This was the worse experience of my life flying they closed the doors 40 minutes early because they had a weather delay they handled it terrible at least half the flight didn't get on. One of my fellow officers told me never book with them again they treat there customers like $#*!

Seriously, I knew what I wanted to book. I had trouble with the airline website (currency selection) and took a chance with eDreams. The name invites the characterization: eNightmare. I dodged through one upsell after another, trying to avoid, outthink and outsmart every extra benny and add-on hurdle I had to maneuver to get to the actual booking. I emerged drained of money and energy, a state that equals success for eDreams. Will the travel unfold as intended? Experience will offer the truth. Honestly HONESTLY! A straightforward travel website that is easy to navigate, makes sense, and offers a low frustration level seems like it would become an industry giant after this confusing mess.

Firstly, a discount received from edreams prime, good ethnic, booking reference received within the 24hrs stipulated time followed with a follow-up.
Previous services experience with edreams was great and i choose to go along with with the same travel agency because of their excellent customer service.

I booked my round trip flights through eDreams. I have received my confirmation from one of the airlines but not from the other.
I am hopeful because eDreams reached out to me. The idea of dealing with a European travel agency is difficult for me to understand, but their website was very easy to navigate.

I was charged over $31.98 for Foreign Transaction fees. I used my Bank of America card but I had other European-related cards I could have used. I'd like a refund.
EDreams could have warned its customers that booking USA Airlines would be subject to this fee.
Expenses were less, but not with extra fees.
