I wanted my refund and to be explained why I have this charge from eDreams but yet not a charge for my flights and I got hung up on. I got robbed of my money and now I cant get it back. $217 just gone. I absolutely should not have booked through this and I know it's my fault but this is definitely a scam and this should not be allowed on the internet

I have booked a flight ticket from eDream, booking reference# *******643. Unfortunately, airline has canceled one of the connecting flights, and I need to cancel the full travel itinerary. I have done a chat with a support team and canceled the booking. Unfortunately, no email update was received, and the status is unknown. If service is not good, people will not come back. Sorry, not a good experience, and I will use another service provider.

I booked a vacation on eDreams from Maryland to Miami Florida. This included; flight, hotel, and car. The hotel is the only thing that worked out for me in this booking. The website confirmed the flight was available but on the night before, I couldn't access my boarding pass. I contacted customer service and they let me know the reason I couldn't access my boarding pass was because my husband and I were not on the flight. She proceeded to tell me they will not rebook the flight for me but she could give me a refund. The refund offered was only 25% of the whole bill meaning the hotel cost 75% of all that I paid? I rebook the flight with my own money and get to Miami to find my rental. Car doesn't exist because I arrived a couple of hours later than pick up. And for this part, they are offering no refund. They are not taking any responsibility for their actions. And the call I had with customer service was not helpful as he kept referring me to an email I never received which details how I will not receive a refund. This is daylight robbery, proceed at your own risk.

Hi. They don't deserve one but is not 0 stars there.Do you want headaches? I am buying tickets for my friends and vacations for a while. I just love to look and see people happy. This time I am looking for my parents. The worst ever company. First they charge more then suppose. I am buying tickets at one price in the email I got a different price. I am calling them because I thought is a mistake. No is not. They charge their fees on top. Second they say 24 hour cancelation without penalty. I try to cancel after 4 hours not possible for the full return. I stay on the phone with them for more then 3 hours, after all I cancel and lost money but i don't want to deal with them anymore.

I went to confirm my reservation with Frontier on their website and the confirmation code I was given failed. Called Frontier twice and once got a nod that they had a reservation but without the correct confirmation code I could not get a boarding pass, I would need to call eDreams. I was given one number and it turned out to be disconnected! Flight at 6 am and at 10pm I'm discovering I don't have a an accessible booking. And for real laughs I wish I had checked out their note on "how to get a refund" for an idea of Non-informative blather... contact us! They are just lier. I cancel my trip and want refund but they said 4 times that you ticket non refundable. It was lie. Because I check with airlines they said that my tickets are refundable. After 5 times call they send my just 64 euro, which I bought ticket for 612 euro. Again I check with airlines they said they we send them 372 euro. That why do not use this company. Call center don't do anything. Web and app both of them bul$#*!. I cancel my ticket 6 month ago but in app show that my cancellation are pending yet

EDreams made our flight connections from LAX to Portugual and back from Marseilles as easy as could be. As an 80-year-old farmer, looking for airline tickets on the internet can be a bit daunting. EDreams made it very simple and at much better prices than when I consulted a travel agency who was pushing their preferred airlines at twice the price.
Actually, I just stumbled on them while searching the internet, and glad I did.

I bought a flight ticket, they told me. Its confirmed and later on got a email saying its cancelled. They asked me fail a claim to substitute the loss. They cancelled the claim. I was in customer care call for hours and hours. They just bounce the call between teams. Waste of money and time. These guys dont even deserve a single star.

The app is user friendly and easy to navigate. The eDreams Prime is a really good deal and brings lots of benefits. The only thing I noticed is that I received an email informing me about a delay in my flight, yet I still couldn't see it on the app until 5 hours later. Overall I like eDreams and I highly recommend it.

I prepaid for a car rental in Ft. Lauderdale with ACO car rental through eDreams. When I got to the rental location, they wouldn't accept my insurance information and wanted to charge me a $30-50/per day (!) fee. I declined and had to go back to the airport to make another plan. I immediately let eDreams know about it, but they told me I had to submit the following within 5 business days:
- "A picture of the credit card you presented at the desk showing the first 6 digits, the name on the card and the expiry date. Please cover the rest of the numbers for security reasons.
- A copy of your credit card statement showing the funds available on the day of rental for the aforementioned card.
- A copy of your insurance showing all the details and the converge.
- A copy of your flight details and flight number."
In other words, total hassle for problems caused by a poor rental car company. I will not use eDreams again.

In the morning i still got confirmation that my 3 flight where arrange and only my first flight went oke the other to did not exciste. And at that moment you cannot reach them. You call them the next day when you had to arrange a ticket by an other air company by your self and than they tell you you will not get a refund because you checked in for the first flight.

This is the worse online ticketing agency on the planet right now. I bought a ticket and needed the first name to be corrected, I was being deceived and told the name would be corrected and I would fly at the set time of travel. Only to call the airline and got the true situation that the name couldn't be changed due to two airline being involved in the ticket.
Now I am about to loose this huge amount of money due to misinformation from edreams. These guys are pathetic liars. They asked me to email travel doc. And nothing was sent to the airline. Airline was disappointed at the way the attended to the issue.
Please do not ever use this airline again they are the worse.

I have bought a return ticket on eDreams on the 13th March 2017, due to unpleasant circumstances (funeral) I have cancelled the tickets within the 24 hours. BTW the ticket was 344 and they don't want to give me the refund, as they should.
Since then it has been almost two months and I still didn't receive my refund as eDrema's representative has promised.
This company is a total rip-off with very bad customer service and I will advice future customers to avid this company.
I will never use eDreams again!

The worst customer service ever. There is no option to cancel the flight in manage my booking section and when you try to call them, the number is always busy. I contacted them on social media and the customer service agent gave me a special number. The number was from UK and even after staying on hold for 40 minutes, no answer. Getting refund is another thing, i am unable to get to talk to the representative of this $#*!iest agency and its been three monts now.
