I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking
This company changed the currency after checkout resulting in an additional $1600+ over what we agreed to pay for the purchase. We called were told that we would get a complete refund for the mistake and then they kept 20% (almost $1700cnd). They are theifs and don't even have a toll free number to contact them to resolve issues. They charge you for the long distance call. Complete garbage customer service and a total scam of a company. Use at your own risk!

Booked flight and then discovered we had to join prime or pay an extra £60! Then booked car and found the flight was returning from a different airport a d it would cost £100 to drop off at the return airport.
Prices seemed reasonable.

The issue raised was address without any interest to solve the matter nore provide any solutions. E- Dreams provided no options knowingly that the ticket purchased and paid for by the customer would be rendered useless since there was a misspelling on the name of the traveller.
All manners of communication where exhausted several hours explaining the issue to E-Dreams representatives over the phone only to be redirected to making a e-claim who would again yield the same standardised answer, redirecting the blame towards the air company and not willing to take any additional step in its resolution even the customer suggested the correction done at a extra fee.
Summarising the experience:
The issued and paid ticket cannot be used, as such the entire experience was total waste of founds, time, in exchange for receiving the worst customer service ever...
But at least it was acknowledged by the customer service representative:"yes sir we understand that you will not be able to use the purchased ticket for your travels, but unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it" and then further asking "is there anything else we can assist you with sir?"
I would give them a 10 out of 10 for standardised responses like talking to a AI or computer, where is this world getting to? Really disappointing
Unfortunately it was recommended by my partner, and would never use E-Dreams nor recommend it to anyone, even my worst enemy.

I booked a flight through the edreams webpage. After seeing that the first flight did not get confirmed for 24 hours, I started getting in contact with them. After about 5 phone calls, I found out that the issue was that the first of three flights was no longer available. They told me that I could not get a refund for the flights that were remaining. Now I have a flight from Frankfurt and no way to get there on time, they wont refund even though I paid extra for trip protection.
I cannot believe that not only my first flight unexpectedly didn't work, but they had no solutions at all. They tricked me into buying a full flight path and then canceled half, and then wouldn't refund the second half. This is the worst platform out there!

I understand that they cannot solve the production of the boarding card and that they cause me inconvenience, but why did I have to pay an extra fee of 10 EUR per person at the airport? Please refund the 20 EUR extra fee.

Iam flying my 16 year ild daughter and her best friend to my mothers for spring break. Their flight back is now canceled after payment went through and we were under the impression they were all set. Now i have to wait for partial refund and hope to get a decent price on a flight home for them. I will not be booking flights this way again.

Very reliable and easy to use. All flights were confirmed all the way. I've experienced my flight not being confirmed all the way and that made me get stuck in a country. I used a different agency last time but this time i changed and i am satisfied.

Yes the experience on the eDreams site was problem free and pretty good, problem free booking, but the mobile app is glitchy.
I booked a seven night stay in Hong Kong in January, but eDreams have my seven night stay starting the same day as my flight which runs into the next day. Trying to contact eDreams customer service seems to be impossible too from their app. I emailed my destination Hotel in Hong-Kong to discuss and they stated they have no record of the booking despite me receiving "accommodation confirmation" emails.
Maybe it'll sort itself out in due course and ghis reflects my not so glowing post here, however booking the stay was easy enough.
The price was cheaper through eDreams, this is the main factor.

It is nearly impossible to cancel your "Prime Membership." Mind you, I never signed up for it in the first place. I was charged $59.99 for the membership and the website has instructions that lead you nowhere. They are clearly scamming people by signing them up through fine print and then making it impossible to cancel. I will never book through Edreams ever again and neither should you.

All my bookings through eDreams have located me the best available flight prices and taken my booking quickly, efficiently and with no drama. On the few occasions when the airlines have complicated matters eDreams have taken charge of my best interests and resolved the issues completely acceptably and sometimes in my favour. Well done!

We booked a real in may. We booked best western and flights from humberside airport. The next morning only the hotel was booked. No flights. I have booked through klm now. No different in price. So I checked price of hotel in Berlin. No difference in price. So there is no discount just inflated prices then discount offered if you join the club for 55 quid a year. Won't be joining. I just hope the taxes are included in the hotel price or else it'll be a lot more. Other booking site price included all taxes.
Thought I was getting a good deal and the convenience of booking flights and hotels on one site. This did not happen so won’t be using you again. I’ll make sure to tell everyone I know or the poor service and fake discounts offered,

Very good experience for booking my flight through you. But then I signed up for your prime wasn't sure but I did. After a few days I thought I would cancel as I didn't really need it what a nightmare experience trying to cancel talking about hard work. Not good at all.

I had book a flight abroad, when arrive to the airport I was informed that my flight was cancelled, with out any warning or email, they refused to book me another flight and told me they will give me a refund later with in 15 days. I was stained in the airport for two days and have to ask family to help me rebook new flight. Now past 60 days still no refund no supervisors answering my request to call back. I have hire an attorney and will filling small claim.Do not book through this company you will be disappointed. They don't care about their customers and not reliable. This was my first and last time booking with them.

I booked the tickets, all seemed well, I got to choose my seats on the return, but not on the flight out.
2 days later, I had meetings all day,,/'d they kept leaving me messages on my voicemail.
I tried calling back, but the number they used is overseas, and I never connected.
When I got home that evening, I went online and contacted customer service. First it's a crazy AI generated "person", but I finally got through to a real person.
They offered me a different flight, (my initial flight had me arriving in the AM, so I had an entire day to spend with family), but what they offered me was arriving AM the next day, like 1 am.
This would not work, so I told them to cancel the entire trip, I'll rebook with another airline.
At first they said they would only refund the first flight, but what good does a return flight do me, if I can't get there? (And besides, 1 way flights are always more expensive)
I thought I finally got through to them, and they would cancel and refund me totally.
Then 2 days later, they send me a notification saying 1/2 my refund will be deposited, but I did read that it could be separate as it was two different flights.
But then the 3rd day, I get confirmation of the return flight, and issues the return ticket.
My jaw dropped, as I had already purchased replacement tickets, so I went on the website.
On the website it says the entire RT is not issued.
I tried calling, there really is not number, so I go the AI texting customer service, who after fighting with a robot, said they will connect me with a human.
I waited one hour online, and disconnected.
If you book with them, good luck, of something goes wrong, it's tough getting a human to talk to, and even then, it's texting,,/!; I guess they say anything to appease you…
I'd use another site, saving $30 ton$50 is not with the hassle.
In my case it seems to be costing me at least the entire cost more! So it didn't save me anything to work with them it cost me.

Overall very good experience booking my flights, only drawback is the fact we are forced to accept prime membership in order to avoid extra £15ish fee.
To my view it is a petty attitude absolute unnecessary on the great scheme of things. I understand it is to force us costumer to that subscription but as mentioned, quite petty for a business like edreams
Due to the long standing time trading Edreams has become a trustworthy engine for holiday makers and even those flying for business. Most of times better fares

I issued the third ticket through e dream. I usually make a reservation at least 3-4 months in advance, so I hope to receive an email update once a month. I honestly don't understand why there is an additional cost when choosing a seat, but is it difficult to reserve a seat in advance without an additional cost? If i can't reserve a seat at no extra cost, what kind of seat will it be assigned? And first, eDream checked in for ticket issuance, but can e dream check in for the Delhi->Lisbon section also when the day is coming? I trust edream and want to feel secure when planning my trip.
I found out about eDream through Skyscanner when I booked my first ticket. Confidence was gained by continuously updating it faithfully through the eDream app. Thank you for giving me stability in my travel plans. So I'm thinking of buying a ticket for the continuing trip.

So, to find out exactly how much a flight will be, it is necessary to move the process of booking forward. However, a "Go back" button, and the opportunity to cancel and change options or do a new search are nowhere to be found. And that is quite frustrating. It feels like there's no way out and I'm stuck. In a simpler way, I'm saying Jakob's Heuristic rule nº3 which concerns User control and freedom is missing. Makes the experience of finding the best option unpleasant and could be detterent.
Because I have a prime subscription and get better prices than in other websites.

My flight was good.
Unfortunately, I lost my checked-in bag (19kg) in Beirut, Lebanon. Because, it hasn't been put into the connecting flight to get at the final destination. As a result, I lost my bag on the way to Oslo, Norway. Is there any solution for this matter?
