I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking
I don't understand how eDreams is still in business! The website crashes all the time and when it doesn't, it tells you that "the flight is no longer available." I got one ticket from eNightmare. The website crashed during the payment and went to the homepage. I didn't get any confirmation or anything, so I got my flight elsewhere. AFTER I shopped for my other flight and got the confirmation email, I got an email from eNightmare telling me that my flight was confirmed. And to cancel, they "respectfully" asked me to call the airlines, which were two different companies, and calling them was a nightmare of its own. Shame! For advertisement, they know how to ask for money. For service, they offer incompetance.

I have finally blocked them from my credit card because they have charged me twice for a "prime ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE," signed me up twice and are saying they are going to charge me again and their agent says he cant do anything about it. Plus, I hit "confirm pay" for a flight and they triple charged me for it. The agent claimed that was legal because the price went up a "few seconds after you agreed to pay.' Yup. I think this is a criminal enterprise.

I had the worst experience with eDreams. One of my flights got cancelled by the airline and it took me three days of trying to talk to someone. They didn't provide any solution and even told me that I couldn't cancel the reservation using the insurance because the airline had cancel the flight so I just had to wait and see… After a lot of fighting over the phone with someone that was just reading a script, they told me I could request the refund but theybwere gonna wait until the airlines cane back with their decision. It took another fight over the phone to process a partial refund for the flight that was cancelled. No empathy or care for their customers. I would highly avoid using eDrems for anything

Never book through Edreams flights. Tried to request a change in a flight because the airline (NZ air) change the flight times and I knew that I could not clear New Zealand customs in 45 minutes. New Zealand Air said that Edreams had to make the change they would not make a change in the flight reservation. I contacted Edreams 3 times and never got an answer (yes or no) that they could make the change. I also added cancelation insurance to my flight but when I checkout on the Edreams site it canceled the insurance. Edreams would not help with that either. I will never use Edreams again and suggest that you don't, unless you like problems.

UPDATE: After filing a report with the Better Business Bureau, eDreams has finally provided a full refund, so I have upgraded my rating to three stars.
EDreams never refunded a flight that was cancelled by the airline. At first, they claimed the flight was never cancelled, despite my written proof from the airline that it was. Some agents claimed that I had to wait for the airline to refund the money and would promise direct call backs and updates to me by eDreams managers, none of which happened. When I called the airline, they were consistently clear that if I booked a flight with eDreams, then eDreams would have to refund me. For about 6 months I was told the refund was still "processing". Despite my many attempts to try and speak to management and make any progress forward, no solution could be reached. I was consistently told to wait another 7–10 days for things to process, and each time nothing happened. With phrases like "I will personally see to this issue" and "you can trust me to complete this job and call back tomorrow because I care a lot about your happiness and the stress this is causing you" they kept me going for quite some time. Some reps would give fake names and when I'd call back asking for them, nobody with that name was in the office. I spoke with approximately 10-12 different agents over the course of 6 months with a total of 20 hours of phone time.
This company lacks integrity and seeks to tire out their customers who have viable claims to refunds until they give up and decide the money isn't worth the headache. Booking any travel with eDreams should be avoided at all costs.

People need to be aware or a mediation fee, the price you think you pay is not the price they take from you card. I was told it's a mediation fee something that I was not made aware of when booking, AVOID

I get an email to ring them as my booking has changed, yes ring them, I am on hold and have been now for 2 hours and 22 minutes and still holding, this one booking has cost me hours of time and the airlines will not deal with them regarding changes, the airline cancelled a flight, I had to pay USD50 direct to the airlines per passenger to get them to confirm the changes, eDreams told me that the airline would not make contact with them, which tells me as an Agent they have absolutely no relationship with Singapore Airlines and probably no other airlines, do not use unless you want to be frustrated, stressed and left feeling abandoned.

Intentionally delay tickets to increase price. Put ticket in pending fix from system and get double amonut in changing date even get around 400USD from@1400$.

So when we bought the tickets it said that carry ons where included but in the confirmation it said that it wasn't. So we decided to call the customer service and it was abysmal to say nonetheless. We wanted to sent them the evidence of the photos where it said that the carry ons where included and they didn't even want to give us an email and obviously they didn't do anything with that BUT that wasn't the worst thing they did. They charged a prime subscription of $60 without our consent and when we called to get a refund they said that we couldn't so we just decided to cancel our subscription. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I booked a flight to Ho Chi Minh from Taipei. Flight departs at 0655 confirmed. We arrive early at the airport at 0430, no agents at check in counter (too early), we wait until 0600, still no agents at check in counter?! I call eDreams customer service, the agent was useless, since he couldn't help me and referred me to Vietjet, and didn't give me their number! So, eDreams basically washed and wiped their hands after I booked the flight! So, disappointed and frustrated with their service!
I don’t know why i chose this fraudulent company, because they didn’t even notify me of the cancellation and couldn’t help me any further! They basically took my money and ran!

After booking what I remember as a "fare ticket" I saw that I needed space for overhead baggage, which was not included. I tried to find how to change to "fare+" (I think it was called), which include overhead baggage. However, it was not possible. I then had to book for a "check in bag", which is more expensive.

Buying the ticket was very fast and easy but to get the boarding pass was very hard as it was a 2 company operation, but ai got it after some trial and error for 3 hours, the worst part was when my luggage was missing at the brussels airport and still is missing, when I had all of my clothes inside it so now I'm in Belgium with just the clothes I had during the flight.
Cheaper prices but probably wont do it again due to the hassle and my luggage being lost.

First of all, I made a reservation for four people and paid extra to be able to change flights if necessary. I talked to a customer rep to verify this. When I went back to change the return date, I was told I would have to change it for all people and could not change it for just myself. Next I tried to change the return date for all four of us and I was told that I could not do that but instead had to buy four new tickets and they would reimburse me for the difference. When I asked how I would get reimbursed I was never given a clear answer. This is the worst company to deal with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

They just took money for ticket and isuued a unrecognised PNR reference, so airline said its wrong. I bought a tickets from Sydney to Chennai,. On the day of departure their apo showed me, the airline cancelled your flight. I checked Sydney departures it was clearly saying on time. Then reconfirm with airlines and they said the flight is scheduled to departure, then i called Edreams customer support and the guy mentioned and keep on saying your flight is cancelled by airlines. I went to Airport i saw the check in counter is opened for my Airlines, i showed my ticket and the host couldn't find any bookings on my name and the flight number date time exactly matches, but they said this is scam. I have attached all the screen shot and my flight left on the same day. This is fraudulent company and i will blame only Skyscanner send me through this booking Agent and skyscanner should take full responsibility.
