I am sorry for the manner, I attend a e'
-dream membership. It was accidentaly, as I just order the previous flight. And than I was suprised, when the money from my account disappear
And I had to find out, what happend. It was a fee for a membership.

Rented a car for Panama thru eDreams only to get to the counter with all the proper documentation in hand and no car reservation...now eDreams is telling me "no refund" because I was a no show! Feels like a wee bit of a scam too me...Anyone else have this experience?

Once in Kuwait I was at the Mercy of Indigo a low budget airline who charged me €209.00 for the Baggage I had booked with Kuwait. 2 checked baggage's of 46 KG. There is highlighter on your website warning Passengers of this dupe. I would classify this as a fraud to sell cheap tickets where the overall experience of the passenger is compromised! Very Sad improve or you will be superseded by your competition

Complicated

One cannot get past being forced to accept Amazon prime! I do not want Amazon prime. I now have to go out of my way to cancel it to evade the automatic debits! This has been on rip off Britain and hasn't changed since.

Easy booking
February 21, 2025

Booked pretty quickly but ended up getting my outbound date wrong so had to change it. I noticed almost immediately but had to change it via the airline website….a very costly mistake! Not sure what the benefits of eDreams is if any changes etc can only be done via the airline?

Flight Booking

I am a little disappointed. On you booking site it says a carry on bag was allowed & then after booking I find out it's not included. There is no where I can get hold of you guys without calling. I loved the price & now by paying for my carry on there was no savings.And please note I don't want any renewals of membership with your company. And Thank You

The site is very user-friendly and easy, and even less than a cave man could do it. The service is broad with all the options a traveler wants at their fingertips, at incredibly reasonable prices. The confirmations are swift and accurate, and, really, there's very little for you to do but select your options. The rest is done by eDreams.
