I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking
They look like US democrat party; the best stealer in the world, i paid 3 days rental car before pick up they took my money from my bank account; flight was delayed, when i pick up my car they char $183 dollars more to my account

My flight from Pittsburgh to Berlin was canceled last Thursday by the airline. Since then I have called every day to try to reschedule. I was promised that it would be rescheduled to June 22 which was the earliest they could get the flight rescheduled. They always promised that the back office will give me a call and confirm rescheduling. When I call this evening which is my call number eight since the flight was canceledThe agent mentioned that there's only one seat left on that flight and they will call me back in two hours. I'm very frustrated that this issue is not solved before this especially that I have called so many times and that the airline canceled the flight. I just need this issue solved as soon as possible. Although I had purchased the insurance for flight cancelation & changes for all 4 pax but when I tried to change date of flight, I encountered much difficulties and frustrations in the Viet Air website. It required all particulars of every family members even though I had entered our booking confirmation no.

Dear diary, today is November 2nd 2022 and I still have not got my money back. My flight was canceled back in March 2020, you remember? When Covid hit and kept everyone home?
Well, 172 calls later, I am still deprived of my money, and whatever the community manager will reply to this review, my request was escalated 155 times to specialists, I was promised to be called back 126 times and got 0 call back. I was promised timely answers, my money to be reimbursed promptly, but nothing happened.
I am very frustrated and irate, as I feel ignored in this world of incompetent third party providers...
What is more, AirCanada claims that they sent the money back to eDreams. I don't know who to believe anymore.
Such a cruel world.

I feel like it is the worst of the bunch. They will scam you for $69.99 by subscribing you into their prime and not even sending you any email that you subscribe and the option for canceling won't appear till they charge you for it.

Overall experience is reflected on star rating!
The only downside was when processing the payment the website stated that the card was not accepted and i should try a different one, while on the bank account statement it showed as pending transaction. So which one is it? Did it fail or not? If the booking would have been 10k value and based on the website message and without checking the bank statement should have i payed twice leading to -20k? This is not safe and should be fixed ASAP!

We purchased two roundtrip tickets from Manila to Malé after we were directed to edreams.com by Kayak. EDreams left us stranded in Maldives because Air Asia refused to honor our tickets. We showed them the current itinerary from eDreams printed on the date of travel (Aug 26) with the date printed stamped on it (to prove that it is current) but Air Asia would not honor it because their was system was showing a different date of travel of Aug 25. Air Asia's agent was not willing to help us told us to resolve the issue with eDreams. EDreams has no email address. I tried calling them at the airport but it was just a perpetual recording on hold. I also tried messaging them online but there was no response. I found a link on their Facebook page on how to contact their customer service but I have only gotten an automated reply. This has caused us to incur unplanned expenses amounting to around $1500 to buy a new tickets to MNL, hotel accommodation, meals, and telephone expenses.

I had to caught a flight the day before i was leaving, and this app gabe me the options, so i could choose between them. The most difficult part was doing the check-in, because IT didn't work and eventually i had to call to the airplane company

DO NOT BUY a flight ticket from them. I bought a return ticket from them. I was denied departure. When trying to get a refund I was told I didn't show up. Later went to manage my trips my reference and email didn'tmatch when trying to check what was going on. Obviously ticket was fake. They have no means of communication. I scammed big time.

When Lufthansa cancelled the flight, I asked the company to help me and rebook but they somehow did it for a wrong date - they mixed up months and changed October to September. They don't help at all. Money lost. They called my from the customer service to discuss the issue but I said I couldn't speak and asked to call back later but they disagreed and never called back. Calling them is impossible because finding their phone number is impossible but they refuse to call back.

I'm based in Australia - booked a flight directly from skyscanner.com.au - invoice said "$306.88 this ticket has been converted from the airlines currency in order to display it in your local currency" - which is AUD - they then debited my account $467.63.
Have emailed, Facebook, instagrammed and called to get a reply weeks later saying "it's USD". SCAM WEBSITE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Cant find a way to phone even though played for the service. Tried online but couldn't get anywhere. They know flights are cancelled and they are still trying to sell me deals! The world is in crisis and they are selling deals! They are scum!

My flight got cancelled due to covid and I never got a refund nor couldn't change the flight. It's almost impossible to contact them by phone but when I finally got them, they told me it was impossible, even though the flight company (Air Maroc) warranted me a ticket change. Worst company ever. Please, save your money and your time and never book a flight (hotel or anything) with eDreams.

The prices are affordable lifting the walls of not being able to travel due to pricing. However, I just hope my flight wouldn't be canceled for some strange reason like it did for someone I know. Other than that, I can't wait for my flight!

Liars! Thieves! They put on charges that airline says there isn't! They claim that ticket is non refundable when airline says it is! There is no free rebooking as their site claims! They pocket your money! Stay away!

I have flight yesterday 30th December 2021.
It was Qatar airways flying to Doha to Kathmandu. They told I was not eligible to go back because they have layover in Brisbane. I hold Nepalese passport. I didnt have visa. Obviously there was no where written in my flight. I am stocked in backpacker, waste of money, pcr test. Edreams not responding, no calls response. Please help. I need to get my refund. They have cancelled my return flight. I need serious help

I was a victim of edreams scam. I couldn't believe it because previously I was using Edreams occasionally. But last time after I bought a airplane ticket with them I realised that they charged three times more that the price I suppose to pay. They replayed to my complaints with automatic emails telling that I pressed a wrong "to buy" button, that is non sense for me. But because they respond with automatic email explaining my case I realised that they are running few small scams, overcharging their victims but then they have same email for everybody explaining that you pressed a wrong "to buy" button. So you may get few geneuos purchases from them but early or later you will be victim of their scams.

I paid for the round trip ticket.
I paid an additional fee to change the return date.
When I called the airline company to confirm my return ticket and get flight details a few days before, I was told that my ticket was canceled because the money was not paid.
Edream company, on the other hand, said that I should not worry, that they would solve the problem as soon as possible and get back to me.
When they came back, they said that the tickets were canceled and that they could arrange a new flight if I wanted to pay around $2000 - $2500.
However, I had made my extra payment for both the departure and the return date, and to change the return date.
As a result, although I struggled for two days, I could not reach a conclusion with Edream.
Unfortunately I had to buy tickets again.

I Booked a Transavia flight from Amsterdam to Girona with this company. The booking number is *******704. When I received a confirmation email I realized that one of the booking confirmations was not correct. I cannot verify it on Transavia's website. The other one for my return ticket is perfectly fine. As a result, I have some 7-digit number that is not identifiable on the carrier's website. I cannot add any luggage there or do online check-in. There is no information on what is wrong on the website of eDreams.
When called to the call center, the representative said he has no information about this flight. He says this is some third-party company that will operate the flight. That's why they don't see any information and I have to talk to Transavia. The representative of Transavia says he cannot see my flight as the number I provide is not correct.
I feel like I have been scammed. Will never book with this company again.
