Shortly after I returned home I noticed a debit on my bank account of €89.99. When I check with my bank they advised that the payment was to EDreams.
Apparently at some stage during the booking process I was signed up for an annual subscription.
I DID NOT KNOW THIS
And would not have continued if I had known.
I was returning home to a family funeral and took the quickest route.
I feel I have been taken advantage of.
I cannot find anyone to contact to ask for a refund.

Very quickly found opportunities to travel. Missed alternatives for different dates. Smooth booking process and quick payment. The thing I don't like but is probably not due to eDreams, is the fact that a flight will cost about twice as much as advertised for stupid simple things as your luggage, your seat and other stuff.

Do not book flight tickets through this company. They are cheaters. Their business model is based on the premium club scam that works in the following way without the victim - you - understanding or feeling the nasty sting:. You get to them through a legitimate search engine like SkyScanner (which is itself a scandal that SkyScanner allows a fraudulent and fraudulent company to be part of their search engine). When you are on their website to which you were directed through the search engine - to get the price listed in the search engine you have to register for their customer club - which is an X mark in one second slot and you continue with the order at the price listed in the search engine. There is no hint that membership in the premium club costs money. After the order you start receiving a flood of worthless emails from them and then in one of them in letters
Little things (not in the first email), they write that the club membership costs money and they will collect the money in a month. After that they cut off contact and you forget about them. After a month they withdraw the money for membership in the premium club through the credit card. You obviously don't notice the money being dropped. You don't remember at all that you ordered something through them and you certainly don't know that the company that was nothing but X in the flight registration process costs money. After a year, they decline again, and so on until, by chance, after a few years you go up against them and cancel the charge and discover that you paid ten times the price of the plane ticket, for membership in a worthless club that you didn't even know you were a member of and you never received any reminders, notices or offers for any service following it membership. So I did make a single dollar on the ticket price of $25 instead of $26, which was the next competitor's price according to the search engine, but I paid $70 for two years of club membership. I was able to get a refund for the second year that didn't start at all (after hard efforts and wasted time!), but I didn't get a refund for the first year. That's how I paid for a plane ticket $95 instead of $26. In short, don't get close to these scammers.

I arranged flight ticket from Skopje to Budapest throw Frankfurt with Lufthansa and then from Budapest to Skopje with Wizz air. The price ticket (bigger than as premium member) was completely taken from my account and after that I received info that the booking cannot be arranged from Skopje to Budapest. In that case, I was forced to book another one-way fight from Skopje to Budapest with early morning flight at 4 AM with Serbia airlines. My secretary wrote to eDrems for money refund because nobody showed any interest for that by now. My current flight ticket instead of cca 200Eur costed me more than 400Eur. I do hope that there will be money refund in near future. If not, I will never use eDrems again.

EDreams is the biggest scam to date, how they are still operating is beyond me. They have been flagged for years on their horrible service, fake tickets and bad reputation for refusing to refund customers. I absolutely regret not verifying their reputation before booking. I wouldn't be shocked if they bought most of the reviews here. There's no way.
It's been over 8 months now for me since they left me high and dry. I'm stuck in a different country, got laid off my job in my country, suffered depression and life ruined because of eDreams.
Their system would not let me cancel my flight and for their convenience, they marked me as 'no show', when I asked what informs their decision to say I am no show I don't get sound answers. After blowing up their email, they kept asking me to wait for resolution, wait for refund that the flight is considering but it never happened. At this point I was slipping into depression & could no longer fight but I'm back & now they will pay for what I have suffered psychologically because of what this did to me.
I want my money eDreams & stop telling me about airlines. This has nothing to do with airlines but EVERYTHING to do with your web interface which would not let me cancel and get my refund! I won't stop until I get compensated. I won't stop spreading the word about your service, I will go on every review platform and social media page with links from other people too as proof!
