I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking

Prenotazione sofferta, dopo aver pagato il volo Roma-Parigi a/e verso le 15 con ricevuta conferma, alle 23.15 leggo una mail dove c'era scritto che il volo di andata era stato cancellato. Panico...dopo tante ricerche, utilizzo di app eDreams e telefonate ad una delle compagnie di volo sono riuscita, dopo due giorni di travaglio, ad avere finalmente la conferma definitiva del volo completo.

I was offered a free trial of their PRIME service which I accepted. On finalising the booking and paying I failed to notice that they had added a payment for PRIME without pointing this out. I rang them immediately to correct this and they told me "Bad luck we're not changing anything" I will never use these people again.
They offered the cheapest price. I have since discovered that booking direct with Air Asia would have been cheaper.

I am a prime subscriber for e dreams and when I buy a ticket the app adds like an imaginary edreams discount and then I have the same price I have on all the other search engines I use. So it is not a real discount.
Cause I thought it would have better deals, but I have been purchasing flights from other search engines as edreams, even while being prime, is more expensive.

I tried to book my flight I received a message that my booking could not be confirmed due to bank refusal, so I booked again & I was confirmed on 2 flight, then I find out bank approved first flight, problem isn't eDreams, the only issue I have is trying to contact them. Then joined prime and tried to get a room and use my so called voucher for a discount but no rooms available, had to book through other sight.
I don’t recall, they must have popped up through my first flight though easy flights.
