I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. My only issue is that it's not clear when the payment will be completed and when I ll get a receipt for it. I m anxious that the total amount, for which I agreed, is going to be increased, in case of a change of prices from the airline, and that I'm going to be charged for prime e Dreams, something that I Don t wish. I'm also worried about the seats, as we are 5,2 elderly people and 2 fifteen years old children. If you could be so kind and clear those issues.
It was the first that appeared on the internet, when I started my booking process. I did n t know there would be issues, as the ones I described.

I have been charged 59.99 euro for membership fee when I never subscribed for the membership with this effing website? Bought tickets from skyscanner in 2021 / 2022 and they pushed the pricing hosted by Edreams and that's all I can think of my possible encounter with this scam of a company. I recently booked a flight from Chile to Canada. I realized I was overcharged with services I never asked for. I made a claim. I sent all the information since I did not book that (It did not appear in my app), I am traveling for an academic conferences with fixed days so I would never have ask for an insurance regarding flexibility. Besides I have the proof it did not shown as services bought. The only thing they are showing is the invoice. I paid for a ticket of around 500 dollars, I would have never paid more than 150 in insurance that I don't need.
The explanation is totally misleading that I should have erased some of the services you already placed on my order. This is completely wrong and malpractice.

At every click there is something to buy whether it is an email confirmation costing £6, insurance costing £8.99, a seat reservation for £10 or a bag costing £54 each way each person! Are you mad! It was so hard actually booking with eDreams because at every moment throughout the process someone was trying to sell you something other than the flight itself. Hilarious (not in a good way).

Your site felt like walking through a third world market where starving kids are trying to sell you things at every step. Felt like I needed to take a shower after my purchase. The Prime sale was the most annoying--finding out that the expected price depends on purchasing Prime. Yuck!

I want to cancel my flights because of health issues. Ive paid for extra insurance to be able to cancel for no reason. Its IMPOSSIBLE because my booking number is not working all of sudden. Ive been told to call edreams, but I CANT because the bot says that my reference number doesnt exist! On our prime account it says that we have no planned trips. Thats a lie. Our tickets just vanished. Unbelievable, there is no help at all. No customer service. Avoid this company.

The customer service is very bad, especially because of the customer support robot.
None of the problems I reported were resolved, which is a shame considering that I am a member of the prime program.
There should be operators with whom you can communicate online, not just a phone number,especially if you call from abroad, the call prices are huge due to roaming.
All in all, a bad experience and I definitely would not have paid for the membership in the prime program if I had known it would be like this.

I thought I was booking through the spirit website but I was directed to EDreams, third party vendor. They tacked on additional services and fees that added almost $200 to my flight. When I immediately called back (within 15 minutes of booking) they refused to give me a refund. Do not book here.

I was charged double what I agreed upon. The customer service tool is designed to never help you, it goes in circles. No phone number. I plan to report this website and the car rental company i used as fraudulent.
Oh also, the car rental was disgusting, the one they offered us had literal holes in the floor and was stained and disgusting, clearly unsafe.

It took me like 10-15 minutes to figure out how to cancel that service. The price Google threw at me included me signing up for that service or my entire ticket went up like 15%. If I see eDreams again on Google I'll probably think twice. But your pricing was competitive, which is why I booked.

Edreams are a bunch of scammers who steal customers money. Told me my flight was cancelled by the airline & offered me a refund. I have their email stating this fact yet they refuse to acknowledge it. They tell you a different story every time you try & contact them. And guess what? The airline did not cancel the flight so it was an opportunity for edreams to steal my money. It's been over a year. Please do not use edreams to book flights. You will be lied to & out of pocket.

The discounts they show are fake, you can get the same prices on official sites.
If you get a 30 day free subscription you have no button to cancel automatic payment from your card. You have to contact customer support which is horrible.

We got the best deal with eDreams. Although the current way of booking a ticket is wat too complicated by selecting everything separate in stead of the old ways, a ticket is including a seat, luggage and meals, I guess modern days prefer complicated behaviour so it looks cheaper where its in fact more expensive.

I booked a return ticket from Lagos - Birmingham in September and November 2023 respectively. In addition to flight, I paid to carry 2 additional 23 kg luggage for the trip. At the airport, I was told that edreams only made a basic booking that allowed me to carry only 1 luggage (instead of 3 luggage). When I contacted them for refund, they've refused to refund the payment despite providing them evidence that I was only allowed to carry a single luggage with me. This is a fraudulent behaviour and will recommend that you think twice before booking with them.

A day later after paying and booking and have still not received a confirmation of my flight. When I contacted customer support (which was a guy in India) they said I then had to wait 3 days, which I could not do because my flight was 2 days away. I received a number to call which once I called was with an automatic system obviously designed to keep you from actually contacting a real person and then was left on hold for more than an hour before the call was dropped. I still don't know what is going on with my reservation.

I booked round trip flights through eDreams and when the airline canceled the flight I encountered a shockingly bad response. I had to chase the site's agents for two weeks to get confirmation of a refund that has not yet arrived on the grounds that the airline is not responding to them. EDreams knew very well to charge me but took no responsibility to credit me once their client needed them. I will never buy from you again and I will not recommend it to anyone else either

I would like a refund for the extra charge that was added to my flight cost for "special eDreams support".
Waiting 48-72 hours for a reply is not "service" that should be chargeable to customers.
This is what everyone else calls standard service not a 'special service'.
I had to end up making the flight change via the airline directly - LATAM were amazing and super helpful. At At first they were hesitant to do so because it should have been through eDReams, but they understood the time pressure I was under to change the flight date.
Book your tickets through another company and save yourself the stress. As you never know when things might go wrong on holiday - and you want a company that is there to support you - especially when you've paid extra to mitigate the stress.

I booked a flexible ticket with this agency, thinking that I would be able to change my flight easily if I needed to. However, when I tried to do that, they gave me a lot of problems and charged me way more than they promised. They never gave me my money back or tried to help me. I talked with many agents by phone and chat, but they were all rude and unprofessional. They lied to me and wasted my time. This is the worst booking agency I have ever dealt with. Do not book with them, they are a scam. They do not care about their customers at all. They only care about taking your money and giving you nothing in return. Stay away from them!
