I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking

I thought I was booking directly with the airline, only to realize after booking that I had booked through eDreams which I had never heard of, only to find after booking that this travel agency has a horrible reputation. Added a day later: After frantic checking, I now believe that I was successful in booking the tickets I wanted. I still object to having been routed to eDreams, but it seems as though they legitimately did what I asked of them--and paid for.
I did not choose eDreams intentionally. I was hijacked in the process of booking.

Bought 5 plane tickets to go to Mexico from Chicago, Dec 2023. On the way back there was problems with our flight being overbooked. We apparently bought a ticket but didn't pay for a seat. We couldn't get on our flight and was stranded in Mexico with no where to go for a week. There was at least 50 other people in the same situation as us. We had paid for insurance and extra luggage. They REFUSED to reimburse us. It was our fault, everything was our fault and they took no responsibility for overbooking a flight. Even with us paying $220 extra per person for insurance, plus $200 for extra luggage we didn't get a penny back. Called customer service which was a waste of time. BAD COMPANY, STEALERS!

Whiel changing the date of travel for one leg of my ticket, the price difference of my ticket increased just because of the delay in your executive getting back to me. Since my first call with the request to change the travel date, the price difference increases by more than 100GBP. I had to call atleast 3 times to get things moving else the difference would have gone much higher.
The executive who attended my calls later were not even sympatetic but very stern on 72 hr timelines that they follow. Very substandard service quality by all means.

Why must I register?
What if I decide not to use the service again because i need to use service for a while and enjoying the service before I can think of registration as a member

If you want a flexible Ticket...Don't regret and use edreams. Sunday14th May a changed in a flight booking from the 16th to the 27th May was confirmed and paid for. Edreams phoned back for the payment deduction of changes. 16th May Swiss air sending notifications of delays. Edreams was contacted and upon recognizing phone number notified of changes can take up to 48 hrs to appear in inbox. On the 16th nothing in inbox after 45min on the phone with edreams...it boils down changes was not made. Now i have to buy a new ticket and edreams claim they did try to phone me thus they are not at fault. This took them 45min to realise no changes was made and as far as calling I have no miss calls. But strangely edreams did manage to get hold of me for money changes deduction! How how convenient.

If I could give them 0, I would! This company is a complete FRAUD and a scam! Avoid them! Do NOT try and book a flexi ticket (or ANY tickets) with them. They will take your money and never issue anything!AVOID AVOID AVOID! IF you can get hold of them (might take a few days) you will get an arrogant little Indian man telling you that is how their "policies" work, which is illegal of course, and then telling you it's not their problem. Avoid this HORRIBLE so-called company.

EDreams cheated on us not paying in refund for ticket cancelled. Highly manipulative. Do not ever ever purchase through eDreams. A real fraud. They respond saying check personal email which is a hoax again.

Always read reviews before using any service. I paid for my price. A refundable ticket was manipulated by eDreams as non refundable. No where in ticket is mentioned non refundable

Booked a trip to Cancun for 11/15 to 11/19. The flight dates were correct. The hotel was booked for 11/14 to 11/18. I had to pay $340 out of pocket to cover the extra night. Calling the so called ‘help center' sent me in circles until frustrated. I should have booked everything myself. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You will be sorry!

Everything has gone well so far, I expect this continues in the same way till completed my round trip, only issue is that app didn't update booking status until I made a change with my membership.
Recommendation of somebody else, however I was very concerned with many bad reviews that I found.

I have already posted on here about my terrible experience with Edreams, but as it's still ongoing, I'll post again to reiterate their uselessness. I booked flights with them 6 weeks ago which I was quickly informed were cancelled due to a price change. I then called and I was told I would get 100% refund in 10 days. 6 weeks later and no sign of the $1800 they owe me. I have called multiple times and been promised solutions that never come. After I wrote my last review I was emailed saying customer service would contact me soon. Shock- they still haven't. I would honestly deter all people from booking through them. I used them before with no issues but the stress you go through when something does go wrong is not worth the risk. Utterly disgusted with edreams and I will be making sure I tell everyone who avoid them at all costs. P.s. Please refund my money edreams!

They dont warranty their travel plans. They have left half of my group trapped at a connecting airport in another country for the past 48 hrs and they wont rebook them. Just "we will call you back within 72 hours"
