I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking
I have never in my life encountered such a scam. I took the insurance policy to cancel my flight... Called more than 2 weeks in advance to cancel and now I cannot cancel so I have to contact the insurance company. Have you ever heard any more BS.

Allthough they are indeed a bit cheaper then other booking sites, I recommend paying the bit extra and enjoy a better service.
I was offered to change my flight since my initial one had been cancelled by the airline. I called the edreams customer service to make this request.
Two weeks later, nothing has been done. When I know ask for an update I was told that this can take 2-3 weeks more... the funny thing was that I have called the airline directly and they told me that changing a flight can be done immediatly... at this point I am not sure when I will get home after my trip:-/ and edreams is not willing to help.

During the date search itself, the price for the term that I already looked at within 10 minutes increased. It probably had more views or I chose that date more than once but it's bad that the price increased by 50%

In June 2021 I bought tickets via eDreams "Flexible Fare Guarantee" which let me transfer my flights without charge. Due to COVID closing borders I rang them to get my flights moved, and they told me I had to pay the airline transfer charges and they would reimburse me within 10 days.
As I write this in May 2022 I have never received the refund for the cost of the ticket transfer, despite numerous calls, messaging, emails etc. Its always "you should get your refund within 10 days/2 weeks/a month" and always "please just wait a little longer"
I don't believe they have ever intended to refund me, its been an elaborate run around in the hope I would just forget the money I am owed. Also when I transferred the tickets they wanted my banking details, including password!

I booked an air ticket through Edreams on 15th, Oct,2022 paid $814.99 NZD including the ticket $800.7 and $14.29 for the most popular standard travel essentials which included free charge for any change to my booking. They sent me an invoice after I asked, but the invoice was only showing the air ticket price, I didn't request about it thought was only a tiny different. I requested a cancellation on 20th, Oct, it took over 7 weeks to finally get my refund but I found I only got 53% of what I have paid for the ticket. I emailed and questioned but no response regarding my question at all.
By the way, I felt if I didn't complain they won't even refund me the 53%. AS I have been waiting well over 30 days has no any further information regards my refund, I rang the air plane company the customer service told me that my ticket has been cancelled in their system and recommend me to contact the agent where I purchased my ticket to get the refund. I then tried very hard to finally get my refund but only $447.38 I lost $353.32 when I bought the free charge of change my booking service.
Be really careful with this company!

I would give lower if I could. I just purchased a ticket to vancouver. After checking again, I noticed it was to Abbotsford. I was offered to change my tickets for 4 times the price I paid or I could just buy more tickets! Recommend to go with any other company. Wasted my time, could have just told me bluntly it was my problem to deal with.

The process was smooth but I was displeased that the price got bumped up by about $80 when the order was finalized, unexpectedly. It should have retained the original price that lured me in.
I was searching for a price on a Spirit flight and this site came up. It was reasonably priced so I stuck with it

EDreams has my account details so kept taking a Prime membership charge even though I never used it and kept canceling it. Now recently I took a Ryanair flight that they couldn't give me a boarding pass, and Ryanair wouldn't because I booked through eDreams, so I wasted more than an hour speaking to their customer service and got nowhere, so we had to pay 60€ for boarding passes… I highly DONT recommend eDreams to even enemies!

I was happy that my airline booking was a great deal. Later I saw there had been $25 per person per transaction of international fees. This was not clear at the time of the reservation. I need to be reimbursed for these fees because it was not disclosed at the time of the booking

I was excited to see there was a cheap flight on eDreams to my destination, but as I started going through the motions to purchase the tickets I was dismayed to see the price keep on rising. Plus there was numerous upsells throughout the process, I felt like I was being sold to by an aggressive salesman, plus I kept getting reminders that the plane ticket would go away soon. I felt really pressured to buy and did not enjoy my experience at all! Just before buying it said my new rate was over double the original posted rate saying that the tickets went up in price since I started the process! I eventually decided to go directly to the airlines I was buying a ticket for and just buy through there. It was cheaper than eDreams and a much more pleasant experience.
I will not be using eDreams again.
Tip for consumers:
Price check the airlines you're looking to fly with, the prices might be cheaper in the end if you just go through them directly.
If you enjoy being aggressively sold to, I highly recommend eDream

Just okey experience with booking through the site. Constant messages that we need to hurry up was just stressing and annoying, and also all the extra costs that we need to go though before actually being able to book. The price was also depending on us saying yes to extra things like prime membership, and the email afterwards confusing when it says we need to confirm our booking by giving an review. Like we would loose the booking if we don't do it.
After all, we got the tickets and are happy to fly. When we payed the exchange rate from US to NOK was also much higher than the market says. They don't inform what rate they take if you are from another country and paying in different exchange rate.
I googled it and it had the cheapest tickets.

I had a problem with the flight sceduhle due to the corona virus. First of all i had to call each day 2 hours or more to get in contact with them. Their emplooyes dont even understand proper english. They`re like robots.

The website is misguiding in showing the flight fares. It doesn't specify that taxes are not included which makes the fare prices appears to be much less than most website. I received emails from the airlines charging me for the taxes and it made the fares way higher than showed in the edreams site

I purchased 2 tickets for me and my wife to go to Buffalo to the wake and funeral of my nephew in Jamestown NY on October 5th 2023
At 11:53 pm they withthrew the amount the tickets were worth from my account at 6:15 they sent me a notice that my booking was canceled do to funds or technical issues.they froze my money and canceled our flight...in 2 days my nephew will be buried and thanks to them I will not be there for unfortunately my credit cards are in there limits and my bank account with little reserves for bills and other expenses for my wife is also getting operated in florida...they robbed me of a special time of me being next to my family in time of hurt and sorrow...please don't trust them to anything you plan...they care not for your need but there which is money. May God put his all mighty hands and destroy this agency that only continues to do wrong to its clients...thank you e dreams for ruining my chances to bury my nephew...I can not curse you for your opening your own doors to hell...

Never book via edreams! I tried it once and it cost me a lot of extra money when I had to rebook a flight. First of all it is impossible to speak to them on the phone and it takes days for them to reply. I paid extra to edreams to be able to change my flight and they replied after two days that they contacted the airline and said there are no flights available for my request, which was a lie because I managed to buy myself another ticket for that flight. From now on I only book directly with the airline company, if you have multiple distinations book every flight as a one way...
