1) I got a 30-day free trial of their prime membership. Sent several requests to cancel it within 30 days, spoke with customer service, who promised me it would be cancelled. Nevertheless I got charged and after 2 months of complaints and promises of a refund, there is no refund.
2) customer service is Indian, with Indian standards, which means a lot of words, but no actions.
3) I booked a hotel, and it turned out that the hotel lacked some facilities that were listed in the description. I complained, and again, there is nothing except for lot of wordy useless explanations.
I do not recommend this web business.

After booking a flight and paying the extra for me to have Flexible Flight Change Guarantee, I was given a total run around when it was time to use that benefit to rebook a flight. I kept having to chat online for hours just to be told that I will get a call. Waited days and eventually weeks just to get an email saying they can't reach me. Gave them alternative numbers many times and yet they keep having me wait. While chatting, I would be ignored for long periods of time and then get a cliche apology. EDreams need to retrain their reps and revise their customer support methods. You can't have a customer waiting for so long after you've gotten their money. I'm a frequent flyer but will NEVER use eDreams and would never recommend it to anyone!

I've booked lots of trips! First time using this company and it turn in to a complete Disaster trip ended up being canceled due to all the run around with the trip times being changed multiple times! I purchased the coverage for all 8 tickets and when I called because of the flights being changed so many times I was told to call the airline because I would only get back 80% of my ticket value going to the airline they sent Edream all the money back but they didnt pay me back all the money that I should have gotten! Never again will I trust this company!

I'd use this site again for future searches for air travel and although I didn't make use of it the information provided if one required hotel bookings, the list was quite comprehensive. I couldn't say about the car hire as I didn't look at it to be able to comment

Standing in line for over an hour just to get a boarding pass is not what I want to do again. It should be possible to do it in a better way. Most often, they receive their boarding pass by email or mobile phone in good time.

My flight been canceled Miss my mothers funeral and nobody wants to talk to me about returning my money for a ticket they blamed the Lufthansa and Lufthansa blame them. Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
