I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking
I booked multiple flights with eDreams. At first, my flight from Dubai to Istanbul was canceled by airline and I got a email from them. I called them to rebook my flight but they were not native Japanese speakers and they were so helpless. They asked me to call emirates so I did but emirates told me to call eDreams so I did. But they didn't rebook my flights and they did nothing for me. One week later, I tried to call eDreams again and they told me all my trips were canceled by airline. But I don't think it's true cuz emirates still have available flights... they didn't even email me that my other flights were canceled until I called them. Totally bullsh*t. They ruined my whole trip. Don't book flights with eDreams. I still have no idea if I can get a full refund. Plus, as you can see the first and second pic, emirates said they didn't cancel my flights except my flight from Dubai to Istanbul and they didn't receive a refund request from eDreams. However, eDreams said they didn't cancel my booking and my refund request is pending. There is a contradiction between those two. I think eDreams is lying to me and I just want a full refund. I just called my credit card company to dispute the charges. I hope it works. My booking reference is *******177. Plz cancel the charge. I don't like to pay ¥******* upfront for nothing

Thanks for lie to me all this time to say that U will Refund the money U take from my Account. I been waiting your Promise since March 9th, and after view month, now U say my Tickets can't Refund and U asking Me to deal with KLM about That. It was a letdown when I realized the amount charged to my credit card had been converted from US to Canadian.
Because of the great deal I thought I found and I heard that West Jet had taken over from Swoop who had incredible deals so I truly thought it was Canadian dollars

Booked ticket but when I paid the final amount it increased extra $74 and paid $90 extra for language

I can't understand how such an incompetent, deceitful travel company as Edreams,
After cheating so many people and being taken legal action against them can still get
Away with it.
No explanation found just they push the legal system to its limits and using legal
Loopholes to their advantage.
I booked two plane tickets in a round flight from Los Angeles to Anchorage. I was
Told that I couldn't choose the seats for my wife and I, consequently I cancelled the booking as I was no longer interested in taking those flights without
Choosing seats.
The insurance policy with Edreams says that it covers a cancellation due to
Unintended circunstances that are outside of the insured's control, which is what
Happened in my case, Edreams failed to provide me numbered seats.
Even though they claim that it was the airline that didn't allow me to choose seats,
The only responsable towards the customer is Edreams as intermediary between
The airline and the customer.
When I cancelled my flight in Jenuary the only response that I had got was a bot
Saying that I would be refunded.
Not a word since then despite the fact that I brought my case to resolver and they
Accepted my comnplain. One average travel company would have offered me
Other options to choose from.
Edreams should be put out of business for the sake of the customers.

This company is extremely poor in customer service and dealing with individuals' concerns. I paid additional money for flexible travel, but at no point was I told that was a one-time adjustment and would not receive live data about my flight. I called to cancel my flight and thought it be possible for me to receive 80-100% as I did not feel comfortable flying with a company that would not provide me updates. After being insulted and talked over which was rude / not professional. I attempted to try to ask if we could adjust my flight to one of the 5 earlier to give me more assurances if they would not provide updates. The customer service rep had the audacity to lie and say there were no other flights. However, upon checking on the website there were 3 other options I could book instanously. What he meant was he would not go out of his way to assist me. I even offered to pay the fare difference to attempt to work with them.
They cannot pay software engineers to update information on flight changes and ticket changes. They refuse to attempt to work with you by communicate with the airline as a booking platform (unheard of). I asked the guy what he accomplished in 45 mins and his response was "defending the policies." They do not pay individuals in any capacity to assist you rather to fight with you to prevent any change. I am suppose to receive a call from a manager, but feel this experience has solidified my decision never book with them again and I wanted to help others the time and effort of dealing with them.
While a Manager has yet to contact me regarding my case. 24 hours after this post a customer service representative offered me 22 Euros for the flight (not even half of taxes and the flight insurance/flexible spending price I paid). This company is a joke.
