Edreams and citizenplane are thieves they stole my money I chose a ticket by 1600 and they deducted 4880 after I contact them edreams said its citizenplane and citizenplane said its edreams and I visited the airways company office they said edreams and citizenplane deal with company called pan pacific enterprise group and they are stealing people money I am writing my review to advise all people don't book from this website they will steal ur money they are thieves.

Pitched the travel insurance in the event I had to change my return date and it happened and needed to change my departure date to return to originating airport…. I was told I had to pay the airline $1600 u.s. for coach seats regardless of the upgraded seats I paid for originally. I ended up calling then airline direct after being "scolded" by the e agent stating they would not allow me to change and I had to cancel my ticket right then and have to wait for a $500 refund for at least thirty days for the refund. This was after I called three times and was on hold no less than thirty minutes each time and was disconnected by the agent and I stayed on the phone and the survey recoding came on each time. When I called the airline had to hold one hour and fifteen minutes and they refused to honor the upgraded seats I paid for. I was treated like trash from the beginning to the end of my journey I will never use this company ever again passenger bill of rights is a complete joke. The agents were diffult tonunderstsnd and they were all muffled and unreadable on top of the fact they had no respect on the phone and were showing signs of anger towards me. The insurance was worthless and the service was pathetic ultimately I paid $3800 for the worse seats on every segment of my journey at that price I should have been in business class or the upgraded sections of the aircraft at the very least I was ripped off …. Flip side is I was able to complete my journey and it was work related business related I'm extremely upset about the entire experience with this travel agency extremely dissatisfied. This survey will land on deaf ears and they will do nothing to correct or rectify how I was charged and treated. I paid the insurance and I was ultimately lied too this company is lying to its customers absolutely. E Dream absolutely not total nightmare

I booked a flight via them (I was in kayak and was sent to them, not my preference). I saw and double checked my price was 222 CAD total. I see in my credit card statement a charge of 309 CAD. There is nowhere else that price mentioned.
I paid extra money to eDreams so that I could change my ticket. My parents got COVID and did not want me to visit on my original date. I went through eDreams website to change my booking. The page explained I did the first step and eDreams would get back to me to continue the change. Two days later, I received an email from eDreams saying I never answered my phone and they cancelled my request. I chatted through their website and the agent said I had to start the process again. So I did. The next day my phone rang a half of a ring and I called it back (+44 20 3433 6900). That agent said I didn't answer my phone and someone would call me back. After I begged to be transferred, she said there was nothing she could do and the conversation ended. My phone did ring again about an hour later, but only a HALF RING. I was unable to answer even though my phone was in my hand. I called back (although I will probably be charged for an international call) and was told since I did not answer they would call me back. I tried to explain that the phone doesn't ring long enough to answer. She put me on hold and came back and said they would call me back. I explained it was two times now that it didn't work and could I please be transferred. She said she told her manager that they weren't letting it ring long enough and they would call me in less than a half hour. It has been 2 hours now. No call. Fraudulent company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, YOUR MONEY, YOUR INTERNATIONAL PHONE FEES. They will not help you.

I couldn't find the ticket confirmations on the web login. Finding password changing option is difficult and searching yet. Top of everything no Information about online check-in. I have been trying at the app on and on for a check-in request which in not working though. Overall its not user-friendly at all to me.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
