I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking

WHILE BOOKING PROCESS THE ADDITION OF BAGGAGE PROCESS IS VERY TOUGH AND I CAN NOT FIND IT OUT EVEN TILL THE END. NOW I WILL BOOK MY LUGGAGE FROM THE AIRPORT AND WILL PAY EXTRA. INSTEAD OF SO MANY OFFERS LIKE INSURANCE AND OTHER OPTIONS ITS BETTER TO MAKET THE BOOKING PROCESS EASY.

I downloaded the app to manage my trip details, and when I changed flights, the same information remains. It seems to be stuck in "processing " mode, and doesn't reflect current changes. I've printed the current details for my reference, but the app doesn't help.

These guys are the worst, even airlines are not working with them. Scammers, untrustworthy, and huge liars. I changed a booking and the for 2 moths they failed to do that. When I call the airline they said they do not work with them anymore because they are unreliable, liars, scammers, and said never book with them again. So i say, no one must use them.

I would rather to give Edreams 0 scores. This is a very very terrible agent company. Many agents' English ability is bad, and this company acts like a cheater. It knows Egypt airlines doesn't have any flights on May, on June, but it sells tickets for us, receives our money, and would not give us refund. My flight is Jun 15 from CMH to CAN. An agent helped me change my flight (Cairo to CAN) from Jun 16 to Jul 1. He told me I have to take the flights Jun 15 to Cairo, then I should stay there until Jul 1. Is that a normal agent? Does his brain have any problem?

I purchased $1800+ tickets from them. I received an email stating that I would shortly receive my tickets or within 24 hours. The next morning there were no tickets and there was nothing from eDreams and when I got to the airport that morning there was no record of any ticket, purchase or my name and I had to buy tickets.

For the last couple of weeks I have been trying to figure out how to contact someone regarding canceling a ticket I purchased. I bought two tickets at the same time and one ticket needs to be canceled. No reliable way to contact through email or phone. It's amazing they find ways to take your money but no way to reply to a question. The only option I'm given over the phone through an automated service is to cancel my entire flight which is not what I'm wanting to do. I specifically try to avoid third-party bookings but I don't fly often and although I directly put in an airline it somehow looped me to edreams when I booked my ticket. I will definitely pay more attention in the future although I tried to avoid this altogether. I absolutely 100% Will tell anyone I can speak to regarding this website not to book with them.

My tickets to India were canceled March 2020. I was calling to edreams and to United Airlines between them both directed me to each other. Then I was told by United to wait for a year before I can apply for my refund! When I call them the next time they say it can only be issued by edreams! They are just playing with you. Turns out edreams hasn´t til now even apllied for my refund, they lied to me, and has completely disappeared from the face of the earth! The phone is NEVER answering. I wish I had checked their reputation before, that was stupid.

Don't buy your flight tickets through eDream. If a problem occurs, the company cannot be contacted in any way. I bought 2 tickets through the company and found that one of the one travelers was still a minor. All I needed was to fill out a document and pay 50, but it couldn't be done. I sat at the eDream chat page for 8 hours, unable to get in touch with anything but a robot that couldn't help me. I tried with all the options they described, nothing helped, no contact. I eventually tried to cancel the ticket, within the 24 hour deadline there, by law, IMPOSSIBLE. Good advice, buy directly from the airline, they can be contacted and can help if you, like me, get stuck. I've lost the tickets, money and time out the window.

Got to the airport in Vegas and they asked for more deposit so I couldn't rent car. Costumer service is horrible never got anyone on the phone to talk too. Will not recommend anyone with this company. The total they were supposed to refund was 148 n change all I got was 101 with change.

First of all "Customer Service Australia" its a fake, indeed do not exist. All calls going to India! The absolutely unprofessional people there tell you just a lies... I booked a flight by eDreams from KBP to Syd via BKK. EDreams has offered and confirmed this flight as ONE flight with two flight segments. I have made ONLY one booking and paid one price. But after my payment TWO absolutely different tickets have been issued. For each flight segment one ticket. With two tickets I am not be able to check in my luggage true to the final destination. I should going in BKK true the Passport Control, collect my luggage and check it in again. With two tickets I am also not insured in case if one flight will be cancelled or delayed i will lost my second flight. For all my messages to the eDreams customer Service I do have no any answer. Avoid this fraudsters as o plaque.

They told me they couldn't refund my outgoing in full because it was up to the airline policy to do the refund. I waited 6 months back and forth to get $400 out of my $1700 I payed for the outbound flight even though they canceled my last leg to return flight. They said they could only give me a full refund on the return but not the departing flight. If I was to miss ( no show) my flight on one leg I would lose all my flights but when the shoe is on the other foot the airline they can choose and do as they want with your money. Don't trust this company. I would make other arrangements with travel agent or better deal directly with the airlines because at the end of the day you will have to deal with them and not e dreams cause they will just pass the blame to the airline and drag it on like they did to me for 6 months.
Tip for consumers:
Use travel agent or deal directly with airlines. Might pay more but refund policy is clear and prosiest. With e dreams they just blame the airline and then you have to chase up with them anyway.
