I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking

Things are clear and precise. However, only provides 20KG baggage but not 30KG is a little disappointing.

EDreams was easy to deal with until we arrived at the check-in counter with a ticket that stated 2 baggages per passenger when the airline only had us down for carry-ons.
Yes we ordered a ticket for carry-ons only but the ticket clearly stated otherwise and so we packed one larger suitcase to check in; we were charged about $C175 total (return trip) and eDreams refused to acknowledge the ticket error and simply stating we only paid for carry-ons (yes) and not checked-in luggage (yes)... regardless our tickets clearly stated 2 baggages beside each passenger name (yes).
We chalked it up to experience and it's not such a biggie so we would use them again.

I booked a flights with them and then Coronavirus got my plans cancelled! I rang airlines for cancellations they were happy to refund my money but couldn't as I have booked through edreams as I was living in next 18 hours I contacted them urgently after 40 mins wait I got through. They disconnected my call mid process. I tried calling again, my call never got picked up after 1.5 hours wait and got disconnected. Tried again and now I can't even call them. I was up until 12 midnight.
When I booked with them I read a few good reviews and thought it can't be that bad some people like it and they were offering a very good deal. But now think they just pay people to write good reviews. It's so pathetic that I am not sure how they are operating in Australia, no airline should have any ties with them.

I rented a car by eDreams website. I went to the site to pick up the car, and they refused to give me the car because I did not pay for the insurance. However, I requested help to add the insurance to my rental, but the company did not give me another option and I had to go to a different company and paid more for another car (this company did not request mandatory insurance). I did the request for a refund and eDreams has not responded yet. I am very upset because I paid the eDreams membership thinking it was a serious company.

Used edreams 12 months ago and signed up for a free subscription to get a cheap flight. I went to cancel the subscription (it is for edreams and for prime plus) and did so on the prime side of things. The process required to cancel for the edreams side of things takes you around in circles, however I removed my card from the account to stop unauthorised payments. A payment of $96 was deducted in Jan 2023. Now, 12 months later, after I could not cancel the debit and I have returned from overseas I got another $96 deduction. Again, I went around in circles trying to workput how to cancel this unwanted subscription and ended up calling their American number from Australia as this is the only way to cancel it.
I was on the phone for about 45 minutes with an operator doing and saying everything to stop me from cancelling this subscription. She even labelled me stupid for wasting it. I repeated over and over to cancel it, asked to speak with her team leader after some time. She then went on cancel it, assuring me it had been done. I asked for an email confirming this to which she groaned and only then actually went to cancel the subscription.
I have honestly never experienced anything designed to keep uou trapped paying $96 per year for nothing.
I hardly write reviews but this infuriated me. Stay right away from this dishonest company.

This company lacks transparency and wastes customers time.

Worst experience ever. It supposed to be an easy trip and it ended up to hell. When I got to the airport there was no pilots and i waited for 9hrs to board. Upon arrival in Mexico City I already missed my connection and I had to spend an other day in Mexico. Never again
By mistake and like I said it turned out that was a costly and repairable one.

We booked a flight from Philly to charlotte we flew down no problem. When I went to check in for the return flight I couldn't I called airline the6 said they had no record of my tickets. We had to pay triple the price and get new tickets. Edreams just said contact airline, airline said contact edreams. Now I'm out a crap ton of money

Good afternoon,
I bought my ticket on 3rd September. There I selected additional 23 kg bags. But, in the ticket it is mentioned that one bag up to 23 kg. But I have a small laptop bag & a 15-20 kg bag. So, its really confusing for me. Are they allow me to carry 2 bags or should I take only one bag?
If I carry only one bag, I have to put small bag into the big one.
It is really problem.
If you can, provide me a answer of this.

I would never ever book with edream. By far the worst customer service
one of my flight got canceled and requested refund. It took 3 months to get a reply and got email saying that i needed to get in touch with airline company which i did the next day. Airline company said that they have issued the refund and looked like refund was paid in cash. So edream somehow refund the money in cash and I never received. Every time I call the customer service there is a 45 minute wait time and I still have not got the money back. Please do no book with edream unless you want to lose your money I am trying to sue them now.

I booked flights to Turkey and originally it was with two different airlines. Then I had notification my outgoing flight had been cancelled. I received part refund. All good I thought. I rebooked it independently the outgoing flight. The return flight was still on and I had to contact the company directly (Freebird) to book additional baggage. Freebird then cancelled the flight and they refunded me almost immediately the excess baggage I paid for and e-dreams refunded me another part of the payment but not total and they still owe me money £42.18. They say terms and conditions they wont pay for additional services which I did not originally pay for. This is not what their terms and conditions say anyway. They do not belong to ABTA so no go there. Next stage will be a small claims through the court and they will then have to pay me an additional £35 court costs plus an additional 8% per day they have delayed payment to me which so far is nearly four weeks worth, building up nicely. Hopefully enough to pay for my next holiday but not through e-dreams!. Thankfully I have a good experienced Lawyer on my side - my wife!

I created an account in my name and made a booking for my daughter. The process was fairly easy, and the cheapest available for the value. The booking process was a little confusing, but nothing that I couldn't figure out, and confirmation was slow (but within the 24 hours stated). The residual problem is that eDreams has put my daughter's name on the account, not mine. I wonder how/if that will affect my ability to book in the future.

I bought a ticket CDG BUD CDG
It was routed CDG to BUD via Zurich on Swiss and the return from BUD to CDG was routed via Munich on Lufthansa.
I enjoyed every moment of it. Staff at boarding gates were very friendly.
