I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking

However, I requested a change to reschedule the flight to August 26th, departing from Düsseldorf Airport, Germany, to Istanbul.

I received a confirmation with the wrong date and a withdrawal from my account of 883 euros from my account had been processed that is 154 euros more than the invoice and I am still waiting for an explanation

I bought a ticket with eDreams that included a layover. I received the boarding pass for the first leg, but not for the second. I was informed that I would receive it up to 8 hours before the flight.
On my way to the airport, I called the second airline. After waiting for 15 minutes, they confirmed that they had no record of a passenger with my details from eDreams and that this issue was common.
I contacted eDreams customer service, and they falsely informed me that the airline had changed the flight, and that they couldn't do anything about it. They completely washed their hands of the matter, leaving me without a solution and showing a total lack of consideration for the customer.
I had to buy a new ticket directly from the airline's website, paying a high price.
I do not recommend this platform at all. They don't care about the customer and offer no solutions in critical moments. "Lamentable" is an understatement.

Signed up for prime account but prime discount wasn't applied and was charged $120.00 extra than the actual price shown.
Reserved flight to Cairo Egypt but received email saying flight was to Houston.

Worst customer service with long hold time and no effort to resolve issues. When asked for supervisor was told supervisor can't help you and refused to connect me to one.
Looked like a good service but appears to be a scam. Will report to better business bureau.

ATTENTION customers! EDreams is a scam company! They use customer's credit card number to charge them for services (annual subscription, etc.) that they never bought! Beware of them, because if you do the mistake to buy something from them, then they use your credit card number for further transactions without any authorization! Stay away from this company!
Like many customers I bought an airport ticket and by that time I was unknowingly signed up to a prime subscription which costs 65 Euros. I find it out one month later when my credit card bill was issued, but they refused to refund because my claim wasn't within 14 days. This is ridiculous!

It's my 1st time utilizing this E-Dreams for the purchase of my future flight trip. It was so easy, convenient and for joining the EDreams Prime on a trial bases Saved me an extra savings of $120.00 on my flight tickets. The trial is good for a month (which can be canceled with in a few days prior end of the 1st mo.), and my choice to either continue with great benefits for a year for a low Fee of $59.00 ir for $69.00 on the Prime Plus, which is great for those that love to travel frequently on Flights, Hotels, and Car discounts for all your convenience! Everyone should try this great membership. Enjoy all your future necessary bookings! Enjoy your business and/or leasure times with E Dreams.
I decided to give EDreams the opportunity and utilize the Prime savings to really see if it's legit on its word and stated on the Flights, Hotels, and car arrangements and savings.
