I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking
Make sure you are 100% sure of your decision before hitting SUBMIT! It is virtually impossible to get any support after that. No live agents available, just Bots. Very frustrating.

I booked my flight in december through edreams.
In january airline compagny changed flight hours that was not convenient for me so i asked to cancel my flight. Edreams didn't want to do anything with it and just refered me to Airlines compagny.
I contacted airline compagny and they accepted to refund me for cancelled flight.
In january airline compagny refunded money I paid. Bit since I booked through edreams money was refunded to edreams and not directly to my credit card. In february I contacted edreams because I still was not refunded to my credit card. Edreams representatif tells me that money was not refunded by airline compagny. I contacted again airline compagny and i had another confirmation that money was refunded in january.
Edreams told me that money was bot received and sending me back to talk to airline compagny.
From my experience Edreams it s just another scum platform that takes money and not give it back and blaming on airline compagny. No help at all to resolve probleme. I would never book my flight with edreams again.

I've downloaded the edreams app and booked a flight. A month or so before I decided to cancel but when I went to do it there appeared a warning saying I should wait until the day before my flight as I might get better compensated nearer the departure date. The day before I could no longer cancel my flight on the app and when I contacted edreams costumer service they told me I could recieve a voucher for my flight instead or cancel the flight but I'd have to get in contact with the agencies for each flight. When I went to the website for vueling, there said I could only cancel my flight up to 48h before the departure, and there was no way to get a voucher. Absolutely disgusting policies and very misleading. I'm appalled and will never use this service again.

I have booked flight through search kayak and thy pull up 5 different web site edreams ws few dollar cheaper wch i never heard took risk did booking got ref# thn few days gone to airport thy never found my info in their system i gave thm all info from this web. But thy said need ticket number.so i contact edreams on app only robot talk to u but never able to hold anyone so my flight gone. Still hv to get my refund back by this co, dont no what tht do now thy still not answering its seem fraud thy charged on my card. May havt contact fraud agencies.

I bought "cancel for any reason" insurance and when I called to cancel I was told that my ticket was unrefundable because I requested they fix a typo in a passenger name. No where does it way in the terms and conditions for "cancel for any reason" that fixing a typo revokes your ability to recieve a refund.
You can cancel for any reason but you won't get your money back.

I booked two airtickets costing $5770 from Canada to Portugal through eDreams flying with TAP Air in October 2020. We paid extra for Premium Insurance.
Due to Covid issues we had to rebook our flights. Was told this wasn't possible, and advised to purchase two 'new' tickets, while the original tickets would be refunded in full.
Each time I contact them they inform that the air line is not contacting them... this is madness, my insurance was with eDreams.
I would strongly recommend not use eDreams for any service unless you have money to burn.
They are by far the worst booking service I have ever used.
This company is a total scammer.

I booked a return flight but my internet glitched whilst the second ticket was being processed. They emailed me to let me know that the second flight failed and I'd have to rebook, and any payment that was taken from my account would be refunded within 10 days. The money was taken from my account but was never refunded. I've tried getting in contact through facebook and a random email address I found (*******@edreams.com) as I couldn't find any other contact methods. It's been a week and I haven't heard anything. The 'customer help centre' on their website is just a bunch of FAQs or a robot- neither of which has been remotely helpful. Don't bother booking with them, if you have any issues you'll have no help and no one to contact, and may end up a few hundred bucks poorer. Luckily I rebooked my return ticket with a different company.

NEVER BOOK HERE
Put me on hold for twenty minutes, didn't even try to help me. Told me they could not confirm my booking and never contacted me for more information. I even checked my spam folder like they tell you to and I only had TWO PROMOTIONAL emails there, nothing of value! Interrupted me on the phone, cut me off, told me there was nothing they could do. NO guest resolution, nothing. I am not typically this person, I've worked in hospitality for five years and understand that things happen, but this company is way out of hand. I will never, never book from here if they're even around long enough.

This is the worst online travel company in existence. They Never reimbursed
My family flight to Vancouver which cost me 1000. Tried many times to talk to someone in person only option was to chat online and would get the same robot response due to the high volume of calls please be patient. I ended up waiting for 4months and when I finally got to talk to someone they told me it was to late to get my refund. The company basically stole my money. Please have patience and look for another online travel company to deal with. Not worth risking booking with this company and trying to get your money back because of a canceled flight

Not worth the little savings you get with this company. It’s a trick to get you to book with this company. They basically steel your money if there is an cancelation. This company does not have a physical building it’s all online scam with customer service from Pakistan or India

Booked flights for Feb 2022 with eDreams to save a few quod compared to direct with Ryanair. Paid supplement to be able to cancel flights if necessary. Unable to change dates and had to cancel, only to find out you had to book new flights before cancelling original ones. I'm sure the small print explains this but be aware of the process.
Having to pay for two sets of flights isn't the end of the world except I'm still waiting for a refund for the original flights 7 months later.
EDreams website states average refund time is 30 days. Call advisors will tell you 180 days.
EDreams refusing to pay refund until they have received refund from Ryanair, although transactions were between me and eDreams.
Chat help is time consuming and futile, call advisors are unable to help but trained to apologise endlessly. Previous call handler gave 'personal guarantee he'd spoken to refunds and payment would be made in 10 working days' (his words not mine, more than three weeks ago).
Latest update: refund request has been escalated again and told to check back in 30 days if no progress.
Utterly shameful, I wonder how many refunds haven't been returned to customers that have simply given up.

I am a regular flyer to the Netherlands, with my go to airline being KLM.
Mistakenly, I somehow booked via eDreams and reading some of the reviews, plus no affiliation to Atol or ABTA, makes me very concerned about the safety of my booking.

I strongly request everyone not to use edreams as your travel partner they are very professional in cheating and tricking when it comes to refund. As you can see in attached picture my refund was fully approved by airline but they charged me for nothing... PLEASE STOP USING EDREAMS

They have charged my account for things I never agreed to! Not only did they try to charge me to change a mistake they made on the spelling of my name, but they tacked on an extra charge for a "VIP Membership" that I have never heard of! Do NOT use this service!
