I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking
Hi, we arrived at the airport and I encountered a phenomenon that I have not encountered until now. I fly a lot, I got to the check-in position, they asked me to pay for a suitcase for the plane, that's fine, after that they also asked me to pay for carry-on, which is already included in the ticket! I want you to address this matter urgently!

Hi we got to BA and found that the ticket had my sort name not Theresa so it did not match with the passport etc we rang your help line etc and was told it would take 72 hrs to get the air to alter the ticket and that we would have to to the air line the check in young lady and also her manager explained what needed doing but your gay still said the same that we would have to talk to the airline so the managed manger alter the settings their end and told the guy what to do he still said the same so i had to book another air line ie virgin and new Zealand air at a cost to me of £750.00what i do not under stand is the guy was talking to BA etc if i had gone straight to ba and booked it would have been sorted at the check in desk

This is a booking company that appears to ad 20% to book airline tickets that can be booked directly with airlines. This is a rip off. Don't use this service to book airfair, just do some research and book your tickets directly through the airline.

The companies that according to rent cars are thieves, we went by the car and when we arrived that the money was not there and that we had to pay again, they should pay attention to what lines they get when you make reservations for cars and that they had nothing to do with it

It automatically signed me up for a free trial, which is fine, but now it will automatically charge me $60 once it is over. I'll just file a fraud attempt with my bank I guess once it does charge me, because idk how to prevent this from happening, or cancel

I booked a flight from Pangkalanbuun to Surabaya months ago for June. A few days ago, the airline sent me an email saying the flight had been canceled and rescheduled for the next day, and then they disappeared.
I write to eDreams via chat, and they tell me they're not responsible and that I need to talk to the airline. I tried to get in touch with the airline multiple time but nobody replies.
I wrote a bad review on the Play Store to eDreams, and they told me to contact them through the chat. So I write to them again, but nothing, no response.
So I wrote a bad review on TrustPilot and the reply to me that they are reviewing my case and soon it will be processed. BUT IT WAS A LIE! BECAUSE THEY ANSWERED ME FEW MINUTES EARLIER TELLING ME THAT THEY WON'T GIVE ME ANY SUPPORT AS THEY ARE NOT ACCOUNTABLE.
I MEAN, THEY WROTE FAKE ANSWER TO REVIEWS TO MAKE THEMSELVES LOOK GOOD.
I AM SPEACHLESS.

I lost count of the number of extras I was enticed to add on and had to click through or de-select. I did not appreciate needing to join the prime programme in order to secure the headline price i had been offered, cancelling the prime programme was also onerous and I suspect on the very boundary of legality. All in all a truly horrible user experience.

I booked my ticket on edream for west jet on July 4,2023. I was charge twice one showing to westjet and the other to edream Barcelona. I only made one purchase and got confirmation for the only one. I cancelled my flight because of the duplicates and I would like to recover both amount. I can not get through to an agent on edream to resolve this issue

On 20 Dec 2023, I bought Batik Air ticket for flight Jakarta to Singapore 24 Dec 2023 18:25 pm from eDreams via Skyscanner with airline booking reference CPH3D3 or eDreams booking reference *******9693 without itinerary. But, when I went to check-in desk at the airport, my booking reference given by eDreams was not found, as it is invalid code for the flight - and the flight carrier said to me that there's no booking for my name on the flight list (flight number: ID7157). The ticket sold by eDreams for this flight was scam and it was really hard to get in touch with eDreams for filling complaints. Only virtual assistance available without solution at all. My case was unsolved as none was there responding my case.
Both eDreams and Skyscanner are not responsive. Be careful with these two platform! Do not trust them ever to avoid bad luck like me.

Booking was convenient. My aim was to book directly with PAL. I didn't realize I was booking with edreams until after everything was done. Will provide a more detailed feedback about my experience later.

On 30th of March I had to fly from London to Rome and I couldn't fly because someone changed my flight date without notification and now they don't want to give me the money back. So no flight and no money, and they are sending me to the airline to ask for refund and the airline has told me if I booked with a travel agency to go to them to ask for refund, so never ending bullsit. Big pile of $#*! is Edreams. I will never book again with them and I have told all of my friends not to book anything with them either. They don't care about their customers. Scammers.

I appreciate to make your application to have ability to distinguish if there is two double reservation on ticket at same name and same flight and rout. In that case the second reservation will notify the user that the first reservation either confirmed or under process and what do you prefer? Continuer or change route or … etc.

I have booked a ticket from Casablanca airport from you on Airfrance, you have not sent me the ticket confirmation since the day I have booked, you have left me lost there fighting for ticket to fly due to the earthquake that happened in Morocco.
I do know you already have bad reviews but on occasions like this, do not take the money if you are not able to supply me with a ticket.
I would not choose you but I was rushing to come back my family as I was effected by the earthquake.
