I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking

I have been waiting 2 1/2 years for my refund that was cancelled due to Covid, can't talk to a real person, you get the same bull$!t email every time, " we will have your refund to you within 7 days" or " we are waiting on the airline paying us"… just pure lies. They are nothing but scammers, never use them.

This is the worst place you want to book your airline tickets from. They charge you low but in the end you will realise that the airline is directly sending you the charges which needs to be paid before boarding the airplane. They are just looting you and that too with worst and nonsense customer service. If you want to get frustrated or want to turn your flights with nuisance go ahead and book from untrustworthy edreams. With no customer value. I was getting a ticket on half price from Chepoair for same airlines if I would have known that I will be charged double later on. Don't buy Lynx tickets from here,definitely a no, a big no. There are hidden charges which you have to pay at the airport or you will lose that you already had paid. Openly looting people, no transparency at all, big liars.

Booking was easy, but the hidden 'extras' was a disappointment. When I've booked on other sites the price you see is what you pay unless you specifically book extras ie: seats, meals.
Booking through eDreams I had to pay extra to get confirmation through, extra for things that would normally be included in flight price.
Best price initially for flights from Gatwick to Granada and returns.

I was searching for something quite specific using a number of travel search sites. EDreams came up in lots of other searches at a good price and with good benefits. I decided to book directly through eDreams and the process was easy and clear.

They falsely advertise carry on luggage being included. When confronted with this issue, edreams gave us a general "I'm sorry your experience was unsatisfactory". They were not helpful in correcting the issue. We contacted them many days explaining in detail how they falsely advertised carry on luggage allowance with photos. Each time we were given a general "I'm sorry your experience was unsatisfactory". I asked for information to contact a supervisor or higher management to get the same message again. I doubt we even were dealing with a human.

While Looking for ticket prices in other search engines, could notice that could indeed get better prices than the premium I was getting on E-dream. One of the reasons, The price Edreams charges for Extra Luggage. And any other extra service. Therefore the following air line ticket was booked directly with the airline.as getting better benefits for cheaper price. Same happens with Hotels prices. There are no cheaper with Premium than in other search engines.
Coz I got Premium. But thinking of signing off. As the Premium fee is not worth the service given.

This company took 645 dollars from me for a date change before they confirmed the airline could accommodate me, which they could not. Edreams admitted this after I went through the grueling process of contacting them when I never received a confirmation.
I instructed them to refund my money and said they will, less $60 for a "service" fee. I lost three days because of their do called service. I could have made other arrangements.

Having found flights at reasonable rates I booked them but in my haste accidently put a middle name down in place of surname. I tried to change the name very soon after having booked & was told the airline wouldn't change it. I even paid extra at time of booking to cover any changes or cancellation. It seems this is out of eDreams hands therefore I find the advertising of taking extra insurances to cover these things Very Misleading. Then with no choice but to cancel the flight I'm told I won't get a full refund the whole things screams Scam to me as they now have all my personal information & my money!
Prices were reasonable & gave quite a choice.

It was all rather confusing choosing from so many airlines, and somewhat daunting negotiating the number of add-ins offered, all at extra cost. I was also disappointed that there wasn't an afternoon option on the return flight as I shall reach home very late that evening.
I was slightly taken aback by the price I paid, since Jersey is part of the UK and the flight is only a bit more than half an hour long.
I didn't, specifically - I tried to get a simple cheapish option and was somewhat confused by so many flights taking place with the same timings. When I discussed it with my daughter, she advised me in future to deal directly with the airline rather than going through Skyscanner - that way, she said, it would be more economical.

Very poor quality of service. No emails, no phones. No feedback. Requested invoice did not come. I still don't have a ticket. I had to write to the head office to make sure that the ticket was reserved. All in all, a complete lousy service. God forbid someone else recommend your page.

I signed up for eDreams prime in the summer and decided I didn't want to renew it next year. The site warned me that my cancelling my subscription I would lose all my benefits as of my next flight. I had paid for the first 12 months in full and my expiry wouldn't happen until July 2024 (10 months from now).
I managed to talk to customer service and they confirmed that this was the case and I should just wait to cancel next year. They were forcing me to delay cancelling, this is an exploitative tactic that makes it more likely that I would forget to cancel at the last minute and be saddled with another period of billing. My decision about the next billing cycle should not affect my service in the current billing cycle.

Nice prices offered to me but I think it takes too long to get the booking confirmation after taking the payment. At some point it made me think it was fraud. Let us improve with timing to confirm the reservation to 30 min or 1 hour instead of 22 hours or more.

I booked a roundtrip, needed to change my return. Thought should be easy and straightforward since edreams website gave me several choice at different price points, lots of availability on the airline own website. Twice i chose the advertised change in fair only to have them call hours later to say that fare no longer available and once that it was a "different class of basic economy" that was advertised so they couldnt downgrade me. Nowhere did it show a choice between fares in my class. So my change ultimately went from their falsely advertised $174 to $406 to $512! And not the flight i had really wanted because it was cheaper. I was forced to pay more. And when they rebooked it finally it changed my paid exit seat on first leg to 33cNo more edreams.

They are not giving my money back! I and trying to take this to court. Someone going to jail if my problem is not solved… I am not stopping going after this company until I get my $256.00!
