I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking

I am writing this review concerning a large amount which has been deducted from my account for travel purposes from edreams and opodo. A lot of people have been victims. After checking reviews and did some research, I made an air ticket reservation for Mauritius to Frankfurt on 22 June. When I checked the amount deducted, it was too much so I cancelled it immediately, I have proof. I got an email that I will be refunded under 10days and until now nothing. I tried to contact them but in vain, they reply me that they never deducted any amount from my account and I have to check with my bank. The booking reference number is *******166. Everyday I send mails to edreams but get the same robotic answer to check with my bank and i checked, I have proof of the amount deducted and proof of the email edreams sent me to refund me my money under 10days. I got their agent on phone and he also said they will refund. If nothing is done I am ready to take legal actions. I also spoke to Emirates but they can't even find this booking

EDreams is a SCAM! Do not book with them please! I booked two flights with them and they cancelled both flights, not even refunding me for one of them. The last flight was cancelled without me knowing, and by the time we got to the airport it was too late and we had to spend another $900 booking new flights that we were almost not even going to make, causing us to almost miss a portion of our vacation. AND eDreams refused to refund us on top of this. They ended up refunding us a fourth of the ticket price and refused to refund the whole ticket, saying that this was all that the airlines returned to them. This has been the WORST booking experience of my life, DONT BOOK WITH EDREAMS.

I bought a Qatar airways ticket with flexible changes. They were charging outrageous amounts for a date change even though the price was the same online. Then I cancelled the ticket and they only refunded half the amount. When I called they kept on giving me excuses that Qatar airways did not give the entire amount. However Qatar airways policy is to give full refunds during this pandemic. They kept on telling me to call Qatar airways and resolve this issue. Every time I call an agent there is the same story of "escalating" your case. When I ask for proof that Qatar airways sent a partial amount, they would not give it to me. NEVER USE THIS TRAVEL AGENCY EVER! I MADE THE MISTAKE AND LOOKED BACK AT ALL THE TERRIBLE REVIEWS SO I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO GOT CHEATED!

They operate a scam. They sign you up for a 'prime membership' automatically so you pay $100 after a month. I paid extra for having my flight changed but they did nothing and I had to sleep at the airport. DONT BOOK WITH EDREAMS!

First they said I had a 30 days trial I try the sevice once and wanted to cancel, on the platform it said I had to call to cancel! I was never able to get a hold of anyone to cancel the subscription…. Then ofcourse they made a charge to my card for a yearly plan…. It's been a month and am not able to reach them. After they charge you for a year you are now able to cancel the subscription on the platform but not able to get a refund. It's a scammmmmmmmm!

This is incredible. They simply DON'T give A FU@$CK about their costumers. I bought a round way a ticket to Tel Aviv with two different companies (suggested by edreams) and the first flight was cancelled.
They said to contact the airlines cause they don't have anything to do with it. I'm trying to reach Ryanair and El Al and they don't awnser. Edreams, you have EVERYTHING to do with it, I bought the tickets with you, not with them.
Already sent 3 emails without an answer. SHAME

Even though it is an effective site, I don't want to have a Prime membership. I feel forced to remember to cancel the free trial in 2 months from now, exactly by a time in which I'll be traveling.
It was the first option that appeared when I Google searched for a ticket from Bogota to Medellin in September.

EDreams website. I tried to delete the account over and over. July 8, 10, 12,16, 18, 20, 22,23
No way to contact a real person. I simply get this message:

From "My account" I entered email and password. Then I clicked "Delete my Account" but the "No thanks" link is active, but "Yes, Delete" doesn't function.
I sent the message on Facebook, on their website and in the chat box. I asked for a live agent, but without a 1-12 digit code I am unable to link to proceed to an agent.

Airline cancelled the return flight, edreams couldn't rebook and when we tried to cancel the outward flight on their site it didn't cancel so we had to do it ourselves through the airline who gave us a refund number to give to edreams but they are uncontactable...there are no phone numbers and chat option does not get a response. The app update says it takes 3 months to get a refund from the airline which is a lie! We already have the number. They are either the most inefficient company every or total scammers and right now I believe they are scammers and we are about to upgrade our complaint to the consumer affairs department. DO NO USE THIS COMPANY!

Sometimes rates change to dynamic in few minutes and prime discount is sold as membership to us, so have to careful whether its going to be useful for frequent flyers.

We had 2 flights booked with this company and were not allowed to board them because the eDreams messed with the tickets. We never got any call from the company about he flight changes or issues, they confirmed our booking are all set. Despite that at the airport we were not aloud to board due to the ticket issues. The eDreams support agents keep saying that is nothing they can do, they finish the chat, which is the only way to get in touch with them, without resolving the issue, they do not call back and do not reply emails. Purchased a flight through E-dreams for my son from Luton to Cape Town South Africa with a transfer in Paris. When my son (a South Africa citizen) arrived at Luton he was told he could not travel as he needed a Schengen visa to walk across the transfer lounge in Charles De Gaulle airport. I had to cancel the flight to South Africa that cost me GBP453.00 and received a GBP9.13 refund?
Chose E-dreams because the flight advertised was the most reasonable price and the earliest available flight to Cape Town South Africa. An expensive mistake?
