I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking
I did a my ticket, it was three connection flights and airport didnt check in me because they told me you other flights are not confirmed even i talked them there are saying talk to airline we can do anything if we are getting ticket from you guys then why are you running travel agency. I booked a flight to visit my daughter through eDreams, sadly my flight was cancelled while I was sitting at the airport waiting to board. The airline of course refunded eDreams and not me directly. I have been fighting for almost a month and they refuse to refund my money for a trip I was never able to take even after they were refunded!

After I booked the ticket from Mongolia to Hong Kong. I found out that they have made a mistake on my name. It has double my surname. So I message them to correct the mistakes.they requests this from the airline and came back negative. I called them and do it for me and they refuse to correct their mistake and hang up on me without further assisting me. I ended up cancelled my ticket and rebook it from other agency. I request a refund and it said it will take 3 months or more to refund partially to me. It was their mistake and I had to suffer and paid another ticket for my trip. I will never book from them again as they don't take responsibility to correct their own mistake.

Everything was organised, easy to use. The system provides the user with many options. The app is effective and very efficient, easy to use and generally flows. However I hated the fact that they didn't take money from my euro account, and end up paying more after they converted money from my euro account to my Polish zloty account

After an accidentle cancellation of my booking and talking to someone so I could change the destination of it I was told no that it is impossible. I even have VIP status! What is the point of having VIP status when they can't change anything?! Overall bad experience would not recommend to anyone. Just lost $485 on this flight! Proof of purchase is when they look up the booking number.

Am experiencing on a little confuse on my bookings, I want to find out if my flight to London needs transit visa before bidding to Toronto from Ghana. I haven't received any confirmation yet, if there must be a transit visa then I'll change my transit destination to another country.

I was looking for flights and accommodation for the Rugby in Rome and found eDreams to be the most competitive. Booking though them was straightforward and I got confirmation within the 24hr window they stated. All in all, a good experience so far and if the trip goes to plan and accom is as promised on their site, I will definitely use them again.

I have been waiting over two years for a refund. As a Canadian, I don't have an IBAM number and I cannot get any assistance from their customer service. It's been a very frustrating experience I feel like they are trying to not provide me the refund that I am entitled to. I have asked for a contact number which has also been refused. I think it's very unfortunate that companies are allowed to behave this way and take advantage of people like they do. Please do not use this company.

This ticket made me fool. I took this ticket from online eDreams. When I went to airport they said u don't have baggage. My flight was from ktm to jfk international flight. I have to pay extra $514.16. I texted them but they no responsible for that. So guys u also don't be fool like me.

A complete scam - rented a car through edreams, then was contacted by the car rental location to tell me they actually had no cars available. Edreams still charged me for the rental and there is literally no way to contact them to get a refund. I have submitted a request through their manage booking page and got no response. There is no other way to contact them - no email or phone number on their car hire website.
Do not hire a car through edreams, they will take your money with apparently no accountability, disgraceful.

I need a ticket to return to my country. I paid for insurance to be able to change the date of my flight. EDreams makes me think, as a customer, that I am buying the tickets directly from the airline because they use the airline's website, but in fact, it is the eDreams website. Also, eDreams charged me 70 dollars without my permission. I do not want any membership; I do not need it. Now, I can not cancel my flight, I can not change the date of my flight even though I already paid for that, and I have a membership that I don not want!

The prices displayed on the results of my search engine for your site were a fraction of the actual pruce with reasonable, modest accommodations included. These necessities were piled on after choosing the flight with the added pressure of pop-ups that were trying to hurry my purchase. This was an aggressive and dishonest experience. Very stressful and suspicious.
The search engine result portrayed a good price for the flights that turned out to be dishonest. I won't choose eDreams again.

I was promised a refund in december last year and told it will take 15 days to refund. Nothing happened i called again an agent said it will take 3 months then i called again and another agent said 15 days again i called after 15 days was told to wait a other 21 days.i called again and excuse after excuse they gave me the wrong refund of £1017. When it was meant to be £1798. This time when i tried to call i couldnt get threw as they took the booking reference number off there system so now i cannot contact anyone no response via email aswell. Im so fustrated with this company and advise everyone not to book with them they are thieves and will never refund you properly they will send you around in circles.

I went through each of the steps opting for the cheapest flight deal - no luggage, no insurance, no seat selection etc. But then towards the end of all this I was forced to agree to a prime account to get the flight deal that was on display at the beginning. Of course I can cancel the prime account, but cancelling subscriptions can be easily overlooked and then money is wasted for nothing. I would prefer not to have the hassle. I think eDreams needs to make it clear from the onset that the cheapest deal comes with a prime account subscription with them.

When I booked my ticket with edreams, there was no mention of the baggage allowance until after I had paid for my ticket ( I had assumed that it would be the allowance of Qatar Airways)
Speaking to you agents even after fill claim form no one has properly explained why when booking with your company. The baggage allowance should be much less than the airlines!
As a result I will not use edream again and will pass my experience on to others.

Booking with eDreams was very easy and comfortable, because I did not have to go anywhere to queue up to make my booking. The fact that I could become a Prime member and receive so many benefits is an eDream come through.
I chose eDream because it was the right company suitable for me.

I mistakenly entered a wrong date on my return ticket vie with edreams and later decided to correct or change the date again. I was charged and pay the amount for the change but I later received a call from one of the team that my changes will not be possible but I was asked to pay from one of your worker so they will do the changes for me.
And before I choose you I read all what you can offer to customers and it spell out there that customers can request for a date change with a tag fee and which I have seen that it will not work but you are using it as a business strategy just to get more customers.
