I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. I called eDreams to cancel flight several days in advance. I had purchased "Cancel for Any Reason Guarantee." The agent was reluctant, but finally agreed on an amount that was less than half of what I had paid. He verbally affirmed that the flight was cancelled. Now the company denies that I ever talked to them as they have no record of cancellation.

Due to the setup of the flight booking platform, I booked the wrong date for my family's flight (one week earlier). There was no confirmation or checking before taking the final payment which I thought I would get. I had to pay extra for the date change, etc.
