I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking
I have been using eDreams for a while and every time the platform gives great options, good savings and the prime subscription is worthwhile. I received my booking within 24 hours and awaiting my e-ticket in the next couple of days.
SDreams interface and app are user friendly, work seamlessly for bookings an payments and usually has the best deals one can find on other platforms.
Our flight was not made as a connection but we bought the tickets at the same time we are travelling from tibilisi to dublin and now we aren't able to fly to dublin
When it comes to payment, there were troubles. As the amount to charge does not correspond

It was very easy to book and the most reasonable in price for a non stop flight. I hope the return ticket will be good also. He is 12 and traveling alone. Non stop was a must.

When I bookd my flight with British Airways to London I was told during the booking process that I would be able to add bags after I completed the booking as it was only allowing 1 small bag. I booked and then tried to add bags but cannot add bags which I need to add.

I paid baggage fees via Edreams and they turned out to be twice as expensive as the airline itself charges. That is a bit confusing.
Took awhile to get started but overall completing the required information was straightforward then hey presto I am all booked to begin my vacation.
The price was okay I wanted a straight flight and have 20kg luggage capacity.
Generally good experience as I was looking in other search engines and were giving information that was more confusing than being straight forward.
For all the reasons mentioned above.

Worst customer service with long hold time and no effort to resolve issues. When asked for supervisor was told supervisor can't help you and refused to connect me to one.

All inevitable costs are not visible at the beginning of the booking process and final amount comes higher then initially advertised.

They were very helpful getting me back my refund when i accidentally booked the wrong airport on the return flight home.
It took too long to be confirmed. I kept on worrying because the status was saying that it takes a few minutes but it did end up taking hours
