I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking

I booked a flight through Qatar Airways' direct booking portal but saw a cheaper fare from eDreams the following day, so I cancelled my booking with Qatar and waited for the refund before going ahead with eDreams. It took QA 3 days to send the refund into my account which was in my account on the 4th day, This is November 2021, the very day, I booked the cheaper flight with eDreams, a couple of days later, my plans had to be changed and the company wanted to pay for the trip through their agent, so I requested for cancellation with eDreams. It is the 30th September 2022 today (some NINE months later), and it is almost impossible to get in touch with eDreams, phones calls are automatically rerouted to different departments, and when after half an hour the call is picked up, it is hung up on straightaway. The online chatbot keeps looping the questions and if I choose unrelated options to finally get a human, they advise me to call and disconnect the chat. I doubt I'll ever get my $1,700+ back. The last confirmation they sent me was in February 2022 that the refund was pending Airline Authorisation, the same airline that refunded my fare in full within 3 days.

If you want cheap tickets d'nt book at Edreams. After booking everything is wrong and when you will correct it, you have to pay it by yourself.
First time I have used eDreams and if all runs smoothly with my trip will make eDreams a priority for future trips.

3 days with no confirmation email and counting, and i am on waiting international call for 20 min, the worst travel agent i have ever deal with
Booked a flight to San Diego, CA about three weeks before we were supposed to depart. On the day OF the flight, I was trying to check in with Frontier (airline I purchased flight through) and Frontier told me that my flight had been cancelled (by eDreams according to their system). I then called eDreams (let me add I had to call MULTIPLE times bc their customer service is doo doo) and they told me the flight was still confirmed on their end and I needed to reach out to Frontier (keep in mind I just did this and Frontier also wouldn't cancel my flight). We then had to purchase plane tickets at DOUBLE the price I initially bought them at. A couple days later, I received a phone call saying I would receive a refund of the initial amount BUT they were unwilling to pay the difference they cost us, which was a significant amount given I bought the tickets at $256 and we then had to buy NEW tickets at a total of $500+. This was mid May and I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN A REFUND. TERRIBLE COMPANY WITH DISHONEST POLICIES THAT DOESN'T CARE IF THEY RUIN YOUR TRIP.
I was told I would receive a credit due to a cancelled reservation. That is what the email said-weeks later-nothing. Not impressed.
Because I made a terribly foolish mistake.
Interesting, but the idea of a little fair, until you got a good Gacha club on my membership OK $69 more
Generally I'm satisfied with the kind of customer care given to me.
My flight booking was fast and I'm happy with that.
The flight fare was moderate as compared to other companies.

It was an experience. I thought it will hard to find the price for a reasonable ticket but edreams made it happened.
It was an add and I figured I would give it a try.
Easy navigation, quick to receive booking details via email, hopefully if problems arise, they will be quick to respond and helpful too

They were take money for the ticket but there is not any ticket! İ lose my mony and flight! Never use the edreams!
On my flight booking was told that 1 hand baggage was included in the fare, but the airline ticket don't include it.
