I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking
I do not appreciate being scammed into signing up to your prime service something I definitely did not agree to. It was only by chance i saw an email stating i had been signed up. Furthermore in order to unsubscribe and not be charged I had to spend an hour of my time working through a complex system which, when eventually found took me through 8 PAGES asking if I was sure I wished to insubscribe. I have yet to receive a confirmation email stating I am unsubscribed but have screen shotted a confirmation. Suffice to say I will not be using your service again.
Because up until now you have been reliable. However given this recent encounter I will not be using you again.

As soon as I have made a reservation and payment, I got update with different airline reservation code and flight details, changing the time departure of the second flight, which made a problem for the timing of my Congress agenda in Antalya. I wish I could follow the previous arrival in Antalya in order to have safe transport to my hotel and reach the Congress agenda timing. Thank you!

I bought tickets from Montreal to Istanbul on 21st of May 2020. The flight was cancelled and I had to ask for refund. E dreams did refund for part of the flight ( Pegasus airlines). The application for refund was done by me directly from Pegasus airlines. The first part of overseas flight is still pending. E dreams told me that I have to wait 90 days, then 120 days. Now it is just not possible to contact them at all. 120 days past already since I applied for refund. I consider the policy of E dreams as dishonest, they probably just wait their customers will die from COVID and there will not be anybody to request refund of cancelled flights. There are so many similar posts, I guess the police should investigate the activity of e dreams in the light of frauds for their customers. On my side I advice to everybody- STAY AWAY FROM E DREAMS.

We booked two tickets with dreams. The first, they changed the date of our flight to 3 days later and when we sent them a screenshot to prove the original date, flat out denied the validity of the evidence. Then when we tried to change a ticket — FOR WHICH WE HAD PAID MORE MONEY SO THATG IT WAS FLEXIBLE — they referred us to yet another third party booking system they had claimed to go through. That company denied dealing with edreams. Do not purchase through edeeams — it is a complete and total scam. Awful.

Booked a flight last year with "free cancellation within 24 hours". I cancelled within 1 hour and the flight even got cancelled. HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED 10 MONTHS LATER.
Customer service vacuum: they send you from robot to robot and nobody actually helps you. After 90 minutes (!) in queues with chatbox I was finally able to speak to a person. That person delivered the most unhelpful customer service I have ever experienced and could not help me in any meaningful way, and sent me back to the chatbox without solving any of my issues.
Tip for consumers:
Never ever ever use eDreams.

Never buy with eDreams! In November I bought some flights from Siem Reap to Sihanoukville. Until the same day of the flight (in December), at the airport, nobody has had the decency to inform me that my flight had been canceled.
Now, after months of contacting two companies that doens't want to take responsibility for the cancellation of the flight and subsequent reimbursement, I have been waiting almost a month for an eDreams response about the status of my refund, on "request" from day 21.
It is worth paying a little more and avoiding eDreams, only at your service to keep your money.

Our flights with air new Zealand booked via edreams were cancelled because of Covid. We cannot uplift the credits, because according to edreams we had to do so before end of June 2021, which was well before we in NZ could travel. However, air new Zealand had extended the credit until end of June 2022... but edreams would not send them our booking number, so airNz couldn't/wouldn't release the credits. All edreams needed to do was ring them and give them the authority.! Rip off? Who has our money? NEVER use edreams. Communications by them have been blocked wherever possible. Mind you, how can AirNZ keep them on their approved travel agent list? How can we block them coming up on searches when they are so bad.? I'm not the only person losing out on OUR money, and a well needed holiday! There seems to be no avenue of tackling this type of situation! Booking numbers on communications were, TG6QEW and *******572. The booking number AirNZ required was one finishing with an H.

I made a booking and paid. Shortly after I recieved a booking reference. Less than 24 hours before my flight I come to find out that I have not recieved any confirmation. That is because EDreams canceled my booking. I will explain: you are not buying a ticket when you give them money, youre buying an oportuity for a ticket. Doesn't that sound messed up, well its worse than you think. They can cancel your booking anytime up to the flight. Either because they couldnt get the price or because of fraud or scheme they are pulling. I would stay far away from this company.

The edreams agent requested that I buy a new ticket to Romania on 06/20/23 instead of the canceled flight on 06/21/23
And they promised that they would call me and refund me the amount of the second transaction made on 04/02/2023 of buying a second ticket for the flight on 6/20/23 in the amount of $819
For me, the first transaction of 03/22/2023 in the amount of $881.24 is approved and the second transaction is $819. I should receive a credit to the card

After being seduced by cheap tickets, it actually makes you pay much more with your money and time.
The customer service doesn't respond at all and doesn't understand or ignore your issues even if you're connected to them after waiting more than 2~3 hours (I booked 4 tickets under different names and asked to share the invoices but it sent only 2 and keep sending the same ones again again even if I explained many time). And they just save your credit card information even if you asked to delete and charge you different costs (Prime membership) which will be tremendously difficult to cancel and delete. I was finally able to cancer the prime membership by phone but today I received again that the free trial of the membership is started and it will be automatically renewed with annual charge! Furthermore, the worst part, they change my account name every time I log in or complain. (they just put the last traveler's name even though saving my personal credit card information and using my email address!)
This is to highly recommend you not to be deceived by the cheap prices if you like to save you money and time!

We booked our honeymoon flights through edreams. We realized within a couple hours we had chosen the wrong return date. We had to search high and low for phone numbers to call for customer service. When we finally got through to someone, they said because we bought the insurance, our flight date change would be free and no problem. But we had to purchase the new flight first and they would refund the old one in full within 30 days. It has now been nearly 6 months, dozens of conversations with them (with a different answer each time), and only a partial refund. We are still out nearly $2000. We have since heard that this is a common thing that happens with this company. If I could give them a negative star review, I would. I will not be attaching photos, as they would include personal financial information. We have escalated this issue through the fraud department of our credit card, as edreams continues to say they will escalate the issue then we receive no communication and have to start over, receiving different information each time.

I'll be posting my review on all review platforms. I made a terrible mistake of using edreams without reading existing reviews. So I hope you read and stay away from this service. This service has zero customer service. Zero clarity within what they call the confirmation email. Nothing works on their platform. I tried to reach them and make a request (simply to ask for an actual eticket with an actual pnr and eticket number present) but the only thing you can do is basically just fill out invoice forms or conf email request forms etc. they have an 800 no that doesnt work, online chat doesnt work. Basically the only customer service they are willing to provide is whatever automated service they have... if those work of course. I can't believe how i ended up making such a big mistake of purchasing a ticket through them... just because i was directed to them via booking.com. Terrible mistake!

Edreams charge my card for a car rental I did not make or obviously even pick up a car. I attempted calling when I got a hold of these people 6 times the minute I said I need a refund all 6 different operators immediately hung up on me. I truly am so angry and frustrated. Used edreams 12 months ago and signed up for a free subscription to get a cheap flight. I went to cancel the subscription (it is for edreams and for prime plus) and did so on the prime side of things. The process required to cancel for the edreams side of things takes you around in circles, however I removed my card from the account to stop unauthorised payments. A payment of $96 was deducted in Jan 2023. Now, 12 months later, after I could not cancel the debit and I have returned from overseas I got another $96 deduction. Again, I went around in circles trying to workput how to cancel this unwanted subscription and ended up calling their American number from Australia as this is the only way to cancel it.
I was on the phone for about 45 minutes with an operator doing and saying everything to stop me from cancelling this subscription. She even labelled me stupid for wasting it. I repeated over and over to cancel it, asked to speak with her team leader after some time. She then went on cancel it, assuring me it had been done. I asked for an email confirming this to which she groaned and only then actually went to cancel the subscription.
I have honestly never experienced anything designed to keep uou trapped paying $96 per year for nothing.
I hardly write reviews but this infuriated me. Stay right away from this dishonest company.

I had to cancel my flight due to surgery. EDreams received the funds back from the airline. They are now holding my refund hostage. Apparently there is a legal settlement and I am also due mediation fees. The total is 562 EUROS. I have called several times. I have my booking and invoice number. However, no one answers the phone. I downloaded the app. I cannot log in. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME! THE BAD REVIEW SEEMS TO BE THE ONLY WAY I CAN GET ATTENTION.

Purchased a refundable ticket from Sydney to Brisbane for 20th Dec 2020. Ticket was for Qantas airline with a tag " COVID refundable" means if for any Covid related reason you needed to cancel your trip before your flight it's fully refundable or you will receive credit. I paid almost double for this ticket to make sure if anything happened I am covered.
Just 2 days before my flight border between the states where closed because of Covid I had to cancel this flight. I received an initial email from eDreams that my cancelation has been received and they will start processing the refund but it might take couple of months, after 6 months I have received another email that you ticket was not refundable and the closed the case!
Look eDreams I am not gonna give up... I am going to write everywhere.
