I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking

Very fast response and easy to understand and easy to book my tickets and very easy first time like me to use the site
The only thing I did not like was that during the booking the price of the flight was raised a few hundred euro, which I think is not acceptable.
Because it is easy to book and you have different ways to pay, since I had problems with my creditcard.

I took my time while booking because I was at work but all was done as requested and the price requested was was not changed
Because its price was one of the lowest and they had the flight I wanted with less hours of transit.

We picked a flight that cost 470+
The cost changed to 510+ when we tried to pay
So disappointed, we gave up looking, so we paid extra charge.
Because we know eDream for many years
I was sent booking details for my wife twice for flight from knock but none for myself. Had to get air lingus to print my booking

Being an NHS keyworker I had a discount code. No matter how hard I tried I could not find anywhere during the booking process to enter this.
Flexible ticket was well priced

I never received my complete info. Was missing my confirmed itinerary. Had to call United to get my info after a couple days.
Thought it wud be easier w/Prime membership.
Difficult for refund or switch flight for my children's fathers funeral. Looks like no refund and I cant pay for another flight... horrible
