I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking

Hard to contact with real person. Every time I pressed Manage my booking and after pressed change name or change flight, all I saw UPS thi page isn't working. It's my first time using Edreams also.

Hi,
I recently bought tickets from eDreams and decided to go with the 30 days Prime membership trial.
An account was automatically created by eDreams without giving me the password, and with no way of changing it. Accessing my account needs everytime one time login email. SCAM #1
Wanting to cancel my 30 days trial, there is NOWHERE on their website the option to cancel the subscription, CONTRARY TO what is advertised and showed in their step by step list.THE IMAGES they provide to support their claims ARE NOT THE REALITY. SCAM #2
Customer support is NOT helping, putting you on indefinite hold after 2 minutes of conversation under the pretext on "transfering you to the relevant department". WHAT A JOKE SCAM #3
Oh, and by the way, the PHONE NUMBER for PRIME members support DOES NOT EXIST. Nice when you want to contact them no? SCAM #4
EDreams might provide cheap prices but their tactics are nothing short of a SCAM. I already exacted my WITHDRAWAL RIGHT through email and expect their answer soon. If not, I will seek LEGAL ADVICE with my lawyer friend about what can be done to HAVE THIS PRIME SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLED!

EDreams teats time of rental car pick-up as a strict deadline. Evidently, the minute after this time, the rental company is welcome to rent out your car and keep the money you paid them.

You saying I had savings with you is untrue. And I didn't go through you to book my flights so I don't understand how you got involved. When I booked through Spirit I was sent a receipt for $1,272.54 and then got a charge from you, which I don't understand why, for $1,380.03. I did all the work myself. I don't agree with this. I don't want to be involved in any auto-renewal or membership. I want to cancel anything I have with you. I also would like my money back which is $107.03. I have no idea how anyone would think this is a deal as a member. It isn't fair to give me credit since the money was taken out of my direct bank account. I would like to be refunded the $107.03 in a check please.
They did refund me the member fee which I didn't sign up for but am very thankful for that.
Charging me 107.03 more than the airline is not a deal. Be very aware of this website it is untruthful.
They keep giving me the run around that they refunded me the membership charge of 59.99 but ignore the 107.49 they owe me. Be very cautious about doing business with eDreams!

I booked a trip with return for me and 3 family members.
The airline cancelled the flights. In the first days I had VIP membership because of a free trial and likely because of this VIP membership I was able to contact over the phone and they said they would refund me, weeks have passed, the VIP membership is over, I try to call eDreams, but I receive a recorded msg saying they can't help me, they only help people travelling in the next 14 days (my trip would start in around 40 days).
When I use the chat bots to check "refund status", the chat bot says there isn't any refund in progress. If I go to "my trips" and press "cancel trip", it gives a msg I will be charged a fee for cancelling the trip.
I need my refund to book other flights (flights for 4 between Europe and South America isn't cheap). If I leave it to the last days, the flights will be very expensive and only very long flights.
If they can't handle the support, limit the sell. For sure they won't do it, but should to keep the support in good level. They want your money to get in, and will delay as much as possible to give it back to you.
Never will buy in this company again!
Tip for consumers:
Don't buy here, if there is any problem, they won't refund you.

A crook site and stole my money and I was a free cancellation barrier

Perhaps this opinion will help those who book flights through Edremas.
As a Prime user, Edreams left me completely alone, there was a problem with my flight and not only was I hurt, but the company referred me to call the airlines directly. They modified my flight without offering me information, refunds or benefits. An expensive flight to fly in 12 hours ended up being modified to reach a forced layover of 11 hours, and the agency took no responsibility.
They do not take care of the corresponding refunds, they do not have a free assistance telephone number, they are not clear in giving the information and in case the flight undergoes any modification, they will leave you alone and without support.
The agents always give incorrect, invalid information and do not solve the problem, forcing you to wait for very long calls and waste time.
An agency that does not work, I recommend taking tickets directly with the airlines or with any other agency, since this does not respect its client, not even being Prime.

They cancelled my flight and sent me money back without even asking me. Thanks god i looked at my banj and found money came back and they cancelled my flight otherwise i would have on airport eithout flight.
Ehen i called them they said we sent u email. They had my mobile number and did not this important to call me and cancelled my flight. When i asked for the same flight they said it is $200 more expensive.
Now tell can they cancel flight without even conforming with passanger
