I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking

Did not confirm booking on 1st leg of flight; wouldn't cancel 2nd leg of flight, no refund 8 days later

that they make you call the airlines directly for any changes in information, flight plan, etc.

airline tickets - they required me to call the airline for any changes/cancellations, and they still have only refunded the portion of the trip they were unable to book; i had to cancel with the airlines and provide proof of my cancellation, which I did, and 8 days later, still waiting for my refund.
It was a great reseasonable app it was cool they explain everything about your flight they tell you resealable prices

This website gives me hope when I wasn't able to get the date and time I am booking from the other booking website.
They have the time and date I am wanted when I am looking for a flight.
Edream keep holding the refund for 10months after so much time i spent to chase them up and keep asking them for refund.

Very quick and easy, price is competitive. The prime is not really worth it, it can include free cancelation, not only the fee.

My worst experience every using a travel agency, I made mistake in my niece name inside of typing h I did g, I catch my mistake 3 munities after booking, and try to communicate with this agency ( took 4 hours to get a hold of a person, than the gentleman told me they escalate the issue to another division and it will be fixed, next day ( as Today April5th 2022) I got a email that they cant Change the name because of the airline, I didn't buy it at all, Mistake happened before to a lot of people i know and name being fix sometimes it required a fee, but the airline didn't want to fix the mistake, that's ODDS. So i called this EDREAMS (for me its a nightmare) and the Customers service that he was sorry for this issues and to cancel my flight, it cost me 300$
