I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking
It's that if I go with the slightly higher price I get no hassle re-booking, and easy changeof plans,so i do it annd then you want more money or its non refundable. Then more $ to not sit in the middle, and more to have a carry on. It was so much better before companies lost their morales.

I booked with you being led by the lower price when compared with other websites. However the initial price is not including checked-in luggage, which I needed for this trip. Your price for checked-in luggage seemed also fine and I did not check the full price against competition. Later, after booking, I checked in more details as I wanted to book more flights (I start my new life as frequent traveler). Surprise: I overpaid EUR 30 with you. Reason: you doubled the price I saw for luggage - so you present charge x and you double for both return flights. Specifically, I paid EUR 40 x 2, while with other websites it is EUR 50 for return flight, presented upfront 50 while you present 40.
Bottom line: I was extremely unhappy and disappointed to be tricked like this, I will not continue to book with you and I see no reason to pay any premium fee for such tricky service. I only hope your approach is a mistake and you are looking to correct it, thus I hope you would find my feedback useful.
Top search, good price at first glance (but tricky), nice flight search UX.

A disaster and extremely unprofessional.
I was charged for a membership that I never used and I've been waiting 4 months for my money back.
They don't answer emails, they don't answer the phone, they don't have direct communication with customers, and they aren't eager to solve customer problems, nor do they listen. Their customer care is zero!

While I prefer booking directly with airlines, eDreams is apparently the best way to book smaller regional airlines. Since I"m always looking to safe money on flights, the smaller airlines or second-tier airports are the ones I usually book.
I did not choose eDreams. It apparently chose me over a year ago when I was trying to book a flight in Portugal. Each time I try to use certain airline websites, I get directed to eDreams. I wish that were not the case, but since it is, the service this time was less confusing and more efficient than with my first experience about a year ago.

I've paid extra to receive an online boarding pass but the site cancelled my request and now I have to get my boarding pass at the airport obviously for extra cost. Oh and I did not get refund as they promised

This is the first time I have booked a flighted with eDreams. After reading some bad and some good reviews. I always like to experience my own thoughts. I havnt actually been in the flight as yet so I really can not make a comment on the actual flight ect. But up to now with my booking details and everything it has all gone smoothly. Charged another year of service without my authorization. Somehow got my new card expiration date without my assistance and charged me! They even sent me a notification beforehand that my card was no longer valid—this was intentional on my part.
Additionally, while attempting to cancel subscription, the site repeatedly (6x) sent me to another page on which I had to move through questions asking if I really wanted to give up X, and I clicked yes cancel, and it would send me to yet another page and ask the same question another way. This is one of the sleaziest sites to cancel.

I booked a flight via them (I was in kayak and was sent to them, not my preference). I saw and double checked my price was 222 CAD total. I see in my credit card statement a charge of 309 CAD. There is nowhere else that price mentioned.

My first rez went ok then my 2 nd not so good. I had to call customer service and I lost my 2 nd rez price went from $4.84 to $28.65 by the time I was able to book due to your website kept inputting my wrong birth date. I had to wait to get cs to clear the glitches!

I searched everywhere trying to identify tyoe if fare and luggage so I could confirm my luggage allowance. Details are nowhere to be found and only chatbox referring me to airline web page. No info on how early to arrive at airport. Very poor
For better prices but in the end every little thing is extra so more hassle and no real price difference. Very time-consuming.

When select Add bags and Select seats options, the site redirect you to the airline website to add bags and select seats directly with the airline. The airline respond "Unfortunately, we can only support bookings made on HKExpress. Please contact your travel agent or third party website directly"

I ordered my ticket with insurance of 21 euro extra to change flight with no reason. The app gives me a number to call that has a machine to tell me to use the app. The app tells me I cannot be helped. So it means the insurance is a scam. I cannot accept this.
I did not choose eDreams. I just chose a ticket I could afford. I hardly ever travel anywhere because of cronic illness. I need sun and warmth. Istanbul is too cold now.

I'm glad I switched to eDreams Prime program because there is good and fast service and someone to talk to if a problem arises.
Unfortunately, a problem arose with my previous order with eDreams before I switched to eDreams Prime and I have no idea what is going on with my booking and no one to talk to. There is no email or phone number to contact. Just a chat conversation with a robot that does not give a satisfactory answer to my question. Very disappointing
