I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc

It is always complicated to plan a trip from lesser cities like Morelia to medium-sized cities like Málaga. I find myself trying many combinations to achieve the best price with the least layovers, travelling as few hours as possible, but without leaving the layovers too short for this complicated travel year. In the end my best option turned out to be flying to Madrid, from where we can take the train. Your website eventually came out the clear winner in prices and options.
Among other things, eDreams will include flights from Morelia to various cities in the US, which many websites do not. Also, I eventually started finding better prices and options with you.

I also booked with Sun Express on 23.02.2024 Ticket No **************. I paid for my seats for both outward and return flight from very same destinations from Dublin to Antalya Sun Express XQ 533 11.30am from Dublin but recieved no seat number on my Travel Documents Booking No. RXB5F3.

One star is one too many. No customer service. I had to purchase return flights For 4 adults, while standing at the airport. Apparently eDreams had cancelled the return flights weeks prior for no reason other than to take my money. 4 months later, still no refund just give you the run around in the hope you give up. Firstly i tried to change my flight to the later date, but the fare eDreams quoted to exchange was almost double the price i could buy from the airline directly.
My flight was on July 29,2021. So I canceled my flight on July 24,2021 and requested for the airline voucher on eDreams app. After several useless calls with the customer service to follow up, no progress. I called the airline side and found out that the booking was under Oppudo not eDreams. And there was no request from eDreams for a voucher. The airline informed me that eDreams can issue the voucher directly.
So I followed up with eDreams, after several follow up calls every few days, eDreams informed me that the airline marked me as no show so they won't give me a voucher. How can it be a no show when I canceled the flight a week in advance.
I'm not sure what to do next now. The whole thing is just a $#*!ing scam! Stay away from eDreams if you don't want to get screwed.

I booked a flight with Royal Maroc Air from Malaga to Casablanca. I selected my seats and baggage requirements and then paid by credit card. The funds were taken and then I got a message that my seats were not acquired and they would refund me the amount within 7 days. When I tried to rebook some seats the transaction failed so now I have 2 tickets and no seats? Not good!

Do not use this agency never ever. These guys are fraud. I tried to contact them they said do not call this number again.
They created a ticket which is not valid. Its from india to canada via usa. As per canada govt requirement there should be covid test from third country for indirect flights. I called airline united airline they said usa won allow you to transit.
First of all they said 18 hours no cancellation fee. After cancellation they said they will check with airlines I cancelled ticket within 18 hours and airlines said they refund whole money within 24 hours cancellation. They completely denied to refund
They are fraud do not go with them. They said do not call us

EDeams and Spirit Air are both disasters and I recommend you have nothing to do with either. They said my flight was refundable, and wouldn't refund. They said it was changeable and it was, if I paid them more than twice what the original fare was. They repeatedly wouldn't respond to emails or chats and it was impossible to get them on the phone. I only was able to finally get them on the phone once they said it was too late to change my flight via the internet. Only then did they provide me with a phone number. I called and was repeatedly disconnected and offered useless information. Please stay away. Am only providing one star because this program won't allow me to give zero.

Bought a ticket and only half of the payment went through. The agent could not charge the other part nor refund the initial payment. So, at this moment, after 35 minutoes on the phone, I have not ticket nor a refund. I must talk to the bank and call them again... to be continued.

1h wait to finally speak to an agent who wasted my time asking me tons of questions and in the end had to transfer me to another department whereas we are asked to pre-select the service while waiting for the first agent to pick up. A certain Prashant Gupta didn't even bother listening to the issue before transfering the call. Such an unprofessional person. Spent another 1h in the morning trying to change one leg of my flight and was promised a call back which never happened. Liars is what you get when booking through eDreams. It seems that the call center is outsourced to India which is a nightmare as you have to repeat yourself 10 times before the agent understands the issue. And even after then, no solution is provided as you are being asked to find one yourself. So save yourself a headache and book your flights through the Airlines websites directly.

It took 3 years until Edreams agrees to pay me back for my flight canceled by airplane.
(yes 3 years). After 3 years they told me they will refund it.
I was really happy about it for the moment, though after all Edreams is not that bad?
However, passed about 1 month... not yet received a refund.
Edreams told me that they sent money back to the card number they have,
Yet that card was closed 3 years ago. (they should ask before deposit it, since it passed 3 years)
I told them to deposit it to my new bank account, yet they told me I have to send them proof that I didn't receive that money?!?!?!?!?!
But I couldn't send them that 'proof', because my old card is closed already 3 years ago!?!?!?!?!?
I checked it with the bank, and they do not have any info about the account closed, not even my personal info.
I told Edreams that the money should be returned to Edreams because the bank cannot receive the money since the account does not exist anymore.
I tried to explain the situation many times, yet the customer center. Never listen.
Edreams insisted that they will send me proof of transfer... but for what?
It is meaningless... money should be sent back to Edreams already. Because it passed already a month?
Anyway, the proof of transfer they told me to send was never I received either.
(they told me on 23.May, 72 hours to receive proof of transfer, never received, photo attached.)
I start doubting If they really send the money, or if it is just a lack of communication between HQ and the customer care center in India.
I hope this lagging issue ends soon.

I found the experience of reserving our flights confusing to say the least.
Because of an error I made with the way I entered my Christian names, I immediately (within an hour) contacted e-dreams and they were unable to resolve the problem with the airline.
I was left with a feeling of being unimportant and just another internet customer looking for a cheap price without the customer service afterwards (unless you were willing to pay for their annual Premium Service)
After receiving an email from eDreams I contacted Qatar airlines directly and they were able to inform me that my reservation was confirmed and a name change was unnecessary as both Robert John and Robertjohn was ok to travel.
However, I signed up for a free 30 day trial of eDreams Prime expiring in July. I had the good sense to cancel any renewal.
Then, I received notification from eDreams that the fares had changed and in order to claim a £26 refund, I had to reactivate eDreams Prime membership (€54.99 a year).
What kind of a scam is this?
Qatar have not changed its fares (I contacted them to confirm this) and so all eDreams are trying to do is offer a £26 discount against their recurring eDream annual fee of €54.99
I don't trust this company now and am very wary of its business ethics.

Can't stress enough how horrible of an experience it has been to work with eDreams. The company is extremely unethical, unprofessional and manipulative. We booked a flight which had to be modified because of COVID restrictions on travel to USA last year, we made the change one month before the travel date because eDreams give us a 100% guarantee that we would be credited fully for future flight. Now, I am trying to rebook my flight but eDreams has made it very difficult for me to rebook a flight, not only have I spent nearly 15+ hours on call over the past few weeks trying to resolve the issue, and all guarantees from their agents to resolve the issue and complete the booking within 48-72 hours is never lived up to, it only results in me calling back and checking on the status of the previous ticket, creating a vicious loop. I would just like to have the flight booked at a specific date and utilize the credits we were guaranteed.

I booked a flight from Johannesburg to Cape Town and they charged 3'000 ZAR too much. I had to call them twice for over 20 minutes to get the 3000 ZAR back and then they canceled my flight. I thought I had to buy new plane tickets. I asked them if they will give me the rest of the 968 ZAR and two people on the chat confirmed. Then they didn't give me back the money and told me they know from nothing. I already contacted a journalist and took pictures. I am still waiting for my money and will have to get an attorney to settle it. Never book from them, they are scammers.

Booked a flight using eDreams. They are at best, worthless. Where I was going to travel to has become unsafe, so I contacted them about canceling the flight. They could not help at all and said I needed to talk to the airlines. I asked if they had a number to the airline that I could call and the number they provided is worthless.
Now that I have been making known how horrible this company is, they have once sent me an e-mail that was worthless offered no help.

I purchased my tickets weeks in advance and the dates were incorrect. Trying to get somebody on the phone is basically impossible unless your flight is literally only a few days away. They won't even answer the phone unless your flight is a few days away. So if there is an error with your booking consider it a waste of money. After 45 minutes of being on the phone with somebody I was told "because the airline is the one that canceled your ticket you have to rebook with them." Except the airline isn't doing international flights right now because of the Covid. They also told me it could take up to four months to see a refund. Now that I'm reading other reviews I doubt that I will ever even see a refund. So I'm out 240.00. I will never use them again. I suggest you completely stay away from them.

Completely incompetent service.
Airline canceled one segment of our returned flight.
Except stating the fact there is no communication from the edream service. No means of emailing requests. The 27 minutes estimated chat waiting time stretches to 2 hr+ with no conclusion.
One month later the edream reservation shows still canceled flight.
Unable to get any written confirmation of the adjusted schedule (if any)
