I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking
I have experience whith anader suplayers that offer flight tickets and after I book and pay they cancel the booking from "technical reasons" and after they collect my money I need to aweyting abaut one month after the return back the money. It's never happened whit a Dreams and I always book from them

I travel frequently. I use Ryanair and British airways most of the time. Ryanair is a particularly easy website to use and it takes a maximum of 10 minutes from start to end. Similarly British Airways is an easy site to navigate. Your site is difficult and unpleasant to use and by the time I got to the end, the purchase price heard altered and I landed up paying €20 more than at the beginning of the site experience.

I had a good experience. When i wanted to book the flight ticket with original price it took my about 10 minutes to fill all the data required for 4 passengers and at the end of the process the system said the original price expired and if I wanted to proceed i should pay $400 more to buy the ticket. In 10 minutes the price increased so much. Anyway i proceeded and also payed for my seat selection but at the end the system said the seat selection is not available online and only in check in. So they will refund me the money back only for seat selection charge. It could have been better expetience

Because of a train accident it was not possible to catch the return flight. Then it was very difficult to contact customer's support. As a result it was refused to transfer the ticket or return part of the money

I booked a round trip. The second trip failed. I didn't not receive the email that told me this. I found this out by going online to check the last name on file. The flight failed being booked on the 28th and it's now a week later and no refund was issued. ONLY reason a refund was requested is because I called in. So the flight failed and the money cannot be applied to another flight so WHY was my money held for a week and not refunded back to me right away? Or at all! I had to call in to even get this started. There is ONE flight left to get my son back home for school and I risk now missing that booking because I do not have my funds back yet! And I was told I have to wait 72 BUSINESS DAY hours to have a supervisor call me. That means it's Friday now and I won't get a call from someone until Wednesday?! This is HORRIBLE! Horrible experience! And I need my funds back asap to book the next flight immediately!

Back on September 23rd, I booked several flights with eDreams for my honeymoon. Unfortunately, one of the flights was rescheduled to a week before my planned arrival. I was allowed to reschedule, but I couldn't find anyone at eDreams to speak with about this change. I requested a full refund for that specific flight. Initially, eDreams informed me that the refund would be processed within 14 business days. Later, they stated that the refund would be issued once they received authorization from Wizz Air. Now, it's January 24th, and I'm still awaiting any response regarding my refund. I'm unable to view the refund status in the eDreams app, and my booked trip isn't even visible anymore.
Please take my experience as a cautionary tale and consider avoiding this company. It might be worth paying a bit more for reliable ticket insurance and peace of mind.

I bought Ryanair air tickets from the agency, now I found the agency charged me USD70 for prime
Membership. I urge any of you don't do business with the agency, and discard the credit card used
To prevent any further payments. Their service are useless, for flight booking, we have to check with the airline, baggage and hand bag charges, for hotel booking, we have to confirm if booked or not. The edreams
Should refund me the USD 70 membership fee, because I have never used your service.

I paid the insurance for my travel for any reason. When I wanted to cancel my return the agent said that He can do nothing for me. That mean scammed me. This company is bad like jetcost. It was my last time to travel with it. I advise people don't travel with Edreams.

It was worst experience booking a ticket through this web site. Do not book a ticket through this web site because they charge a agent fee even after you complete your journey. Always check your bank statement after you book a ticket with website.

I highly recommend never to book on this company's web site. They show one price and then charge you a higher price. Then they automatically bill you for a prime membership (trust me this company is subprime in every way). I called within a few minutes of being charged the fee for the next year Through October 2024. I told them I am not interested in their prime membership and they refused to refund teh amount. Anyway now I had to go through the Credit Card company to dispute it and of course the Credit Company will side with me but it is still a hassle and will waste a lot of time. Save yourself the hassles and book with a legitimate company not a scam company.

The process was not trustworthy; the final price quoted at the beginning of the reservation process was suddenly increased without due notice. It was very disappointing, and we felt like we were cheated.

We booked through Edreams, I was unable to check in before the flight. When we got to the airport, the airline charged us excess fees since we hadn't checked in. However, we spent hours trying to check in but were not able to and it was due to the Edreams booking. Edreams ended up costing us more money due to their booking and was very frustrating. There is no way to contact anyone to complain. Becareful!

Worst site ever, worst company ever, worst service ever
We took a free 14 days subscription and didnt cancel it so ended up getting charged for the full year.
But little did we know that even if you cancel your credit card details, they will automatically renew your subscription (they say they will send you an email but they dont!)
I never received the alert and the next thing I see is a charge on the credit card.
Now stuck with them for another year.

If I can give a 0 in review I'll do it, I had book flight from SFO to Shanghai at Feb. 2022, and was told the flight were canceled by air line, so I cancel the flight and it stay in step 5/7 Request pending airline authorization for over 11 months now. And also no live help center and chat room and can't get any help.

I booked a ticket from phoenix to Cleveland. And a ticket from Cleveland to phoenix. The ticket was denied from phoenix to Cleveland. But the ticket from Cleveland to phoenix was confirmed and booked. How am i supposed to even use the ticket from Cleveland to phoenix when i cant get to Cleveland. When a customer service rep. It sucks! Don't book with them! In case of cancelation from airline companies, they are sending you back and forth to deal it it directly & fight with the third parties to get you money back. Basically low to no implication to support you!
