I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking
My experience was outstanding with United Airlines and eDreams. Due to a cancelled flight on Spirit Airlines, I had to re-book and request funds for cancelled flight that would not get me to my destination in an appropriate time. Thanks again United Airlines and the eDreams Staff.

However it was not very clear re hold luggage fees especially when they are two different flights
Was quite surprised that the return flight on KLM charged significant luggage hold fees which was not indicated

When I make the reservation all the time I get messages that I will have the option to add luggage after getting the confirmation, but after purchase the flight and contact support the option that they give me is to add the luggage in the airport
It was the cheapest option that I found but is the last time that I use it.

I booked with Edreams many times but always is an uncertainty experience, I never know if the baggages in edreams really matches with the airlines bags rules. This situation puts a lot of stress in the travelers. When edreams saids Carry-on bags the airlines really means Smal bag cabin. It's unacceptable for a flight site like edreams.

I booked a cheap flight with edreams. What they dont tell you is that they sign you up with a membership and charge you a $50 us membership from the creditcard you used to pay for flight. They trick you, its a scam. They take out a monthly or yearly membership. Its caused me much trouble had cancel card. They csnt be contacted easy as on otherside of world. They said they canceled my membership and then i was charged $87. Trustpilot took down my last complaint because no evidence but i cant upload any evidence. They have not payed my money back. DO NOT BOOK WITH EDREAMS.

I was travelling from and to Helsinki - Stockholm by Norwegian Airlines. EDream quoted 112€ and charged by both eDream and Norwegian Airlines but after traveling eDream took agai €54,99 more from my master card. Tried to contact to eDream could not complain. They looted my money from my master card. Beaware with this site.

Rescheduled. Have been waiting over 7 weeks for the new ticket to be sent. NO COMMUNICATION. NO RESPONSE TO MAILS. Do yourself a favor and use another vender. It is just not worth the hassle to save a modest amount of money. My confirmation number for this process - # *******744. Avoid them - not worth the modest savings over another carrier.

Don't buy anything from eDreams, they charge a subscription automatically, 30 days after you pay your ticket they will charge you 54 €, no client assist, email doesn't go true. Happened to several people I Know. SCAM SCAM SCAN

I ordered a 2 way ticket to greece, after i paid irecieved only one way tickets!
After that i tried to cancel the tickets. Its almost imposible to contact a real customer service and they refund me only for half of the money. They are modern thiefs! Do not order flight via this company! They are also extremely expensive and thiefs!

Requested refund more than 12 months (flight was cancelled due to COVID). Edreams has received the refund from the airline but they keep asking for Swift account and IBAN details which we do not have in Australia. How can they do business in Australia, accept credit card payments and then not refund to an Australian account. The worst part is - I keep contacting their customer service, waiting to chat with an agent and every single time they lie that the money will be refunded to the credit card or the Australia bank account but we keep getting the same email asking for Swift and IBAN. This is so frustrating. How can this company operate

They are cheating when you buy tickets they sell their prime account and after some days they took money from your credit card as payment for prime account. Be careful!

The worst experience I have ever had with a flight. The Day before my flight I checked to see the flight time and I didn't find it. I called eDreams to check and they told me the flight was canceled. The didnt send me any message and the eDreams app on the iPhone still show me the flight. I asked them to find me another flight because I need to go to the passover with my family and they said they don't have any. After awhile they agree to check and find me a flight 2 times expensive. I gave the my master card to pay and they asked for 100$ Interest because of the card So I gave the my visa card they suddenly ask for the sane interest. So I hang up the phone after realizing I am dealing with layers. I did my best to find another flight. Don't get near this company or you can find yourself in the airport without a flight.

I bought online tickets and was told a later the flight was full. I then rebooked tickets when I read the email of the canceled flight. I received another email that they could accommodate this either. I had to use another service. I called them and was told I would only get 80% back which is fine. They then billed me for $137 and I received an email that they couldn't refund the rest of the money due to a banking error, so I am out $315 for absolutely nothing. Two hours on the phone while being put on hold over and over. The worst experience I have ever had with any online booking service. Stay away

I thought that since i am only booking a return flight on set dates with one airline that i would be safe booking this with a third party like e dreams (or opodo as they are the same company!) -unfortunately, turkish airlines made an involuntary schedule change on my flight and changed one of the dates to 2 days later making me have to wait in an airport for 48 hours for my connection. They also gave me the option to change or refund the booking but i had to do it with the travel agent. After speaking with edreams/opodo they were unable to change the booking for me and I had to cancel and make another booking instead. I chose to cancel and make another booking with turkish airlines direct. Low and behold it has taken edreams/opodo now 62 days and my refund has still not arrived. The phone lines are always busy, i just managed to get through to a chat customer service agent who said that 'it always takes 90 days for involuntary schedule change refunds' which is just nonsense because turkish airlines told me they have refunded it to edreams months ago. I have attempted to negatively review Opodo on various sites which always get flagged by opodo and removed somehow. All i can say is to avoid these two companies at all cost. I'm still waiting for 1100 dollars and I'm wondering if i will ever see them again.

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with eDreams, and I feel compelled to warn others about their deceptive practices. I was charged a total of £193.37 for a flight, which included a service fee of £138.62. This is in stark contrast to the invoice I received from the airline, which broke down the costs as follows:
Fare price: £46.49
Seat fee: £13.00
Administration fee: £7.50
Grand total: £66.99
EDreams charged me an additional £48.50 for priority and an additional cabin bag, which was not reflected in my ticket. This is nothing short of a scam. They are taking advantage of customers by charging exorbitant fees that are not justified by the service provided.
I spent the last 4 hours trying to resolve this issue with eDreams, but they were unhelpful and indifferent to my situation. I have since contacted my bank to flag the issue and will be reporting eDreams to ATOL, ABTA, Action Fraud, and Citizens Advice.
I urge everyone to avoid using eDreams. They are fraudsters who are only interested in taking your money without providing the promised service. Do not be fooled by their seemingly low prices, as they will find a way to charge you more in the end.
