I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. We booked a rental car in Naples Italy. Our flights were delayed and we got to the office at 5 minutes to 6PM. But the office was closed. WE called the number on our contract the person said he would call right back and never did. WE had to have a car so we rented from another agency. Now E Dreams will not refund our money.

Trying to log into Prime account is proving very difficult. When I go to register it asks for a password. When I insert one it says account already created. But when I try to log in and choose 'forgot password' it promises to email me a link. No email comes either to inbox or spam?

Terrible company with hidden charges, £140 out of pocket with no travel!
My flight time changed and it wasn't suitable for my connection, the airline refunded the whole cost but edreams refused to refund me the whole cost I had paid keeping their commission essentially.
I complained and was told repeatedly when I chased that my complaints couldn't be found, presumably so I will give up trying to get my money back!

I booked 2 tickets with eDreams, and 30 minutes later, I learned their price is $100 more than the airline sites. I contacted customer service right away to cancel, but they said they couldn't refund me the additional fees which are the extra luggage fee and seat choice fee. They said that's airline prices and policy, yet on the airline sites itself, they're charging less for the extra luggage and seat choice. The customer service rep couldn't get a supervisor/manager for me and kept telling me if I cancel later, the refund would be less.

It was 1 of the most frustrating weeks…
It was 1 of the most frustrating weeks around travel ever. It also ended up wrong. When there is something there is no service at all, if you get hold of anyone at all outside the chat robot you are sent from pillar to post. We wanted to go on vacation with 4 people. One of our friends ended up in the hospital and was not allowed to travel. Cancellation can only be done through standard procedures however this was an exceptional situation and we wanted to shift the flight for 2 people and the other 2 wanted to go on this trip alone. We did not manage to split. After more than 10 phone calls, 3 major chat sessions and 30 emails it finally failed despite all the promises from various staff members that it would be fine. When my wife and I flew there were 2 empty seats and no solution for our 2 friends. Never again a trip through Edreams.

The flex tickets are not really flex tickets and the insurance is worthless. Stay away from this terrible company. I recommend Skyscanner or Priceline instead. At least you know you are getting what you paid for. Their customer service is a joke as everyone on the internet has mentioned. Pay attention to all the reviews left on various websites about this absolutely horrible company. Also know that they will leave you with extremely expensive baggage fees that you are forced to pay for at the airport. Save your money and go where at least some of your luggage is covered or only deal with a website that allows you to add your luggage while booking.
Tip for consumers:
Stay away from this website unless you want to end up paying more later. This especially holds true for your luggage. Flex tickets are not really flexible unless you cancel before you depart. It ignores any emergencies that Flex tickets typically cover. Don't pay for prime membership. It's worthless and they expect you to act like their employee when you are upset. I paid enough money to give you an ear full when I am misled.

When my plane was delayed and i was going to make my connection i contacted them to see if they could help they never offered anybhelp what so ever. Gave me a phone number to call that was disconnected. Cost me plenty of money and 24 hours of my time. Didn't even get an email about the several call i made.

EDreams purchases your ticket with a completely unrelated credit card to ensure that any refund does not go directly into your credit card. They take away their "service fee" for any refunds that are issued to you. There is minimal transparency with their service and they refuse to issue proper invoice with credit card statement. I would avoid at all cost.

I had to cancel a round trip flight scheduled for Dec 10,2022 on Nov 28,2022. I had purchased any reason refund insurance. EDream should have refunded my money within ten days. It is now Feb. 16,2023 and still no refund. I have called 16 times, speaking to agents and supervisors, none of whom did anything except read from the same script each time.
Avoid this company.

If you know your plans will not change, eDreams often has lower prices than the airlines published fares. Be aware they charge for seat selection and for checked bags. Do not buy the refund insurance. There is no refund.

I Bought my tkts with them I cancel one of my tickets 3 months ago and still waiting for the refund... (Terms indicate 30 days) I have been constantly calling and always get the same answer. To wait for the next 24 hours. So frustrating.

SCAM ALERT. BEWARE. Never use this site however attractive the deals look like. I booked a flight with edream prime membership but due to my visa expired, I could not board the flight. When I canceled the flight, I was supposed to get 80% of the ticket but I only got $50 which was 2.5% (tax only).
Called edreams multiple times and every time I got the response that refund is in process even now after two years, the refund status on the website appears as 'In progress'.
Eventually one day, the agent gave me a lame excuse that you canceled within 24 hours of booking the flight, you are not eligible for 80% refund. Beware, never book from this site.

It was fast and smooth but too many upsells (seat, bag, prime support etc.) so it became annoying at some point. I understand that this is the protocol of a low cost airline but it would be better to consolidate it in a single package picker with 3 4 to 5 options

Just like other 1000 people we bought flights tickets from edreams, the flight got canceled, we were promised a refund, 1 year later no refund arrived. Look on facebook EDreams Fraud 4k people,go to trustpilot and see the reviews. Hope i saved you your money and time.

Good apart from wrong dates on hotel booking, my flight landed early hours in the morning when i arrived at hotel i had to pay for knight extra and i checked out one day early therfore your mistake cost me for 2 days unnecessary. How do i get compensation? Everything else was great I was very happy with service.

I flew for the first time with Aer Lingus, I can say that I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of the flight. I am also delighted that the flight duration is 5-10 minutes less than other airlines.

The worst service ever and I do not recommend anybody to use them. They confirmed the cost of my ticket and I booked it accordingly and received a confirmation email. After 10 days, they charged me extra amount of money without any email of justification. While trying to reach customer service, it was impossible. I used many other flight booking online services like travelocity for example and cheapoair with much much much better services. Don't get fooled by their lower prices it is only a trap. I will forsee more actions towards them

Tried to add baggage while I was booking. It said I could after I confirm booking. Did that, now I can't add baggage. Probably going g to have to pay a small fortune at the airport. Plus then I get an email saying I'm a prime member now and your going to charge my 75 euro next month. I don't think so. I will be cancelling that.
