I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking

It’s better alternative to Ryan air app. I can get to choose which airline I want to travel also easy check ins. And boarding passes are emailed to me

NEVER EVER USE EDREAMS!
I have booked a roundtrip flight ticket for my study abroad program in Japan. It was supposed to be from Miami to LA, to Japan and on return, it was the opposite. Later that day, once it was time for my flight, I went to the airport and they told me there is no seats booked under my name, however, I had seats for the return flights. But when I checked my bank account, the money for both ways has been taken out of my bank account, even though I did not have a flight. Therefore, I paid for a flight that I did not even have seats booked for. I only had return tickets, it is hilarious, how am I going to go back to Miami from Japan if they did not book seats for me with the money they charged me and I cannot even go to Japan? They are horrible.
Later on, I emailed them since they never answer their phones. They told me to contact the airway (ZIPAIR) because they cannot do anything. I emailed the airway and they told me since I paid the money to EDREAMS and booked my flight through there, I need to solve this problem with them. Once I emailed EDREAMS again, they never replied back to my email. I emailed them for months trying to contact them, but nothing.
I lost over $2,000 because of them, I will never use this website and comment on how horrible they are everywhere.
I wish I had used Expedia or Skyscanner. Horrible experience with EDREAMS.
We were very disappointed that edreams did not get a replacement flight from SOQ to CGK when Lion Air cancelled our flight - one segment of our booking with you.

ABSOLUTELY NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!...If I could give E Dreams Zero rating then I would, or even a minus rating then I would!...I will be suing your company 100% I don't know how you feel it is okay that I reserved a car for $727.92 then the flight was cancelled of no fault of my own, so I contacted E Dreams right away to let them know. Then the next day I get to the car rental office and they even refuse to even let me on the shuttle bus because there is no record of my reservation or payment on the system. Then the same car they charge me more for a sum of $952.37 for which is just sitting there in the parking lot. So in total I trusted you with a reservation then had to pay for again, more for in fact than my original booking!
So a total of $1680.29 I have paid so far plus the 17 euro taxi that I was FORCED to pay on my arrival from Corfu, Greece airport just to get to the rental car office! Just to hire a car in Greece for 10 days! Plus all the time, stress and energy and upset (right at the beginning of an annual 10 day family reunion with my parents after flying over 25 hours from Hawai'i to see them! The first day was literally ruined having to deal with this car rental fiasco!) for something that should have been so simple. I feel E Dreams has literally stolen my money! And still you refuse to even let me speak to someone on the phone. I will be complaining and making an official case with the department of transportation, the Better Business Bureau, Google/Trust pilot etc.
How can you refuse to give me a refund?! Unbelievable!
