I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking
1. It is not clear,where is this company (e - Dream), where located, and who are the ownners.
2. When printing your order confirmation, is not clear enough.
3. I asked question in English from your " customer service", and I receives Dnemark language, which I did not understand. Why not giving answers in Internationl English languge?

I booked a simple roundtrip flight to/from Montreal and the only confirmation I got was a confusing email which had the WRONG return flight info and no valid confirmation # with the airline. I have downloaded the app and have tried calling... I cannot CHANGE, CANCEL the booking (I just get forwarded in circles in the app). I cannot speak to anyone on the phone provide by the chatbot. This is a useless, no value-add service and I will be complaining to the better business bureau and VISA. The other review I left they asked me to "check my email" for a follow up to my review... There is NO follow up or email. This service is horrendous.

My experience with eDreams has been an absolute nightmare, and I feel compelled to share this review on Trustpilot.
I booked a flight from Tel Aviv to Larnaca, expecting a smooth process. However, my troubles began immediately after booking. Despite paying, I never received confirmation for my outbound flight. I waited patiently, but as the departure date approached, my attempts to contact eDreams for information were fruitless.
After days of frustration, I reluctantly approved an alternative flight via their chat support. Shockingly, I never received a confirmation email for this new booking, which added to my growing anxiety.
On the day of departure, I discovered I wasn't registered for the alternative flight, forcing me to purchase new tickets at the airport, incurring unexpected expenses. To make matters worse, this wasn't an isolated incident, as another couple faced the same problem on the same flight.
I reached out to eDreams seeking compensation, but they have been unresponsive and unwilling to address their mistakes or provide any compensation.
My advice: Avoid eDreams at all costs. Their lack of communication, incompetence, and refusal to make amends are infuriating. My experience has been a nightmare, and I hope my review helps others steer clear of this company.

I Booked a trip to milan and a hotel. The flight to milan was never prossesed and their only response was to just buy another ticket which i did for twice the amount for the original ticket!
The hotel they Booked didnt have my reservation and because of that í was without a hotel at 2am in the Middle of the night.
This resulted in my trip costing twice the original amount and edreams refuse to refund me for the hotel saying the hotel does not do refunds but it is eDreams that should do the refunding!
Ive talked to them numerous times and they all tell you to just leave a complaint.
I will never use this company again and will suggest no one will on online traveling forums. It is a scam company do not use

I was quoted less then $120.00 for a round trip from FL to VA. When I gave all my cc info the price rose to over $ 180.00. Due to an airline increase. Don't they call this a bait and switch.

I booked a flight in jun2022, my connections flight was cancelled by the airline in april i contacted EDreams the day after I noticed it and they were first lying saying that my flight was confirmed
So I asked for a refund, they said. They can reimburse me only if the flight was canceled Not for the rest of my 2 tikets (2800). To process refund take 3 months. The refund is still under airline approval, which is also a lie, be. Cause the airline confirmed that EDreams doesn't need their approval to send my money back. Still waiting to hear from them.
Don't buy tickets through them, let everyone know about the company. There policy take money for any problem happening in your booking.

I booked a ticked on edreams, i've mistaken the return dates, they charge me for the change but they didin; t change my return date. Long waiting on the phone. All the agent from the call center, they lied that they didin; t charge my debit card. On the bank statement appers that they charge the account. I don t know what to do! I consider myself lucky to have stumbled across this site after trying to find something online for the last week or two and even visiting two different travel agencies.
Almost all the information was easily accessible and simple to follow even though I was feeling rather stressed about finding something suitable. I say almost because there was one offer I don't quite understand but I signed up for it because it has a time period where I can cancel it. Now I have to find someone to explain it to me.
