I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking

Absolutely terrible customer service. I booked through edreams return flights flights with Aer Lingus, Gatwick to Knock, 23/09/21 - 28/09/21. I had an email from Aer Lingus stating that these had been changed to Heathrow to Dublin, and with the return flight at 07:00. I have had zero notifications from edreams about this in fact the app still states that flights are Gatwick/Knock. It is impossible to get any response from edreams via email, through ‘manage my booking' in the app and the so called customer service contact number is automated and after entering details just cuts you off "as your booking is too far away for us to deal with an enquiry". Too far in the future? We are due to go in 3 weeks and need to make alternative arrangements because as I have stated in numerous emails to them I have a disabled daughter for whom the additional travel time involved in using Heathrow and Dublin (our destination is Mayo) makes the trip:
1. Impossible
2. I would incur additional costs in the region of £300 for car hire and Dublin hotel due to 07:00 flight, aside from having to get up at 03:30.
3. Is causing unnecessary distress to my daughter who wants to visit her grandparents in Mayo not having seen them for 2.5 years.

Customer service is horrendous. They are literally unreachable on any platform. Airline cancelled my flight and because it was booked through a third party, they are the ones responsible for a refund. I have been trying to reach them for MONTHS to no avail. Do NOT book through eDreams and don't let their low prices fool you. Luckily my flight cost was not a lot, but some people have been ripped off for thousands of dollars. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS TRAVEL AGENCY!

I bought my ticket with e-dreams because they offered the best itinerary. After my purchase was confirmed my flight was canceled and I was offered an unacceptable option by an automatic service. I called the company to find out more possibilities. They gave me a new travel document, and it was canceled the next day. When I called again, they told me they couldn't give me a new flight.
The re-booking agent Rotih was rude and unconsidered. I asked several times to be transferred to a supervisor, and he refused to do it. I called them more than once and they always said they will call me back to confirm a new flight option but they never did. I asked for a refund, and they said it would take 12 months. They did not confirm I will get refunded. Very Frustrating!

After spending hours on the phone with their customer service team, I am left feeling frustrated, ignored, and utterly disappointed.
I booked a trip to Israel through eDreams in September, with the expectation of a wonderful and safe vacation. However, when the conflict escalated in the region, I contacted eDreams to cancel my trip. To my astonishment, they informed me that they were unable to cancel my booking as the flight was still operational. Fair enough, I thought, as safety should always be a priority.
The real trouble began when the airline canceled my ticket due to the ongoing war. Believing that eDreams would provide the support I needed, I promptly contacted them to request a refund. To my dismay, their response was nothing short of appalling. They had the audacity to tell me that I needed to contact the airline for the refund, despite the fact that I had paid eDreams for the booking, not the airline.
It has now been 30 days since I first reached out to eDreams for assistance, and I have yet to receive any meaningful help or resolution to my problem. The complete lack of accountability and customer care from eDreams is truly shocking. It seems that they are quick to take your money but unwilling to provide any support when issues arise.
I find this level of service from eDreams to be entirely unacceptable. As a customer, I expected better communication, responsiveness, and assistance during a time of crisis. Instead, I have been met with indifference and a complete lack of willingness to address my concerns.

People be careful don't buy tickets from eDreams I been trapped twice I bought tickets September 2021 it was cancelled but I still didn't get my refund every time I call they keep telling me you will get your money within 10 days but is more than 6 months still I'm waiting for my refund then I bought another tickets again with them this time they put me in situation I lost my holiday for them and lost lots of money because they book wrong tickets be careful I will never ever think about to buy from them and also told all my friends and family co worker

I purchased two air-tickets from Singapore to Rome from eDreams on the 28 March for $2472. 49 at 9 pm. The booking reference is eDreams Barcelona: *******148. The next morning, within 12-24 hours (the website mentioned free cancellation within 24 hours), I cancelled my booking via eDreams' online system-manage my booking portal. I called my credit card provided UOB that same morning, and my credit card officer mentioned I was not even charged yet. As of today 2 August 2022, $643.39 was taken without my authorization.
I received this email on 19 July from eDreams (see attached document)
"We have already refunded the amount which we have received from the airline, The conditions of your flights are set by Qatar Airways directly and, as such, we have no influence over their policies.
Please note that eDreams is an online travel agency, and accordingly acts as an intermediary between the customer and the airline."
I am totally fed up now as the blame is now put on Qatar Airlines. I would like to see the official charges by Qatar Airlines. Please provide date and time of transaction. If I do not hear from you soon with the repayment of my money, I shall continue to warn consumers of your unethical practices which is unauthorized deduction of consumer's credit card.
Tip for consumers:
Stay clear from eDreams and do not purchase anything from the company. Purchase directly from the Airlines. The company may lure you with cheaper deal but it is bogus and you willonly know when you need support from them.

I went to book a flight on edreams flight to Calgary is 219.00 from montreal. Now the baggage cost is totaly ridiculous. 4 bags 917.00 who in their righ mind will pay 4 times the cost of the ticket to send your bags. As far as iam concerned I will never travle with them they are nothing but thives... I have never in all my years of Traveling have seen this prior fir luggage. Ppl should stay away from this company.

I made a booking for a flight and during booking it was said that check in luggage is included, after i payed checked in luggage was not included anymore. Customer serveci prelied it was a popup only, after i submited screen shot, no answer to their mistake.
So be careful when you book to be sure you receive booked serveices!

Bought a tkt Geneva to Hamburg via Zurich. While Swiss sent the boarding pass for the segment Geneva to Zurich automatically, it failed to send me the boarding pass for the segment Zurich — Hamburg. I had to access the Swiss website and check-in manually for this second segment.
