I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking
There's no phone number anywhere, so "prime benefit" of getting our call answered in 60 seconds it's complete LIE. Just a bot answering, and when it's something different than pre recorded answers, you just get a message "someone of our customer service team will answerin 24 HOURS! So 60 seconds turned into 24 hours...Compete publicly scam.

It was so easy to tap on the flight that suited me then follow the instructions filling in my details. Each page was straight forward and it only took me about 5 minutes to fill in then got a reply email almost instantly.

Me and my best friend tried to buy plane tickets to visit our other friend in tampa. We found no troubles in buying the tickets, as they were reasonably priced and the website was easy to manage. About a month later we both experienced our cards being frozen due to fraud alerts. As it turned out edreams will automatically set you up for a 60 day trial and after that will charge your account $60 a month. We both called edreams to cancel the subscription and got access to our cards again. Mind you the phone call for edreams was a Miami florida zip code. About a week later, our cards froze again due to another fraud alert, but this time was from a Walmart in Miami florida. Never again will I be wasting my time and money on this cheap janky website. Do not trust them with any card info.

I booked several flights with them across the US. I was bumped from a flight which led to a chain reaction of not being able to catch most of my subsequent flights. I asked for help with rebooking each time and each time I was told there was nothing they could do. I ended up spending 5 times as much to rebook through the airline. All Edreams said was they were sorry but not a single agent helped me find a new flight or offer compensation for the flights that I was unable to get on. They don't care if you lost $1000 all they care is that they got their money. I'm a "prime" member as well and there was no concierge service as promised.

The booking and use of the eDreams website went smoothly and I'm happy that we have all flights and the hotel booked. But at no point was I able to add checked in baggage to the booking throughout the process and I am struggling still to find out how I go about it. But it must be possible - right?
It just appeared on the web searches for the flights I was looking at and it seemed a fairly cost competitive operation so I thought i would give it a try.

This is my first experience after 5 years break of buying tickets. That's why it took me long time to sort out all the offers before I managed to buy the tickets. My ticket had an overall price of £206 with luggage bought in ayet when it came to finalising the purchase with my debit card I was charged £29 more without me being able to agree to the difference or even knowing why I was charged that amount. I will be asking for a refund on the extra charge.
I thought they were reliable and an affordable option.

I booked my flight and when I went back to change or cancel the ticket they said they I won't get anything in refund because their service fee is very high and minus that there is no refund and charged me more money for change then the original ticket costed me. During the booking it was showing $35 change fee but during change they said it's now $60 USD per passenger because they have just changed the terms and conditions but when I looked on website it was showing $35. No live agent and online answers your simple questions in several minutes. Please beaware.

They attracts you with discounts on flights and then they do not even let you do the online check in. You end up being charged at the airport to do it...just buy the tickets directly from the airline company.

I am deeply disappointed because when booking with other airlines I don't have to pay for carry-on luggage which is a small suitcase or bag pack. After booking I realized no bags were booked. I tried to book but don't know what happened with card was charged twice which was refunded. Now I am unable to book a bag for my trip to Toronto, where as I have paid to make changes.

The second I finished the order (after the payment, of course, but what?) The schedule was not as I selected. After completed the booking, realized the flight was wrong. Tried to cancel right away, but had a lot of troubles, called in and talked to Omar, the agent, he told me I could not cancel the booking because it's the low fare. It doesn't make sense. The message said cancellation can make within 24 hours. I just booked it a few minutes ago and tried to cancel right away. I said if cancellation is unable to make, then change the flight to a different time. I'm still waiting for the response. This is my first time booking with Edream, very bad customer service and experience. I have never had this problem before. I booked airline tickets through other travel agent, and was able to cancel without any problems.

Don't book an infant if you want them to have a seat. They can't do it with their software. Their customer service won't help you fix it either. You can get a manager. They say airline won't let them change it and you should call airline, then airline says booking agent needs to fix. End result was canceling vacation. Sad.

I couldn't find the ticket confirmations on the web login. Finding password changing option is difficult and searching yet. Top of everything no Information about online check-in. I have been trying at the app on and on for a check-in request which in not working though. Overall its not user-friendly at all to me.
No particular reason, for chef deal may be, but later found the currency was in pound which I though to be in Euro. So, for me it was a bad deal for me!
