I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking

It was one of the best landings that I've ever experienced. I'm 6' 2" tall so I was cramped for space but other than that it was ok.

Found the site easy to use, but once booked really not easy to arrange baggage/hold luggage. And it seems it is impossible to get an invoice.

They lay telling that LION AIR does not makes refunds on tickets when they do. EDreams does not want to cancel my airflight ticket in order not to get the refund from Lions Air.
My overall experience was superb and it is not the first time to use this Website using eDreams I like it to be honest
I have used it once during the past and also friends at work use this as well we all in one like the edreams

Do not book with them! They do not refund and just hand out phone numbers to cancel your flights etc. Complete garbage and crooks!

They showed $1330 price, after everything was paid, invoice showed $1465, very hard to get refund, and they will not refund the complete amount
The owner of the account is Artan Muftiu, and before logging in, the name Artan appeared. Now after Artani ordered the ticket for Yllka Plasari, the credentials have not changed, but Yllka appears as the owner after logging in.
Yllka Plasari is a traveler but not the holder of this account. Yllka Plasari has another account with other credentials.
So I will change the name below nga Yllka Plasari to Artan Myftiu, since I own the account and the email came in my privat email (*******@bluewin.ch)

It was good except I was not able to pick our seats and on my receipt it doesn't show the times of our flights.

As I Travel to Scotland very often due to my work as an offshore Rig Worker with Valaris I find
E Dreams very helpful in finding me flights which are reasonable and suitable for my timetable.

I signed up to edreams prime by accident and now when I go to my account I don't see the option to cancel. This is really bad

This is the last company that will ever cross my mind again when I will be booking flights. I booked a flight on Oct 18 with Spirit through edreams. I had to cancel the flight the very next morning due to some unavoidable circumstances. Edreams didn't let me cancel through their website and suggested to cancel with the airline directly which I did within 24hra of booking my flight. This is a standard in USA where cancellations within 24 hrs are fully refundable. Spirit promptly cancelled my air tickets and refunded to edreams. I have since then tried to contact them several times but to no avail. I got a reply to my email and was asked to upload airline cancellation confirmation which I did. There was no response to my email for a week after that. The phone call is auto disconnected telling me that a once my travel dates are ot within the next 2 weeks they cannot help me and I should call later. Somehow after waiting and hour in chat on their app I got hold of a rep who told me that my ticket will be cancelled and he will take care of it. But even after 3-4 days nothing happened. So I had to endure the wait for chat again and ask again for refund. The customer service finally put in my request and all has been silent since then. The email I received says something else and their app status says something else about my refund entirely. This was our first vacation after 2 years of being at home with 2 kids during this pandemic and edreams have made it so stressful which was suppose to be a relaxing period for me and my family. I have a confirmation from spirit that they refunded to their master card ending in 7500. And edreams tells me they are still waiting on confirmation from airline to cancel my tickets and that airline is taking 3-6 months to refund. This is utter lie as I know otherwise. DO NOT TRUST THESE FRAUDS. They will keep your money and not refund you. Avoid avoid avoid at all cost
