I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking

I purchased 2 tickets for me and my wife to go to Buffalo to the wake and funeral of my nephew in Jamestown NY on October 5th 2023
At 11:53 pm they withthrew the amount the tickets were worth from my account at 6:15 they sent me a notice that my booking was canceled do to funds or technical issues.they froze my money and canceled our flight...in 2 days my nephew will be buried and thanks to them I will not be there for unfortunately my credit cards are in there limits and my bank account with little reserves for bills and other expenses for my wife is also getting operated in florida...they robbed me of a special time of me being next to my family in time of hurt and sorrow...please don't trust them to anything you plan...they care not for your need but there which is money. May God put his all mighty hands and destroy this agency that only continues to do wrong to its clients...thank you e dreams for ruining my chances to bury my nephew...I can not curse you for your opening your own doors to hell...

HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I made the mistake of purchasing airline tickets from this company using google flights as they were listed. They are based in Spain. The airline I bought offers free cancellations related to COVID issues which i tried to do. Airline stated I had to contact edreams to cancel given they bought the tickets. THEY REFUSED TO REIMBURSE ME AND DO NOT HONOR THE SAME CANCELLATION POLICY AS THE AIRLINE TICKET I BOUGHT!? STAY AWAY! Given i am a heavy social media tech expert, those folks to not realize how much business they are going to loose given the mass posting they will receive. More than the $100 bucks i lost. Dont Mess with Texas!

Are you looking for a truly horrible experience? Well then you have come to the right place! This company out sources all its "customer service" calls to India or the like (I know that isn't all that uncommon). But the kicker is they never have a supervisor on shift. Weird right? I called to change the return ticket of one passenger and was very rudely told the amount and that I would have to pay the fair difference. Not a big deal except the fair I was purchasing was less than the one I originally bought. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told one was not on but would be on in the morning (their time). I called back at 8:00 a.m. Monday morning (their) time and was told the amount has changed and the woman on the line said the fee was now higher than on Friday. I checked the fairs while on the phone with her and told her the fair was now $50 less than what I had originally purchased. I asked to speak with a supervisor, and was told a supervisor was not on shift and would not be available for 4 hours (noon?). I asked how long the supervisor would be on shift and they said from that point on. I said that's not possible as when I called Friday, their was no supervisor on shift. When I asked again how long a supervisor would be on shift the lady hung up on me. Not professional in the least and I will never, ever, purchase anything from this company ever again. I suggest you skip this company all together and just hit your head against the wall. It's less painful.

No reply to my e-mail about invoice! The invoice is issued for a different amount than the deducted amount paid via credit card... I asked for explanation.

EDREAMS ARE A SCAM THEY BOOKED A FLIGHT FOR ME TRANSITTING THROUGH POLAND TO HAMBURG THEN THEY EMAILED THAT THEY CANT PROCESS THE FLIGHT FROM STANSTED TO POLAND SO I SHOULD BOOK A NEW FLIGHT TO POLAND AND CONTINUE MY JOURNEY WHICH DID NOT MAKE SENSE TO ME. I ASKED THEM TO CANCEL MY BOOKING WHICH THEY CLAIMED THEY DID, THEN I CALLED THE NEXT DAY AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE GUY WOULD NOT EVEN LISTEN TO ME, HIS POSITION IS THAT I CALL RYANAIR FOR MY REFUND CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS? NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY ARE A SCAM.

I had a problem when it came to paying. The announced PRIME price was 50,53 Euro but total price was the REGULAR fare: 74,62 Euro! Only when I used my friend's PC, I could book the ticket for the prime price!
I used eDreams before and everything went smoothly.

This is an awful website. Please listen to my advice and never use this website unless you want to lose money and get scammed. They lie about their special "prime discount" or whatever as those prices are the same when you check the actual airline website and once you fall for it and subscribe to "free" prime, there is no way to cancel it, you are going to get charged about 80$ for no reason and there is no way you can stop that from happening. They customer support is the worst i have ever experienced and it is filled with Indians who can barely speak English. I lost a lot of money because of this website but at least I know now which website to not use for bookings. Also they have only one hotline number which is +44 so you are going to have to pay huge phone bills just to contact them (if you're not in the uk), and its pointless to call them anyways since they don't understand English, i spent 15 mins on the call and they still couldn't understand that i wanted to change my contact details even preschool kids would understand it but somehow their employees cant. Anyway this is my honest experience with this website, I would recommend you to book tickets from airline websites or other websites like kiwi.
