I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. I am outraged by the way I was treated. After mistakenly signing up for a membership, I realized the mistake the same day I was charged. I immediately contacted them multiple times, yet they outright refused to issue a refund. Despite my persistent efforts, they did nothing. They shamelessly took my money—money from a student who never wanted to be a member in the first place. They essentially trapped me in the membership just to hold onto my money. If you're thinking about using their service, think again. This is not just poor service—it's outright theft. Stay away; it's a complete scam!"

After a rocky start by my booking the wrong dates the insurance package which we had opted for kicked in and allowed us change the flights - using the excellent company app! It took a few calls to the helpline to talk with their polite efficient staff but all is now sorted and we're looking forward to the trip of a lifetime!
Chosen as best value for money for such a long trip. Wanted to avoid Heathrow Airport too so the Amsterdam option appealed.
Just doing a cursory look online for flight prices to Boston thinking of visiting an elderly friend. Well I was so impressed with the price that I rang my brother and told him and he agreed so within a half hour of opening my phone we were booked both ways seats luggage and insurance, really looking forward to it now
This booking was made well ahead of time and no problem. My last booking had to be cancelled and I expected a real mess, but the cancellation insurance worked well. I've compared edreams to other online booking systems and it seems better at least for European trips.
I've used edreams for years now. But I did some comparisons and found the options for cost and flight times was better with edreams.
Edreams offers great flight prices which virtually double when essential add ons like baggage and seating is done. I'd give any other airline the same review, as they are all doing it and it is a scam.

The site easy to use. I found and booked flights at a good price. Confirmation of booking was quick, but I am yet to travel so cannot be sure yet that everything will work out as planned.
Only negative so far is a fair few follow up emails and offers etc.

I was able to book my flight online using my tablet, but the app kept crashing. The chat robot was useless, as they usually are, the human told me to try again and not book hold bags... not very useful!

I have been using eDreams for less than a year. I booked several flights and several hotels. I booked the flights because they combine airline operators, provide a large selection of alternatives, and with Prime the prices are sometimes the most favorable. I booked the hotels because they were cheaper than other platforms. Although their selection of hotels is somewhat smaller, all the ones I booked were of good quality. I am satisfied with the reservations in the first year of Prime membership.
