Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. Booking was very simple, I was just a bit concerned because after my booking I got an email from the airline my ticket went through saying that the booking wasn't completed. Luckily it was just a system error so I called them and got things straightened out. My only concern was that maybe sometimes between eDreams and the airlines things don't always connect right.

I had to make several phone calls and wait over 72 hours for the issue to be resolved. I had a mixed bag of great call representatives and rude representatives.
