I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking
Do not use this site! I bought beats several times and they saved my credit card details! Today, without my knowledge, money was withdrawn from my bank account for a ticket to Spain! But I have never bought tickets to Spain. And in the last month I have not bought any tickets at all.

I bought tickets for my whole family in March 2021, which I didn't use, and as per Turkish Airlines' policy, I would have until 31-March to set the travel dates (I'm attaching the T&C's from the time of the purchase). I then STARTED to call eDreams early February to set the new travel dates. All they said was "the airline refused". I called the airline and they said "you need to do it via the travel agent". It's a complete scam. Lost thousands of dollars...

I have had the worst exp with them. Airline canceled the flight and refunded immediately but due to 3rd party, the money went right to EDreams and NOT to me. So, NOW for almost a MONTH I have been trying to get my money back from EDreams. They keep sending me to the Manage my Booking page and then sending me the same sob story about how the "Airline may not reimburse me." I really don't think an actual PERSON reads the emails or comments because if they did they would know they are actually holding my money hostage right now. I was on my way to see my father on his death bed and had to book a no notice Airline ticket, only to have my flight canceled, have to book with a different airline last minute, and make it with 5 minutes to spend with my dad before he passed away. Definitely NOT needing this extra stress on top of losing my dad. Thank you jerkface company for not having your crap together and running a SCAM!

Reserved a flight from NYC to Cincinnati, but then I got a email that stated booking was cancelled. The email did not mention a reason at all. Called customer service and they told me the flight was full. So i had to wait the next day for a refund. I end up buying a ticket that was more expensive b/c the flight I wanted was unavailable

Worst company ever! First of all, get ready to wait about an hour to talk to anyone. And then when you do, get ready to be told someone will contact you. And then after a couple of days, if you don't miss the one attempted call, you might get someone on the phone who will be as helpful as a toddler! It's been weeks and weeks trying to get anyone to simply process a change of date! Multiple times I either got emails responding to the wrong question and even emails meant for other customers. On top of that, I got insurance through them and they are in complete denial that I got a policy through them even though I have the actual confirmation email from them! It's actually CRAZY how appalling they are. My friends have the same issues. I don't usually leave reviews but this really has to be said. DO NOT USE THEM!

Our flight was canceled due to a snow storm and we contacted e-Dreams as soon as the flight was canceled, and they replied with an email to say they were contacting the hotel and not to worry, that trips canceled due to disrupted flights would be refunded without penalty. They sent an email later that night to say that the refund was in progress, and again, not to do anything. But after that stressful day, they have said that we contacted them one day after our hotel check-in, and therefore, no refund is possible. I have the email confirmation from e-Dreams, hours before we were supposed to check in, but sending this evidence to e-Dreams just results in more of them saying we are sorry, there is nothing we can do. It has been more than a month and e-Dreams kept thousands of dollars and never provided the service. E-Dreams only cares about getting the money even if customers do not get to take the vacation they paid for. Do not trust e-Dreams with your business.

I made a booking with a misspelled name. At edreams' advice I cancelled the original booking, and booked with correct name. Now 4 months later I am still waiting for the refund of my original booking, being fobbed off with statements like needing "airline authorisation". The airlien in question has a 24-hour cancellation policy, allowing such mistakes to be corrected at no cost.

I tried to confirm my niece's reservation. I filled out the prompts and asked all questions and nothing happened. The boxes kept coming g back blank, and asking me to put the info over and over again.
I will never use this website, and definitely do not recommend it.

I bought two tickets online. I have been waiting for many hours for a confirmation that my ticket was confirmed. No confirmation yet. I called the phone number and got a representative in India who told me that the system was down, but I should call back in 3 hours. I called today, and waited for over 30 minutes with no answer.

Decent if it all goes well made a purchase and saw the reviews and how flights get cancelled the 69$ charge for premium member to get the correct price advertised before taxes as long as my flight goes well I'll update

This organization regularly takes money from customers and doesn't buy the ticket from the airline. Then when you call them they ask you to send more money. If you do, they keep that too. If you refuse, they hang up. Classic scam. Avoid them. They do enough business to get positive reviews but they still a big amount.

I booked a return ticket via eDreams. After booking, and while the website advises to wait for "a few minutes" to receive the booking confirmation, I have been waiting for a few hours for the the full ticket to arrive. You might also be surprised to heat that the website only provided me with ticket to one way of my trip! And I have no way of talking to someone *not a robot) in eDreams! Not pleasant at all.

Couple hours ago I bought a flight from edreams, and when I check my mails the amount of money they charged was 21 euros more. And in the payment section of the mail there is:

There is no details of this amount, i. E. flight price + service fee + EXTRA FEE (which was not mentioned anywhere during reservation).
When I retried to be sure, the same happened, nowhere it was mentioned about this 21 euros.
Very upset about this company. Also almost not possibility to contact to custom service, no email, etc.
My advice, avoid this company...

I got scammed with this company be aware. I bought 6 tickets for my family the price was same as the airlines website however I decided to book with them. I ended charged extra I called them, long holds then they said it was service fee which I didn't see during booking I asked for refund the said I have to complete a form after wasting my time with calls and filling out the form the got back to me after a week saying the can't make any refund. I received confirmation from the airline about a payment transferred to them in the amount of 737.12 euros.
You charge me 820.46 euros.
I mistakenly selected the Prime month trial option.
About an hour and half later, I canceled the PRIME trial membership.
I don't understand why you charged me 83.12 euros in addition to the flight ticket charge. This is a high amount.
I ask and hope that you will act fairly to reduce the charge and return 83.12 euros or part of it
