I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking
The flights in Edreams are cheap and affordable. I like the method of booking which hardly took 10 min.
I founded difficult to select seats, onboard baggage, all the available requests are not clear from the beginning and very very very expensive.

ATTENTION customers! EDreams is a scam company! They use customer's credit card number to charge them for services (annual subscription, etc.) that they never bought! Beware of them, because if you do the mistake to buy something from them, then they use your credit card number for further transactions without any authorization! Stay away from this company!
Like many customers I bought an airport ticket and by that time I was unknowingly signed up to a prime subscription which costs 65 Euros. I find it out one month later when my credit card bill was issued, but they refused to refund because my claim wasn't within 14 days. This is ridiculous!
We are thrilled to get non stop flights to Cairo. Hopefully Business class will be as good. They where as competitive as other sites for Business Class
I didn't like the way I was informed about applied discount on the end of the booking procedure, just before payment.

This travel agency is SUCH A SCAM. First of all, don't accept their free trial, they give you the runaround when you try to cancel. Second, they REFUSE TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL FLIGHTS. FOR ANY REASON INCLUDING MEDICAL. THEY REFUSE TO REFUND. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM, PERIOD. Take your business elsewhere. They have AWFUL customer service. They just want your money and once they have your money, they don't care anymore. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY AT ALL EVER.
