I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking

E-Dreams " ESTAFADORES"
El 7 de junio del 2023 le compré pasaje a empresa E-Deams, el vuelo era para el 22 de diciembre del 2023. Luego de un mes de mi compra, E-Dreams me avisa que se canceló un tramo del viaje y que si yo quería tenía derecho a reembolso. Pues han pasado 6 meses y no me han reembolsada nada. Según ley de España el que debe devolver el dinero es E-Dreams. La excusa de E-Dreams es que Aereolineas argentinas aún no les autoriza el reembolso. Esto es falso porque la ley es clara en esto, E-Dreams hace la devolución. Además eran dos personas que viajaban juntos, uno de ellos hizo su compra x expedía y recibió su reembolso a los 15 días, yo voy 6 meses. Les he llamado 6 veces y el trato es cordial, y se hacen los empaticos, en realidad te están tomando por idiota. Las 6 veces pedí para hablar con supervisor y la respuesta es que está reunido, otra mentira. Es una organización de estafadores. E-Dreams "ESTAFADORES"

Compre un boleto de avion el cual decia que ae podia cancelar dentro de las proximas 24 horas.
A penas lo vompre me di cuenta que habia sido una mala desicion, cuando fui a cancelarlo de repente decia que solo tenia 1 hora para cancelarlo. No dude y lo cancele al instante, en fin ellos nunca me devolvieron el dinero. Llame varias veces y hable con representantes que me aaeguraban que el reembolso estaba hecho cuando yo jamas recibi nada. En definitiva me robaron casi 300 dolares y ni siquiera un voucher por ese valor me dieron. La pagina es buena tiene buenos precios el tema esta en si tienes un error o necesitas alguna vez cancelar un vuelo. Pues nadie se hara cargo de eso.
Por la cantidad de aerolíneas que manejan y los precios que se encuentran. La gestión y el servicio al cliente son pesimos.

OPLICHTERS zeer slechte ervaring met EDreams.
Ik ben sinds september 2021 bezig om mijn geld terug te krijgen.
Ze hebben mijn vlucht zelf geannuleerd, deze is niet doorgegaan, dan horen ze volgens de EU regels binnen 7 dagen je geld terug te storten. Februari 2022 nog steeds geen cent van hun ontvangen en niets van hun gehoord. Herhaaldelijk geprobeerd contact te leggen. Contact nauwelijks mogelijk met computer vn hulp via een chatrobot, geen service, telefoon, adres of dergelijke.
Het zijn zeer klant onvriendelijke, onbetrouwbare oplichters, geven geen terugbetalingen terwijl ze zelf de vluchten annuleren.
Boek niet via edreams. Als er iets wijzigt of geannuleerd wordt ben je steevast je geld kwijt. Onbegrijpelijk dat dergelijke oplichters gewoon verder kunnen gaan ondanks talloze klachten. 1 ster is nog te veel.

Entonces me parece que no está del todo bien el servicio entregado, la compra fue oportuna su confirmación tomó 24hrs y como decía aun hay información pendiente. Espero recibir estos datos, pero en general fácil usarla. Te diremos que ver cómo se da todo más cerca de la fecha de viaje

Vergognatevi. Dovreste fallire e finire in mezzo ad una strada.
Dopo svariati tentativi e l'evidenza che trattengono dei soldi di un biglietto dal Italia all'Australia con partenza il 14 marzo.
Quando il 12 marzo L'Australia ha chiuso le porte all'Italia per via del coronavirus. Negano l'evidenza di email inviate a loro dicendo di non aver ricevuto in primo momento l'e-mail, la compagnia area la Singapore Airlines li ha contattati sollecitando loro a rilasciare 800 euro di biglietto.
Una vergognosa azione di far stancare il cliente affinché i soldi possono trattenerli. Ma non cederò, vi porterò in corte e li perderete anche più di 800 euro.
È la seconda volta, dopo il viaggio in Andalusia dell'anno scorso, che, quando ho bisogno di assistenza da parte di una persona reale, non mi viene fornita. Ho provato anche a contattare l'assistenza in inglese da membro Prime, ma per la seconda volta non è stato possibile mettersi in contatto con qualcuno. Il volo partirà domani mattina e, per un errore di eDreams, mi trovo in difficoltà con l'ennesima prenotazione. Forse l'azienda dovrebbe concentrarsi di più su un reale servizio di assistenza e su una maggiore comunicazione in tempo reale con le compagnie aeree. Se non è in grado di farlo, sarebbe meglio concentrarsi su un solo Paese e non avere pretese da multinazionale.

Je viens d'acheter mes billets de Montreal a Casablanca. J'ai payé la totalité de prix. J'ai attendu 24 H et aucune billet n'etait livré. En contactant le service a la clientèle, ils m'ont informé que le prix est augmenté et on ne peut rien faire pour toi. Ils m'ont fait perdre un excellent deal.
