I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking
I booked a flight to Lagos in June 2021, I ought to have received a refund as the flight did not go ahead, today is the 24th of January 2022 and I'm still waiting for a refund to come through. There is no real updates when I call edreams, they keep telling me it's in process. They keep me on hold for well over 2 hours or more before they respond to my calls and when they do, they are not helpful in anyway what so ever. Edreams has to be the worst travel company ever. Just refund my money. I just want my refund. You promised me that I will get my refund, it's been 7 months already.

It was easy to book but I don't like it that the e-ticket was not immediately sent to me. How can I be sure that the tickets have been booked with the airlines?

Please don't book the ticket from this company. Very bad customer service. They told me there are going to rebook my ticket with in 72 hrs. Still i am waiting more than a week. When i called them. They told me there still waiting for the klm replay. I don't know how they run the business.

I made a change by error and tried calling numerous times and no one ever answered, then they kept putting me on hold and disconnecting me. They refused to credit the portion of the ticket and numerous attempts. I tried rebooking online and it would allow me to, I called and then they bait and switched claiming they tried contacting me and couldn't and charged me more as they claim the airfare went up in a matter of minutes. They kept telling me they would take care of it and never did, they would not issue me a credit for future use. I fly over 250,000 miles every year and have used many discount sites, but never has there been one like this. I would not use them unless you take out the extra insurance. They have horrible customer service and the time they take especially when it's close to departure dates are worthless.

Unfortunately I never received a follow up email after purchasing my flight tickets. I ordered my tickets almost a week ago. Since then I have only received one email, that was sent the day before my flight, about the details of my flight.

I had a problem when it came to paying. The announced PRIME price was 50,53 Euro but total price was the REGULAR fare: 74,62 Euro! Only when I used my friend's PC, I could book the ticket for the prime price!

Great experience with eDreams air line ticket purchase. Unfortunately Air Asia aircrafts does not provide enough legroom for someone 6'4" tall, I had no problem using Thai Lion air.
Simple to navigate through the app and excellent price.

I bought several tickets for the same day and same flight for several friends, all using my account. Prices were erratic as the days went by, not necessarily in increasing order as the days went by. The last shown price in your web site is more than 500% more expensive than the one offered in the flight company web site.

People should sue them to get the money back. They never call you back and keep saying they never get the refund from the airline even the airline claims that they already complete the refund. I am just a student, that 2000$ they holding from me is quite a damage. I have to prepare for court.

I booked my flight and when I got the confirmation email the dates were wrong. When I contacted them they said that the flight was already confirmed so I'd have to pay to have them changed. Glad I caught it when I did because the dates that I wanted showed only 1 seat left! I had today for the upgraded seat.

It was impossible to contact edreams by phone. It was almost impossible to contact edreams by email and communicate with a real person. Most communication is by robot and no reply email. Had to use BBB to help resolve our problem. I don't recommend this company.
