I booked the flight that was sold out on airlines website here, amazing! Pretty much straight forward. Even better if there are fewer emails and the email has all flight info in one place. Itinerary, seats, baggage etc
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated. Will definitely use eDreams for future booking

There is a big gap in the exchange rate. Although I ordered it at a discounted prices, it was be highly that the exchange rate difference increased the price.

I booked an air ticket through Edreams on 15th, Oct,2022 paid $814.99 NZD including the ticket $800.7 and $14.29 for the most popular standard travel essentials which included free charge for any change to my booking. They sent me an invoice after I asked, but the invoice was only showing the air ticket price, I didn't request about it thought was only a tiny different. I requested a cancellation on 20th, Oct, it took over 7 weeks to finally get my refund but I found I only got 53% of what I have paid for the ticket. I emailed and questioned but no response regarding my question at all.
By the way, I felt if I didn't complain they won't even refund me the 53%. AS I have been waiting well over 30 days has no any further information regards my refund, I rang the air plane company the customer service told me that my ticket has been cancelled in their system and recommend me to contact the agent where I purchased my ticket to get the refund. I then tried very hard to finally get my refund but only $447.38 I lost $353.32 when I bought the free charge of change my booking service.
Be really careful with this company!

The process was smooth but I was displeased that the price got bumped up by about $80 when the order was finalized, unexpectedly. It should have retained the original price that lured me in.
I was searching for a price on a Spirit flight and this site came up. It was reasonably priced so I stuck with it

I searched for flights on eDreams and found results that mentioned "carry-on included" so I went ahead and booked the flight. After receiving confirmation, I went to the airlines website to check and the airline said that a carry-on is not included. Since then, I have made 15 calls to eDreams (all well documented with the amount of time spent on each call) to rectify the error and their agents have been harassing me all this while. They say that they can see that a carry-on should be included but I will have to wait for the issue to be resolved. They told me that I will hear back in a couple of hours but I did not. I called back and was told the same thing again and again without any response from them. Even when I requested to be transferred to a supervisor, they said that they will not do that. All in all, they listed certain inclusions with the itinerary but have not honored that after the booking, which is simply unethical, fraudulent, and unacceptable. If that changes because of this post, I will post an update, until then, you can assume that you will not be getting any help from eDreams, no matter how much you try.

Best tip I can give is to NOT use this site - certain to face some issue or the other!

I Bought tickets to Paphos which always cost at around 70 Dollars, Edreams charged me another 91$ for as they call it intermediation fees, which you know that you paid for it just after you purchase the ticket.

Hello, I had the worst experience ever. The worst experience I've ever had! I booked my ticket from Toronto to Ahmedabad, but they added $100 to the purchase price at payment, and get confirmation number and mail that says wait for 24 hours.so I waited for 24 hours and still did not receive my ticket or receive notification. When I called them after 24 hours, I got to know that they cancelled my ticket and then after 2 hours of conversation with agents, they rebooked my ticket for an additional $100. So, in the end, I paid $1300 for my ticket, and they sent me a ticket with two pNR numbers, and from Toronto to AHMEDABAD, in which from toronto to mumbai I had two bags and hand bags, and from Mumbai to Ahmedabad, I had one, which was completely unfair compared to what I would do in Mumbai. When I question them they tell me they cant do anything. So why they booked the ticket at first place if I need to take care of it
