I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking
Extremely bad customer service. My flight got canceled 1 day before, by the airline, and I didn't get any email from eDreams. Got an email from the airline to change my booking but doing it through the airline website didn't work out. After calling the airline, it turned out another flight in the same itinerary is also deleted from the system and I need to resolve it EXCLUSIVELY with eDreams.
It is basically impossible to talk to a customer service representative. It took me 3 hours just to get to talk to someone on chat. Then, they repeatedly told me that they will resolve it but nothing has happened. Now, three hours before my original flight, I still don't know what to do. They said that I might not be able to take the flight, but I still see part of my flight active with airlines. Since it's an urgent situation eDreams told me that only the airline can do that change. This was a lie but it made me bounce back and forth between airlines and them for a couple of hours while losing time. I haven't slept trying to resolve my situation. Nobody is willing to help and I might miss my brother's wedding. Save yourself the stress and don't book with them!

SCAM SCAM SCAM! DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE CROOKS! They set up an unauthorized RECURRING MONTHLY DRAFT on my checking account for over $500. I thought I was booking with another agency and was surprised to see that at some point, it became edreams...never heard of them. Then there were surprise fees I was going to have to pay. I tried to cancel. There is no customer service. I received an email more than 24hrs after I requested a refund and guess what? You have to cancel within 24hrs to get your airline money back. So now I am stuck with a bunk Allegiant voucher and I have no idea what has happened to the hotel room. They are not helpful and the system is designed to keep your money and keep you waiting. Disgusted.

Booked via edreams.com flights to Spain for Oct 2022. The actual credit charges do not match the INVOICE in USD.
Instead of single charge in credit card in USD, there are 4 charges 2 from edream in USD and 2 from Vueling airline in EUR.
I tried to contact both, but getting BOTS that are closing the complain. I tried to contact edreams by phone, some one fro India answer, which does not have a clue about what is overcharge.
It was a nightmare and time efforts without any results.
I tried to cancel the booking, they will refund only 80% from flight cost, Zero refund on all addintinal charges. It means I will loose 1,000$ for cancel.

Is 2,855 USD. It was expected to see a single charge of 2,855 and not 4 charges as below

My wife booked airline tickets on a reputable website but "eDreams" were piggybacking off the website and we were charged $20 over cost price 7 days later were charged an extra $90 automatically for yearly subscription which we did not request. When I tried to cancel via T/C process so convoluted I had to set up an account to unsubscribe... tried to contact customer service (non existent) I then realised I was talking with a cyberbot I was lucky have been able to block payment through my bank... DO NOT USE e DREAMS!

I had to rebook my flight as my covid test result arrived late. However they said that they'd have to contact KLM directly and ask them which would take 2-3 business days. My issue occurred on a Friday meaning I'd have to wait until at least Tuesday to fix my problem. I asked them to reimburse my accommodation and expenses, but I got no response. Their customer service hung up on me multiple times and it's the absolute worse and most useless bunch of people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. DO NOT BUY A TICKET WITH EDREAMS!

You are crinminal organization that should be shut down and CEO should end up in jail! You are selling to the people insurance, that cannot be claimed back, since you are using chat bots and having non existing customer service! So basically you are waiting for people to give up and stop trying to claim their refund. THIS IS CALLED THEFT AND PEOPLE WHO STEAL FROM OTHER PEOPLE (in this case Edreams stealing from their own customers) SHOULD FACE LEGAL CONSEQUENCES! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!

Edreams showed my amount in local ccy which was SGD and then charged me the same in USD.
Should have booked directly at the airline and would gave saved 35-40%.
Will never use this platform again.

Have tried reaching the Edreams Customer Service many many times by now, writing this review out of fatigue! My flight was cancelled and the airline (Indigo) agreed to pay us full refund. It is now in Edreams account and they are refusing to return my SGD 864.71. Its such a MATERIAL Amount and I am unable to reach their customer care through mail or call or any channel! They posted a response to my previous review saying someone will contact us and refund, but NONE OF THAT HAPPENED! This is DAYLIGHT ROBBERY! Extremely annoyed at their APPALLING TREATMENT and SUCH DISHONEST SERVICE!

I booked a vacation to San Juan Leaving Dec 27 and returning the 31st with EDreams. Paid for the insurance and everything just in case. They charged my card $5,995.21 dollars and send me an email saying it was partially booked. What that means is they booked the hotel and flight back to Miami but could not get me a flight to San Juan. After 2 hours of trying to get someone live to speak with...the rep said sorry, but it would be up to me to get a flight to San Juan...but everything else was booked. Needless to say, I requested they cancel everything since they could not get me a flight. AA airlines was great and returned my monies for the return flight and yet EDreams continues to not respond and have not returned my money for the hotel. This has been a nightmare and they have yet to issue a refund. No one to speak with and no accountability. They DO NOT care about their customers. This is a simple cancellation well within the required timeframe and they DO NOT care to help! They are leaving me with no other option but to file a complaint with the FTC.

I booked a flight with departure and return, ref. *******309. No return ticket flights exist on the site.
I found a few minutes later after the booking that the Travel Insurance does not cover the main issue that made me want to buy it. It covers "Extension of hotel stay due to illness or accident", but does not cover "Epidemics and/or infectious diseases which appear suddenly and spread rapidly through the population, as well as those caused by pollution and/or contamination of the atmosphere", which means it does not cover the main reason for purchasing this insurance: the covid 19 infection. It is a fraud.
Edreams also collects a fee to make this insurance, which is non refundable.
Since I'm Portuguese, I've contacted the company in Spain (*******). I was told that since the insurance was sold by edreams, and it was Edreams that received the money for it, I should cancel it with Edreams.
I called then to: +44-20-7660-2213. After pressing a few numbers, the operator who attended my call informed me first that I should contact Europe Assistance, and later that the insurance was non concealable and non refundable.
I will never use Edreams again. The company is a FRAUD.

This has been a nightmare. I booked flight and hotel for my teenage daughter from albuquerque to florida. The flight was canceled. I was able to get her flight changed to the next morning with the airline no problem. I called edreams to change the hotel reservation to which they said I would get a confirmation email within an hour. Several hours later still no email. Called the hotel and they had never changed the reservation. Hotel cant do it, has to be through edreams. Spent 45 minutes on hold only to get hung up on as soon as they answered. Called again spent and hour and 30 minutes on hold for them to tell me it takes 7-8 hours for it to show the changes in the system. The next day my teenage daughter gets to the hotel and the room was never changed. Forked over hundreds of dollars to book with someone else so she wouldnt be stranded. Called edreams who told me there is no manager on the weekends and one would call me monday. By wednesday still have no heard back and I demand a refund. They tell me since it is "after check in time" they are refusing the refund. I called 7 hours before check in time on DAY ONE and had proof of that. They refused my refund and I never did get to talk to a manager. Dont book with them unless you want to lose your money. HORRIBLE
